The Tree of Life

A warm apple night,
moonlit tunes sprinkle around us
like snowflakes in July.
I collect them with open pulms:
silly dances, smiling eyes,
tightened arms when time felt too fast—

in the fabric of cider air.

The city wore coal dust, but
he smelt of cut grass and 
noon lake so serene—

I dreamt of bluebirds from the west
eager for new water.
Green leaves as tonsils, for our
eternal midsummer.

Eternal Love or Fleeting Burns?

You say you’ll love her till the day you die 
But when she feels unwanted and broken inside 
Will you hold her and tell her she’s enough 
When she’s tired of pretending to be tough

Will you love her when she’s a mess
Her hair in a bun, her face not at its best 
When she is cranky, mean and sour
Will you make her laugh for an hour?

When she wears funky socks on her feet
Will you love her when she isn’t neat?
And when she wants peace and quiet 
Will you love her in the deafening silence?

When her hands tremble and shake with anxiety
When she’s being tormented by society
Will you stand with her, in the loud mess
Will you love her when she’s deep in distress?

When her skin becomes wrinkled and dry
And her joints crack and groan with a sigh
Will you help her rest, relax and heal
Will you love her even when you have to kneel?

VERY WOKE

She's so woke
Very awaken 
Never let none 
Ride on her man
She's so fiercely 
Always protecting her man.

What an amazing grace 
Luck and bless
The man she loves 
Unconditional love
She always give 
Without hidden intentions.

She's so crazy
For the one she adore 
She's so lovely 
Always amazing who she wants 
She's so lazy
She's allergic to heart break
Good loving her strength
Eternal love she's always seeking.

Sonnet for a star

How can I express my thanks from afar?
Lately, drove past me, smiling and waving,
In such past times, he was my guiding star,
Treasuted image of him I am saving.
"Sit tight, dear one, you see things to the end,"
Always  I recall what he had to say,
Separately, path did onwards wend,
I really never know, except to pray.
Steadfast, he came turning back to me,
Inspiring in this dear eternal love,
Far and beyond in that century,
Teaching that all our gifts sent from above. 
He gave all he ever met happy heart,
Before time and our human breath do depart.....

Eternal Thread

When twilight whispers secrets to the stars,
And moonlight dances soft upon the sea,
I think of fate, its ever-winding scars,
That led my soul through time to find thee.

Life's winding road, so rugged and unclear,
Held shadows deep, where dreams would fade and fall,
Yet through the dark, your light drew ever near,
A voice of hope, a whisper through it all.

Two hearts once lost now beat in perfect rhyme,
As if the heavens wove our paths as one,
A thread unbroken, stretching out through time,
Bound by the stars, beneath both moon and sun.

For life’s true gift is love we cannot see,
A timeless vow: "You are my destiny."

Eternal Love

Bury me in the warmth of your embrace
Drown me in the scent of your skin
Let your lingering kiss feel like Heaven
Your pounding heart is my home and haven
Make my fears disappear in the whispers of forever
Let our passions ignite our souls 
And flames of longing engulf us both
When two souls beyond bodies are lost
In eternal love surpassing fantasy.

A Sonnet of Eternal Love

When morning breaks and paints the sky with gold,
Your eyes outshine the dawn’s resplendent hue.
No treasure vast nor tale of love retold
Could rival all my heart has found in you.

Each whispered word, a melody divine,
Each touch, a spark that sets my soul ablaze.
Your presence turns the simplest days to fine,
And darkness fades beneath your gentle gaze.

Though time may wear the fleeting world away,
And seasons change the earth with tender grace,
Our love, unyielding, shall not fall to sway,
For in your heart, I’ve found my sacred place.

So let the stars bear witness from above:
Forevermore, I’ll hold you in my love.

Eternal Love

The gentle desert wind carries the sweet scent of roses, where deep longing truly grows.

My heart spins like a whirling twister dancing, taking flight, searching restlessly for light. 

Under the moonlit night sky, a haunting flute plays, each note a prayer, expressing a love that cannot be silenced.

This earthly echo of divine love burns in my soul like a fire that will not fade away.

With every step across the shifting moments, my spirit longs for that guiding celestial hand.  

The Beloved awaits within the whirling sandstorm, calling me to surrender to this warm, embracing love.

Though shadows fall, obscuring what I seek, faith lights my path, an unspoken voice guiding me.

In the silence, whispers fill the air, "The heart's true home is a matchless love beyond compare."

So let me whirl like a lost twister in this graceful dance, finding my rightful place in this loving embrace.

For in this love, all boundaries dissolve, my soul found peace in this story that will eternally unfold.

Eternal love

In the garden of hearts, love blooms,
A tender flower, dispelling gloom.
It knows no bounds, no walls or bars,
It whispers softly, like distant stars.

Love's gentle touch, a soothing balm,
A melody sweet, a healing psalm.
It binds two souls in a timeless dance,
A symphony of fate, a divine romance.

In laughter and tears, in joy and pain,
Love's enduring flame will always remain.
For in its embrace, we find our worth,
A treasure to cherish, the greatest on earth.

Eternal Love

Not sadness nor sorrow shall bring age to thy face,
not worry nor burdens of life.
 
Happy moments shall grant thee beauty and grace, 
and every hope that sheds light on thy life
 
Too dear are tears in thy eyes, 
if not of happiness or bliss, 
sweet feelings thy heart shall not hide, 
nor thy love would I ever miss. 
 
However cruel life may be sometimes, 
and whatever worries I’ll  surely dismiss, 
sweet crystal tears I’ll dry from thy eyes, 
and thy soft tender lips I’ll  caress with a kiss.
 
No doorless dungeon can keep us apart
nor shackles of a thousand chain, 
not even a rough endless journey nor any suffering or pain.
 
No mortal soul can deprive me from thy love, 
just as, 
no mad man can claim he is sane, 
no need for thee to bare burden 
as long as thy love runs in my vein.

ETERNAL LOVE

What if...
so many decades have passed since the first time we met.

What if...
time has so mercilessly engraved its passage on our bodies.

What if...
hair has turned white, and a few more pounds were added.

Still...

each time I hold your hand,
each time I see your smile, 
each time I hear your voice, 
My heart rejoices the same as when we 
shared our first valentine, and promised to each other 
love eternal.

Who was the One?
When time had begun,
Vast eternal hand,
From Heaven's Summerland,
He holds us in his palm,
Our Faith giving charm,
No one shall know,
The hour when we go,
But not so far away,
Blessings forever and a day.....

The Letter

In candle's gentle, flick'ring light so grand,
Where secrets whispered 'cross the paper's strand,
Two lovers' hearts in silent, sweet repose,
A letter's words, their deepest love compose.

The firelight's touch, their souls in warm embrace,
In whispered moments, love's enduring grace,
Her eyes aglow with tears where love bestows,
A letter's words, their deepest love compose.

With bated breath, they share their dreams and vow,
Each syllable, a promise then and now,
Their yearning hearts in every line disclose,
A letter's words, their deepest love compose.

Inscribed with ink, their love forever flows,
Across the miles, where fond affection grows,
As time stands still, their passion interflows,
A letter's words, their deepest love compose.

Eternal Love

If I could choose a moment,
To be my eternity,
It would be that one,
Sitting above the Bow River,
On that high Banff perch,
Above the Rocky Mountains.

And your head on my shoulder,
A gentle weight, a whisper of trust,
Underneath the vast, open sky,
Where time slowed to a tranquil crawl,
And the world held its breath,
In reverence to our fleeting, infinite embrace.

The Bow's waters shimmered below,
Their melody a lullaby to our souls,
As we traced the contours of the mountains,
With fingers intertwined, hearts entwined,
Lost in the beauty of the present,
In the grandeur of the now.

The Rockies, ancient sentinels,
Stood guard over our moment,
Their peaks kissed by the setting sun,
A masterpiece of nature's design,
But it paled in comparison,
To the masterpiece we created,
In that eternal moment,
With your head on my shoulder.

Eternal Love

It's being with you,
and thinking of no one else.

It's looking at each other in eyes,
and getting lost in each other's thoughts.

It's holding hands and strolling on the beach,
and not even noticing the beautiful waves.

Its indescribable love written on your beautiful face,
It's undiscovered joy in your sensuous smile,

It's uncontrollable lust in your close embrace,
It's endless desire in your deep beautiful eyes.

It's a painted mural in my heart,
Its inscriptions can't be erased with your loss,

if it ever gets repainted with a substitute love,
it's engravings always remain intact in my soul.
