Premium Membercakes fort he snakes

Red, the hot hedgehog baked strawberry short cakes
They were delicious, magnificent, she fed them to her snakes
Better than her chocolate sundaes, or her blueberry shakes.
Best recipe she has, said those satisfied snakes.

A Rubbing of Hands

Elsie, Lucy, Olive, this small boy's remarkable old aunts.
Oh, how they rubbed their hands.
But with glee or sorrow? Or even anger?

Elsie had a strict-looking expression -
when not rubbing her hands.
Lucy wore spectacles that pinched her nose
and, oh, had such a thin smile -
when not rubbing her hands.
Olive seemed serious, often frowning at me -
when not rubbing her hands.

But when they were rubbing their hands
they were ridding those hands of
flour that helped to make a cake or of
flour that helped to make a Yorkshire pudding or of
flour that helped to make joy -
the joy of making that cake or that Yorkshire pudding;
or of spiteful expressions they might wear when sneering
at this small boy, who would have to eat
their cakes or their Yorkshire pudding, or absorb
their sneers - sneers that were also smiles.

We remember our aunts in
the most remarkable ways.
I was a small boy.

The hapless fruit cake has endured egregious loathin' o'er the years!

Bein' on the receivin' end of such a delicacy is some folks' greatest fears!

Shucks! I received many a one while in the service to share with my chums,

(Who savored booze in any form, especially those cakes soaked in rums!)

History reveals that fruit cakes were consumed by Roman Legionnaries,

To sustain them in their numerous conflicts with ferocious adversaries!

Fruit cake with nuts and fruits (Lord only knows what else) I won't condemn!

I'm just one of many discriminatin' fellers who happens to like 'em!

Tea and Cakes

The day is full of sunshine.
The big tree is full of flowers,
pink and gold blossoms of fairy fire.
The time of the year?
Spring.. perfect, and lovely.

Come sit with me my friend.
We will laugh under the branches,
that are way up high.
We will tell jokes and even sing,
if we choose to be in the mood to do so.
We will talk about yesterday,
and pray together for tomorrow.
The day will pass,
as we count the bees,
and the ladybugs,
that come to visit...
in the tall grass.

The picnic will taste heavenly,
marmalade and scones
made of orange and rye.
The lemonade goes down with ease.
There is comfort... there is peace...
we are spending time, well spent,
on a dime's worth of moments,
strung together to create a memory
we will both share forever.

Pass me a plate,
and the beautiful cake,
made from fate,
and seasoned with destiny.
I am happy, you are here.

Premium MemberThe Lanterns

Electricity is not that important
During the Moon Cake's Festival
A moonlit sky
Moon cakes, lanterns, candles
Hollow darkness
And a wavy flame will do
To children
A burnt lantern
Is an unforgetable event
And so is the tradition itself

Poor Kate made a mistake,
When she ate a piece of cake,
After taking a big bite,
Poor Kate looked a dreadful sight,
As her teeth fell onto her plate.

Premium MemberTo Bake Or Not To Bake

In the mighty town of Stern,
       Non-cake makers, were thought of
       as lowlier than worms?

If a pre-made cake was bought,
Shamed were they and thought of
       nothings and naught!

I am no humungus fan of skullduggery.
Nor will baking ever be my ecstasy!!

Box of Tricks and Cakes

Oh we of many foibles

With mind so boiled and brittle

Through choices stolen

And hope and heart both lost

We bond to break the future past

Kept sectret in the ponder box

But for thee

You shall not pass

For feet to cut on shattered glass

Spread upon a bed of roses

We are our own worst enemy

Seduced by harm to foe and self

We of curdeled cream particary

Who eat our word's for fear of admitting when
we are in the wrong

To those i say fear not just let go

Let the world outside and other's know

To air is to be human

Premium MemberWhat If Cup Cakes Could Eat Human Beings and Dogs Drove Cars- -

What if cup cakes?
Would eat humans!

What would the world be like?

What if dogs drove cars
And cats and mouse drunk from the same jar...

What if the moon were really cheese?
What, just what would it mean?
Mice and Rats now would be Lunar Astronauts,

And what about mosquitoes
Working in hospitals
Rallying and working for blood drives and banks?

This brings me all the way back
To what if cup cakes, could eat human beings

just what flavor would you be....Yuk!!!

LAUGH
Out
Loud
ha, ha, ha...
