MIND WHERE YOU KNOCK
        (A Tanka Trio)

A door opening,
Yet, it could be the wrong door;
It could be Satan's:-
He's fooled so many of us,
With his bastardize guidance:-

When a door opens,
Check out whose the opener;
God cannot be aped:
Satan washes guilty hands;
Jesus washes weary feet:-

A door opening,
Can be for good or for bad.
Be in awareness:
God's open door enlightens;
Satan's open door blindsides:-

Premium Member Through the Doors of Life

There are many doors we go through in life, some we choose to enter
And some we have no choice but to open and go through them
We may experience sadness or happiness; it may help us grow
Life is full of choices and experiences that make up our journey
Do you take a risk and choose to go through the risky, unknown door?
Or choose the safe one, or stay stagnant and not evolve in your life
Do you go through the door of kindness and treat others with respect?
Or do you choose the selfish door with no respect or regard to others
Life is full of choices and doors to choose, try to choose the right one

Premium Member The Doors that open are by God's hand

Doors open and closes by God's hand. It's to show us he is in command. We may not like what takes place, but we understand when it comes to mind that God is in charge and has not left us behind.
So, when you see a door close, it's because better things will happen, or so I am told.

As doors open, there is a bright shiny light, not darkness to dim our sight. We walk in faith, and not in fear, God has us in hands so dear. We love that future as well as the past, it gives us hope for things to last. Can we look for greatness in this way; for it is always, and ever should be God's way.

Poetry and Doors

Poetry opens doors previously welded shut,
It opens minds long thought forever shut.
It brings dialogue where none was thought to exist,
It brings understanding to people who only thought to exist.

Poetry teaches people to laugh again,
It gives us a reason to start again.
It gives hope to those who never dared to,
It helps people work who never used to.

Poetry gives romance new life,
It gives many a new outlook on life.
It brings back that sense of wonder
that caused our minds to go for a wander,
It entices us, in nature to wander.

Poetry gives more common grounds,
It gives war less grounds,
It brings us peace of mind,
It allows us time to rest our mind.

Premium Member The Golden Doors rent of the Occult

Knock, knock.
I ran to the door and flung it open. Marcus stood there, holding my sister by a heavy chain. I looked at her, blind in one eye, a thumb missing, and felt nothing.
“I’ve come to beg forgiveness,” she rasped.
“Don’t,” I said, my voice cold. “I know about the occult. I know you opened the Golden Door and murdered for what was behind it. Now the door won't close, and you’re looking for someone to pay the bill.”
She lunged at me, looking more like an evil spirit than my kin, but Marcus jerked the chain.
“You bargained for gold,” I continued. “But you never asked where the demon would find it. He showed you my life points in coin and you took them. You had everything, yet you wanted my life too. I won't pay your debt. I have no interest in your soul or your portal.”
Behind them, a black carriage waited in the shadows. After thirty years of running from her, the end had finally arrived. Marcus hauled on the chain, dragging her toward the horses.
“Your time is up,” he growled. The door of the carriage slammed shut.

What lurks in the shadows?
Creepy predators waiting for their unsuspecting prey.
Best to lock our doors.

Premium Member 7 Doors To Paradise

Where the Lesser Nature Reigns there Hell knows No Crowns
 where Unguided Men follow crowds,
where the Spirit is Dormant and Obsolete
where Frenzies Run amok like Pacified Sheep,
where the Fruits of the Spirit are nowhere found
 held captive by external bounds,
tethered to the Berm of the Unholy paths
where all Wither, where the soul Dithers, and Truth never lasts
Yet, by the High Road we find pastures So Sublime
through the Lands Of Penial where the Great Torch Shines
Upwards by the Fire unto the Higher Mind
 there, we Travail Electric Paradigms
by Knowledge comes Ascension, by Ascencion we are Freed
by Freedom we March through the Passage of Sovereignty,
Ever Upwards from Gate unto Gate
Into Valleys and Highlands that Liberate,
7 Doors Yonder to find Thy Light
Ever So High, we Blitz into Paradise

Premium Member Tribute to 3 doors down

The band 3 Doors Down helped me through so many things
I saw them in concert too

They play their songs tightly in sync,
if you pay attention listening through

They are very talented, many songs
I always enjoyed to hear

Now, the lead singer died, 47 years old
Such a loss worth every tear

At The Swinging Of The Doors

Stuck in that corner of the woods,
Where beauty bleeds n' the hearts are clay,
And hope is a distant mutant ray
That fractures at the break of day.
You wake to find the same grey dust
On every window pane,
And the weight of all the yesterdays
Like rust upon the train tracks laid in vain.

You want leave, got plans for today,
But you're chained by every mistake.
Counting the cost of what it's gonna take...

At the swingin' of the doors,
Do you hear the future roarin'
Or just the silence it pours?
Is it freedom you are headin' for,
Or just a different set of wars?

At the swingin' of the doors
Keep goin'
Keep goin'
Keep goin'

Premium Member WHY I LOCK MY DOORS

Someone broke into my house
A crowd assembled
Chants and banners were raised
Saying “he’s one of our neighbors”
“he has a right to be here”

He took the 50 inch TV
And my truck
His ‘NEW” neighbors
Obstructed the pursuit
Of the authorities.

Now I must decide
Which of my “neighbors”
I shall “visit”
Whose truck I shall need
And whose TV will be in it.

I lock my doors
To keep the honest people honest

I knew, and you knew, that if I listened to "Unchained Melody," I would have surrendered to yesterday. Without the praises and disappointments, those deep, lingering sighs during moments of passion, our love seemed superficial by comparison. Everything changed the moment I saw his face in my dreams. Suddenly, the sweet sounds of Gheorghe Zamfir’s "Unchained Melody" called me back; I transformed into the Greek goddess you never recognized. I am free.

My last sigh and our final embrace have settled into dust, leaving only one reminder: your brown jar of honey, untouched, sticky, and outdated, much like your attempts to seduce me. Those negligees you once adored have lost their color, much like yesterday's tears. Everything we once shared feels so unreal, yet I am free—free to love. With each breath and every melody, the intimidation has faded away.

We were everything to each other, and I cherish those nights. However, I have now become the courageous heart of my soul; my fears have lifted, and my smiles are long overdue. A new secret has come to light. Close all doors.

I Carry Within Me a Church Without Doors

I never had a religion.
Only thirst.
And instead of drinking,
I shouted.

I was told I am lost.
That I burn too much
and God does not come to those who shout.
But He answered me only when I howled.

I carry within me a church without doors.
No priests.
No icons.
Only a cross shaped like a question
and a Gospel written with the blood of a dreamer.

The Doors Of Memories

Wandering in the corridors of my heart
Somewhere in a mystical part
I came across a curious door
But It felt like the life's core
It was decorated with joyful lights
Which had brighten my dark sight
On opening the door, the new world emerge
I entered it as my heart urge

After entering I felt untroubled
Suddenly my happiness is doubled
It has a world where everyone cheers
As if in the world there is no fear
Everyone lives the life without thinking
The time passed as fast as I was blinking
The world was full of curiosity
No one has any animosity

Here comes the beautiful and crucial memory
Which is actually a priceless treasury
Moments shared with our childhood friends
Even in a complicated trouble , the fun never ends
They were partners in our crimes
Those friends are like our hearts's rhymes
They were our life's shadows
Whose effect follows us to every meadows
Those days are unforgettable
And the memories are truly incridible

The door was of our recollection
The childhood memories are really a priceless affection !!!
