Gathering fantasies over here
Warm holiday books feat setting near
Stomping crimson red grapes
Imagining romantic fate
Characters dreaming of cupid's spear
Trying to make me fall in love
Flying he came to me like a dove
Like Cupid, he shot his arrows at me
Unlike for others, I accepted them with glee
Thinking of becoming his dear wife
Winking I welcomed him into my life
Shower of love drenched us to the core
Our souls would never part, we both swore
eyes meet and we inter-lock
my heart leaps into your hands
the minute your voice swoons me
Bulging eyes like a pompous toad
watched for me to blush and explode
when we met and you called me cold.
I thumped your cigar.
You flicked ash into my dress fold
then showed the nerve of one too bold
by kissing me in your wrapped hold
and yet here we are.
Perfect, we met on Cupid’s day;
but for mercurial horseplay
of the limbo bar.
Marriage tested with high-low games.
Imperfectly, we match; two flames -
and yet here we are.
It didn't start til it beganned
every one gathered
at a real gathering f freinds
cheek kissing is cute as it gets
that how we can dismmiss all those
regrets
a recorded song is a recording of sounds
we learn the lyrics before we
sheet music read the sounds
now we challenging to see
who's gonna make the Faching sound.
Who gonna make the faching sound?
Who's goinna make the faching sound?
is it middle sea?
Or middle si?
all the muscials say it's middle C
if it's mid duel see
what then RE WE TO SEE?
LET IT BE
THEY SAY
JUST LET IT BE.
pHAT ONE'S THEY SAY DIPATHONG
THE OTHERS WONS SAY THAT'S
WRONG
i SEE PHAT AND LIKE THE THONG
DIET AND EFFORDS
THAT CAN BE WRONG.
cANTAR SINGS TO CANTRIX IN THE SONG
THE BACKGROUND SANGER'S
SEE IF THEY RIGHT OR WRONG
WHAT THE FAACH?
WHO THE FACH?
THE FACH: THE FACH;THE fACH!
Cupid's arrow strikes at high noon,
chocolates melt 'neath the bright moon.
Our fate is sealed—a sweet typhoon,
its winds carrying us afar.
Our hearts danced through candle's warm glow,
scars hid pain, which we did not know.
Our souls cringed—a warning throe,
And yet here we are.
Love personify,
Twinkling with sparkles in eye,
Cupid--one fun guy!
How fortunate I am that your arrow–
which would otherwise rip caverns
through obsidian–met the other end
of my heart with so little as a keyhole.
How blessed I am that my love now seeps to the sound of a soothing pulse.
In sync with honey swimming over a rounded edge in lazy drizzles.
Carrying warmth as it flows past an ivory crib cradling breath.
But, oh, dear Cupid,
how cursed you made me when
my love finally reached the fence
of another's heart, and bounced back
not in the way
that a calm lake reflects the sun's smile,
but as if my affection were a stone
returned to shore by crashing waves,
reminding sand of the border between land and sea.
Yes it looks like you're late again
let me guess
you missed the bus you missed the train
then 'Bang!' I heard the front door slam
when you walked away
taking the life out of who I am
here we go again with the same old story
I've already seen this movie and it's oh so boring
not the first time you've been busted
and caught out
with your excuses and can't be trusted
when 'Wham!' I heard the car door slam
then you drove away
driving the life out of who I am
here's that same old song and dance yet I still care
but why do I have to relive this same nightmare
there's always something
drama trauma tragedy no matter what you do
saga stigma calamity no matter where you go
always something with you
wish I had a silver bullet like cupid's little dart
and if I had that magic slug I'd shoot you through the heart
Upstairs; a bed with sleeping teddy bears
Downstairs; a table and two chairs
His sighs
His lonely eyes
The dim silent room
The snow falling through the gloom
The reflection in the window
Stare back upon
The one who in anger bid her go
Lamenting the hours she's been gone
And the shouting that seemed so long ago
Even pride can no longer recall
what winds brought the storm
nor how deep the rainfall
Not even knowing if she’s safe and warm
Then the creaking door
The room awash in sudden cold
He waits no more
For the darkness to unfold
Her, in his rush to hold her
Their eyes meeting as he enfold
Her, and his unashamed tear
Ponders his disgrace
As he wipes the same tear from her face
Midst the rapture of love's embrace
In passion's haste things were said
For anger's sake
-now anger is dead
In both their hearts
Where love left smouldering erupt in flame
And cupids darts
Linger without blame
In their quiver
his cheeks dewy
His bottom lip aquiver
So Close, So Far
Beauty-backed brains,
Ever radiant, ever evanescent
And rejuvenating.. while life's rains
Treacherously try to tear and rent
Rippled holes into men's hearts,
Inspiration comes forth from you
Cajoled by Cupid's love-soaked darts
Encapsulating everyone in your view.
Ordinary folk like me
Metamorphose into a being
Only a favoured few see
Like snowflakes which spring
A surprise on creatures in June
Raking leaves which fell from
Aftermaths of a terrific storm
Seldom misses
Life then blisses
Tingly skies full of surprise, oh how I love when with surmise,
the little rascal aims his dart as if it were poetic art!
He will deliberately ambush you and your entire tush
with a gush loaded arrow he does romantically push
into hearts genuine states of goofy, gooeyed, loving mush.
No one on this earth can evade him, only love persuades him.
With silent wings, he flies towards the fun gains when his will is done.
No one has a clue concerning who will be romancing who
and there's no sense in guessing - romance is at Cupid's questing.
When cupid's arrow aims for you, there isn't much that you can do!
Hear, hear!
I can feel her heart drift
Who knows why she loves me
I hate the smell of Cupid’s grift
She puts her finger to my lips
I taste her brüt silence
Behind bruadaraiche irises
Dionysus watches neon signs shift
