Not dumb
Eye of strength and conditioning of the human body
The motion of exercise
The lift intensified
Strengthening the mind in preparation with a pumping maneuver
Achieving results
Mind over matter
The hardness of muscle felt

Workout mode
Dumbbell action
Theory through the elements

Fitness mind
The shape to come
The results to be
What the mirror will see
All in the Dumbbell
Followed by the Barbell
Achievement of a defined body

I was there before the burying
I was there before I lost my way
Peace laid there like “dude,
You traded me for questions
And not many people find me again
So can I give you a suggestion?”
Ripped my heart open and
And Took out a twenty pound dumbbell like
If you seek then you shall find
If you absolutely don’t look behind
Here I am!
You can see my toe sticking out like:
What I buried was peace of mind

Dear dumbbell,
I can remember the first time
I held you in my hands.
Two 5-pound weights - small, yes,
But if you can remember,
I was seven.
My father, forty-six and still going,
Introduced me to you.
I was young, and wasn’t as dedicated.
Not as I am now.
He loves you
Just as much as me.
Maybe more.
If I’m being honest,
You saved us both.
When I’m in the gym, it’s the only place
I feel at peace. Powerful, and after all
In pain, isn’t there strength?
The more I use you, the more it hurts
But
The more it hurts, the more I use you.
Some judge me for loving you.
My own mother
Calls it unladylike.
If delicate, fragile, tiny, is
Ladylike
Then I think I’ll be a brute.
Every time
I step down, enter your home’s dark embrace,
Calm washes over me, comfort in knowing
I am strong.
And every time I don’t,
I regret it.
This is a thank you,
A promise
That because of what you gave me,
I will give you my
All.

We had heard of the Queen of Merryland for weeks and weeks.
Everyone wanted to see her, our imagination in high rising peaks.
She came in with an entourage, and we stopped being excited.
She looked persnickety, pinched, angry cheekbones highlighted.
How can she be the Queen of Merryland? My friend swiftly asked me.
Look at her standoffish-ness, which frankly, any dumbbell can see.
I have one idea, I said, it is the one I think which you will have to agree.
She was born into it, the daughter of a King who was not at all merry.

Swimming in the ocean
a wincing couple pinches
Little creature on my leg
not more than six or seven inches
I looked again, to my surprise
Hello! - a trilobite!
Two pincers jutting from its head
tiny, fearsome sight
I scolded it: 'You are extinct'
'Now go away and I won't tell
You'll get to live another day.'
He stayed... So, I swatted him
to prehistoric hell ~

Afford me some time
To wail a little bit this morning
Give me a little while
To whine like a dumbbell.
Try to comprehend me a little
My friends, men weep too a bit
Men and women cry because of trouble
To relieve the sad and envious heart.
Crying is not an act of cowardice
On the contrary, when things beyond the bounds
One has to find a way to relieve oneself.
In the end, we must dry our frozen tears
To admire the passing wind and the storms
On the upset ocean and uprooted trees.

You see me at my birth,
Like a fresh flesh dumbbell;
Sing lullabies with mirth,
As silent as mumble;
Ease me, in quilt of care, lest I fall and crumble...
You fix your eyes on me,
At my sleep dream and wake;
Tingles and smiles in me,
You make like fancies fake;
My psycho-physical soul-soothing solace sake...
My childhood you take care,
Like hens to their chicks do;
Adulthood with joys fair,
Like petals and blooms, glue;
Crystal-like, my thought and words, you make glassy true...
When I face test of death,
When God calls me home back;
My body with no breath,
Lies like a torn rag sack;
You pave, for my journey, a peace-filled divine track...
May my moments, betwixt,
Beams of hope, Angel dear!
May my mind and heart fixed,
On God the polestar rear;
Thus, may my grave, heavenly womb-like comfort bear...!

With the spirit which inspired me to be my real self
Allow me to fly once again
The dreams seized by your unrealising mind lies still in my heart
Drums beaten to wake my tensile veins
But silence in me displays success
Allow me to fly once again
The comedy you have been watching and laughing has won crown
Scenes of that outmoded era is a model unfinished
Allow me to fly once again
Allow me to fly once again for my wings have strength
And will fly to the heavens
For my eye sight views heroic visions
For the dumbbell in my hands sense the direction of dream-coming-true
Allow me to fly once again
Lonely mates of my dreams will pass-by as i reach my destination
For the destiny in my palms will win freedom over it curious allies
Allow me to fly once again
For there will be perfection in the life of those who think something is impossible

~CLOSE Encounter~
"AIEeeeeeeeeeee...."
"What? What are you yelping about?"
"Get off my foot, man!
You big dumbbell!"
"Boo-hoo, hooooo,
Cry, baby, cry! It's
only my foot on yours!"
"Yeah, but a BIG FOOT!
Like an elephant! Get Off!!"
"Aww...all right!"
"Phew! Haaaa..."
"Ahem! What are you doing?"
"Plucking a pair of pears, why?"
"Those are NOT pears!"
"Yuck! Ick!! Oops!!! Sorry!
Can you lift me up, please?
I want to pick a couple from the tree,
I am hungry."
Wham! A deer is stunned
to death with a back slap.
"Here..."
"Ugh!! Thanks, but we don't eat raw meat."
"Men!"

Principle Quantum Number that stands for (n)
The higher the quantum number the energy's higher again.
It can be any positive integer 1,2,3 to infinity
It tells us the electrons energy level, nothing to do with alkalinity.
Next is the Angular Momentum Quantum number (l)
It tells us the shape such as a dumbbell
Its values based on n, anywhere from 0 to (n-1)
Just wait the fun has just begun,
And then theres the Magnetic Quantum number (m)
Mrs. Johnsons been teaching this all to us in Chem
It tells us the orientation of the orbitals around the nucleus
Sometimes you stop and think how could someone be that curious
Lastly there's the Spin Quantum Number (m_s)
Don't worry this ones simple no need for stress
It only has two possible values, proving the Pauli Exclusion Principle
Now that you know your Quantum Numbers I bet your feeling invincible.

Incline thy ears to listen
View how things can glisten
Far beyond all the horizons
Appreciate beauty and ugliness unison
For everything, there are extremes
Isn't it even when we dream?
Success over disappointments
Solutions over impediments
Sometimes caught in a jungle
Burdens and anxieties in bundle
A heavy weight like a dumbbell
Sometimes too much, one can't handle
To be discouraged, we must not
Believe, God will relieve these knots
Surrender everything to His name
Remember God's love endures and remain

I have trouble sleeping,
Yes, that's true,
No matter how many blankets heaping,
They all wind up on the floor,
Yes, that's makin' me blue,
And I don't wanna' stay up no more....
So I went on line,
To some South American place,
They ship goodies oh so fine,
Imagine, from the Amazon River!!!
And they usually come on time
Yes, it's true,
I wouldn't lie to you....
So I ordered this big body pillow,
Bigger than you or me,
And an expensive satin cover,
Oh, what luxury, you see?
I got it yesterday,
Yes, it's true,
The damn thing took up
The entire bed!!
What was I to do??
The two of us can't fit,
I was kind'a feelin' sh__,
Another Tom Bell Dumbbell idea,
What'll I cook up next?
I feel like Ralph Kramden,
Foiled at every turn....
So I took the pillow outside,
Lit it up, and let it burn...
At least I got a little heat,
Out of this dumbbell feat....
What'll I do next?
Why, do I have a hex?
Maybe if I try to do something real dumb,
It'll turn out a brilliant thing...
But, then again, with my luck,
I'll wind up in Sing-Sing.

Dumbbell lifts up and down
weight watcher clown
preens like a blow hard
pacing the yard.
Wearing a white face
with money and place
a sense of entitlement
all the way to hell sent.
Doing the dime
with no fear of the time.
Superior skin
took a left to the chin,
now the cock of the walk
can't even talk.
Supreme courts of justice
may take care of us,
animals in this zoo
will take care of you.

Crackling sparks flew in diatribe hatred,
Jaw-snapping vitriol, hyena raised hackles,
Secure insecurity giggled inanely,
Bared yellow-bone, fangs of jackals.
Mouth that yawns trapdoor premonitions,
Pandora’s box fixed in cold shark eyes,
Releasing the bats, sick and plague stricken,
Bubonic repugnance meets ego despise.
Dull, dumbbell dense, thick as molasses,
Xenophobe hairstyle caps petrified brow,
Crow’s feet cracks frame sunken-in sockets,
The president manifest, down we bow.
Hailing void frequency, wild and unfocussed,
Harpy-shrill cackles in brain dead bazaars,
Nothing breeds nothing but death and ambition,
Light eating blackness, black as dead stars.
