Smiling down on the speckles of sand,
already the warmth is fading.
Dreaming of brilliant
stars to appear
as their mother rested on waves.
At the height of graceful magnificence
her soft chrome glow diminishing.
One last show
she would provide
before she went to bed.
She reached her arms to the skies
and bid her children "good night."
Sinking slowly,
hesitantly,
into the darkness,
she painted the heavens with hues,
magenta, tangerine, and cyan she had bestowed.
A tinge of violet creeping softly in,
bleeding unnoticeably, one into the other
until a rich ocean blue had been made.
Movements of life
slowed, blurred,
dreams wriggled deep into minds,
darkness blanketed
the land with its quilts.
And Earth slumbered once more.

You know her
You feel she mingles in your reason in rhythm
Not with your possible pain of angina in arrhythmia
She is a calm serenity prayer
that knows your tear and that needs to run down on your smile lines
she is a kitchen cookie baking sheet
tracing paper cyan heed
never a plotter, never a san Juan never a San Francisco
But she is there too, with things on the verge of unsayable , she is there, too!
not to announce i am possible
but to possibly remind
even an ounce meant!
Rockefeller center and Rockford too
hit hard rock bottom with your pain
with all her pensive boon!

cyan blues indigo into nighttime
darkness scorches the soul to the core
hellfire’s charcoal embers
dissipate lightness of being
achromatic void
engulfs a self-fulfilling promise
rose petals wither by the wayside
trudged and treaded upon
flame red converts to burnt sienna
a mere shadow dances in the heat
hunter green pastels fade in exhaustion
an emerald pendant strings
a chafed neck in a choking embrace
mustard gold’s alchemy
folds citric sunflowers
away from its rainbow
where a pot of tar
repeats the circular path
suave mauve corrodes
into rust and necessity’s must
clusters indecision
and meaningless desire
the prism yields prison
and yet all colours
would merge into white
when the pail becomes
half full once again
and chakras confide

Dear Angel,
I dare you, shimmering…glimmering star
To shine anew where you are
Dare Angel, so true
Who knew, who’d knew
You were the color of cyan
I will be your man
I will be having my tan
Dare to wonder
Dare to wander
Dare to ponder
What lies ahead? Think of the present instead of the past of dread
Venturing through my vortex
Of perplexing flexing mentally
Bewilder me
Wanderlust be
You are you and I am I
Let’s die alive tonight, tonight, tonight
You are outgoing and I am shy
Maybe I’ll love you with my might
You dare angel of ardent adventure, legacies of lament and journey of joy…a voyage of valleys and majestic mountains above

The four seasons mark the turning year,
Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter clear.
Four phases of the moon at night we can see,
Waxing, Full, Waning, and New, set free.
The earth has four elements that matter,
Earth, Air, Fire, and Water to splatter.
The four directions from which winds blow,
are North, South East and West on show.
Matter has four states to behold,
Solid, Liquid, Gas, and Plasma to unfold.
The four causes in nature are con-formal,
To the material, final, efficient and formal.
For the faithful, the four cardinal virtues include,
Justice, Prudence, Temperance, Fortitude.
The four personality temperaments, so emphatic,
are Sanguine, Choleric, Melancholic, Phlegmatic.
There are four colors in a printing pot stack,
Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black.
Where we are, when, is defined by four dimensions sublime,
Length, Width, Height and Time.
What about those 'four-letter' words you cry?
Enough said! Let us not be led awry!

all interwoven with iridescent turquoise inks

for we share aquamarine auras every darling day

After the rain, my eyes were blithe,
Rainbow spans the sky, deft and lithe.
For a terse glance, it will remain.
My eyes were blithe . . . after the rain.
Shades of beat! crimson-cyan blue.
A quite brilliant and sparkly hue.
Incite me to yearn for this treat.
Crimson-cyan blue, shades of beat.
With charm, I stare, watching it fade.
Impressing splendor, God has made.
Auspiciously, an awe-sight rare!
Watching it fade with charm, I stare.
This stunning sight cannot grow old.
Just to grasp, it's a drill of gold.
Always an enchanting delight.
Cannot grow old this stunning sight.
Wanderlust has led me everywhere
along lucid wishes rustic landscape;
There is nothing that can really compare,
you don’t have to go far for an escape;
Adorned with a luscious cyan ocean
lies a city full of artistic dreams;
Holding those giving the Muse devotion,
it truly is as vibrant as it seems;
Skyscrapers with electric graffiti,
their designs seem to mimic the weather;
Shining light on this grandiose city
the eye of the storm it’s epicenter;
You smell salt water mixed with gasoline,
that vibe is so aggressively polite;
Walking that boardwalk hologram pristine,
stars decorate a sky filled with daylight;
Familiar yet you cannot place the scent;
With a long inhale you are transported
to a flush Mecca so teal decadent.

Dark, drizzling recesses that pulse and flow.
A nebulous haze of nothingness, a sad show.
With rasping tears of seabirds, in silent cries.
They uncover comfort in various forlorn sighs.
Horizon depicts a snapshot of dreary gray.
Raven rainbows trance in barren dismay.
Why are you grieving, my wounded heart?
Why are you missing vivid spring impart?
Birds in scarlet, saffron, and cyan hues,
Glorious in the skies, so ariose views.
Yet, time slips by and you head away
Remote star casts me out of abyss sway.
I maunder amid dry gloom, forlorn and alone.
Chuckles echo across my passing groan.
In grief of shorebirds, I learn of my plight.
As I long for your arrival with all my might.
But hope lingers, akin to a glimmer at night.
We will return one day in a pure love light.
I will wait for that juncture, my soul ever true.
In bleak wilderness, memories will renew.
As the day dawns on the flaming canvas of the sky,
aureate fringed wispy cloud convoy glides slowly away.
On the cobalt sea they shower the spectrum of color,
silver-streaked waves spread pearl strings on the shore.
The sunburst horizon of daybreak drips sequins on the sea,
golden garlands glow with rhapsody on the rolling waves.
The ancient mariner in me sails on the wind of ecstasy,
across the seamless expanse of dancing sapphire shine.
After the agonizing night the sparkling new day dawns,
and as the yonder gloomy horizon brightens to entice,
I discover euphoria trinkets hidden in the mist of despair,
find within me a serene sea to swim to the bay of bliss.
The sun of the cyan sky shines on emerald forest canopy,
strips of light and shade saunter around whispering trees,
make nature’s ethereal lattice of mystique design I marvel,
as I wander mesmerized in the entrancing wilderness.
I feel the melodic touch of serenading breeze of the wild,
as I waft in its wake to the halcyon horizon of delight.
I reach the mesmeric meadow blossoming in my mind,
as I float breathing rapture in the ambience of aromatic air.
For me you’re designed, mesmeric scarred moon,
grace gleams in the convolute cradle of cyan night,
slithers in the silken sky I create for you,
a turquoise trail you trace in my heart incised.
Thunder cloud surges from the edge of stained night,
the debris of the splintered sky swathes me.
You retreat in the glare of anguish lightning,
searing the slivers of my fissured essence.
I travel in the tempest of strife,
serenade the broken notes of an unsung song,
in sync with the symphony of flawed passion,
making untuned melody in the snapped string of memory.
In the blemished visage of the veiled sun,
I paint on the scraped sensual canvas
your frail face with fragmentary fervor,
sedately smiling eyes sparkle my deranged dream.
On the charismatic canvas cracked,
my failing longing lingers in your effervescent eyes.
Etched in the invented lattice of patterned splendor,
your unsplit smile shimmers unspoilt.

I sneak glance at veiled blue.
as swank stars start to shine,
Sleeping, I sensed your love.
as warmth weaves through the heart,
Feeling the night above
I sneak glance at veiled blue.
through days that caught the moon,
with the whim that soon grasps
those who were backing me,
lasting the same long clasp
I sneak glance at veiled blue.
then climb the heights of sky.
zest the bright stars that shine.
Through the twilight impulse.
glimpse that my soul is thine.
I sneak glance at veiled blue.
Oh, divine timeless throne.
Your love has embraced us.
through my path shone a blaze.
freed and borne with life fuss.

Earth's mysteries—swirling in the sky.
Heaven is comely with lemon meringue.
Vaporizing clouds are dulcet and colored.
Cinnamon light was shed on my shoulders.
Peering onto the horizon of a waning sun.
Beethoven and Mozart split into the ether.
Ruby tangos fuchsia in an outburst of ecstasy.
Fetching hues of elixir flash and flare.
Obsidian clouds yield a rumble of thunder.
Cumulus clouds coal-colored clusters.
In erratic black seas, akin to rogue boats.
Thunderclaps imbue a shiny sheen.
A cyan-blue sky casts her limbs outward.
Soaring saffron butterflies and kites.
A cloud of endorphins shrouds the world.
Amid raucous mirth and glamor lullabies.
The sky's evocative color palette.
sparked by the effervescent moonlight.
delightful days laced with zeal and zest
amid a kaleidoscope hallucination.
