To the Waters, in Faith

He promises to care to the extreme,
If I'd drink from His never-drying stream—
That I need no coin to purchase or strive,
For He said I was made to glow and thrive.

As time slithers, wants litter front and rear,
And hope keeps fading with each passing year.
He says I need not labour hard for bread,
Yet my field yields

A Fevered Night, Unscheduled Departure II

I creep into your room, my steps are unsteady,
You went to bed with symptoms of the flu,
A soft child’s breath is what I seek,
To touch, to comfort—to ensure peace.
But as I peel back the covers, I find
Your stillness is no longer sleep.

I call your name, my voice trembling,
Attempt to rouse you from your peace,
But you

Not A Lie

You have no sense
This is all just a lie
That's not how it happened
Tell the truth, don't tell a lie
Jesus entered the upper room
He addressed the men with a smile

Vicious questions without answers,

Kill me with Disbelief

I Am Not Crazy

They say I am crazy 
They claim I am  demented 
They call me names
And swear vehemently that I have lost it all
I look at them and shake my head in disbelief 
How can I convince  them
That I am not what they think I am?
How can I make them understand

Trigger Me, Why

Oh how, I cry, disdain toward the word,
that gaslights sanity and truth defy.
When hapless, hopeless person, undeterred,
begs ask the question, of the victim, why?

Does thou holdest thee in purest contempt,
whilst quick, to grant, my aggressor pardon?
Lest I, in whom, no violence breathes, attempt,
to find, just cause, yet does, in myself, shun.

It all started with the crisp green leaves
Transforming into all that gorgeous fall foliage
With the warm breeze, came
The blooms of sakura
Spring for sale
Then came the sudden rainstorms
Summertime sadness
And the thunderstorms
Lightenin
Burnin everything down

Just all that’s leftover for takeout is
