Litmus Test 

Trust is key in all relationships. Everyone has secrets. There's a saying, we're only as sick as the secrets we keep. 

Sharing the secrets that undermine my mental health, absolutely need to be shared. This means I'll make a choice to be vulnerable and share them.

The Discerning Eye

In the Gallery of Life, where deeds hang on display,
Not all can see the masterpiece amidst the gray.
For excellence, that rare and radiant art,
It is visible only to the excellent heart.

Like calls to like, in silent recognition,
A secret language, a hidden coalition.
The mediocre gaze, yet fail to see
The brilliance that sets true greatness free.

Discerning Reading Frog

Frog reads the last chapter of each book to begin.
He does not want to waste time on boring ones then.
He sits on a stack, going through them with haste.
If some are dull, they go to the bottom and I mean post haste.

The current one he is reading has him highly intrigued.

	The safety of a plausible
Fantasy 
The alchemy of
Turning lies into truths 

That makes us the irrational
Passionate beings 
That rule the earth

In the end
	We are who we
Believe we are
With no proof 
That we are not

	For lack of substance

insanity

The discerning river moves
through the crowded valley woods
like an ancient crooked spine
