A cacophonic silence,
A mere blanch of a catastrophic faliure,
A maroon in a sickening mirage,
'tis a shade one more,
As a ray one less,
Fairing smiles adiue,
Requiem of a chastised face,
Lay a bed,
O'er wond'rous, to waste.
Where'n freshen lie fast in his daze,
Merry may go his hour,
Time shroud.
However vivid,
a weary slumber ,
Is but man's sorry tire,
Weeping sore,
Once dreaded in languishment,
Once cowered behind the stars.
Not an eye unopened,
Nor a God that sleeps.

Somberly and perpetually, it plays
Dark melodies in my days
Rumblings of guitar and piano play at distant
corners of my mind
Lingering concerts of sorrows so unkind
Willie Brown said, "The blues ain't nothing but a good
man feeling bad."
I want to be a good man; maybe this is why I'm
feeling sad
Deep, deeply in my soul
Cacophonic blasts so piercing and bold
Echoes of a distant and short past
Melancholic riffs, runs, and good licks long last
Blues,
Blues I did not choose
Instead, I was chosen
So many monotonous strums...
And deep pulsating drums
Play,
They play in my mind and heart...
When will it end?
Better yet, when did it start?

As the pastor delivers his speech
and religious fervour peaks,
our heart goes out to those marginalised,
for pale now are their fear fraught cheeks.
In the name of God, gathering a crowd,
witch-hunting the downtrodden and meek,
crass and callous is the cacophonic din,
shrouding love and light, each of us seek.

In the cacophonic chaos of life I seek peace,
delve into my soul’s serene niche,
perceive the pleasure of nothingness
in the void and tranquil depth of bliss,
where I savor the sweetness of solitude.
In the lonely island of life I like to be
suffused with supine shower of quietude,
find at the inert depth within a new me,
turned into a hermit I realize it as my reality,
in the quiescent insight I lose my duality.
As the full moon traverses my sleepy sky,
night’s opaque aloneness the stardust dilutes,
I drink eyeful while indolent time passes me by.
Mind gets drenched in delight my inaction elutes,
and in charmed trance of rapture I become mute.
Across the still sea of my serene soul,
the alluring horizon of love
I long to see wait at the edge of eternity,
where my yearning soars through emptiness
with the idyll thoughts in my idle time.

Bewildered by cacophonic sounds of mind,
I chose to step outside the stream of thought flow
into the vast void, leaving desires behind
and as I did this, my heart became mellow,
outpouring compassion beauteous and kind,
inking the universe with a mystic glow,
whereupon melding thus with the all that is,
my heart began dispersing mists of pure bliss.
God’s grace is immediate and intimate
and in truth there is nothing we need to do,
save gentling heart and making thought flow sedate,
that His bountiful benedictions renew,
whence heart celebrates as in-form nodes gyrate,
releasing nectar like the fresh morning dew
and thus this is-ness of being-ness of soul,
are divine blessings, ancient scriptures extol.

The flop and flurry of wide, woozy wings
clatters over dawn hedgerows.
Claws scrabble, feathers flounce.
An ounce of twitters rebounds
into raucous sound.
Here a rowdy cackle,
here a coddled coo,
there a deeply fluted hoo-hoo
all together in a ruffled flutter.
Birdsongs pump up,
light airy balloons into chattering tunes.
The sky jitterbugs a cloud or two.
Listen, listen do,
Listen to the hullaballoo
the mad glad galloping away of a musical play
where the singalong nips
at our ears with catcalls and cheers.
Another teaming twitter and fuss
strikes up its band for us.
Another cacophonic day lurches
as sleepy birds and the wide awake
gleefully roll off
their nocturnal perches.

Multiple sources
combine forces to create
a mighty current.
Quiet babbling brooks become
a cacophonic thunder.
Arcing in sunlight,
a stone lands with a kerplunk,
sends water skyward.
Swept downstream, it vanishes,
no evidence of impact.
Countless words flood forth:
mirth, anguish, anger, joy, awe.
Cast into the soup,
briefly visible to all,
swept downstream into the void.

It's the hush of morning calling me,
the subtle cacophonic echo awakening
discord on windy hallowed eaves
of distant chimes and church bells ringing;
December singing in my ears
Christmas hymns and olden melodies
that plague the sound waves endeared
with old lost stories and memories;
the heartstrings drawn together over time
stitching threads of encounters amassed
sutures of heartaches and heartbeats primed
quilting the tears and laughter passed;
some toss and turn beneath the covers
blanketed in its thermal warmth and dreams
grasping at midnight hopes discovered
waiting patiently anxious for the scenes;
if only the memories could return
of father, mother, uncles, aunts galore
grandparents, cousins gathering in turn
waiting on Christmas to greet us at the door.

I am sorry, I broke my promise
A heavy voice spoke, wracked in guilt
with a dagger in my heart, I wept all alone
as the world moved on to a new day.
little snippets raced, still within your gravity.
and I stayed in your arms, with no words to say.
Cacophonic thunders and lightning fears
enveloped me in darkness of helpless tears.
Drenched in rain I slowly turn to sunshine,
Oh! your lies were so beautiful...
Stars glittered in everlasting nights
my moonlit sky turned calm and cool.
Dreamy clouds and foamy fountains
in pristine passion, mingle into a river.
I forgive and set free, two prisoners of love
only fractals of moments I keep forever.
You were sorry that you broke your promise
I am sorry, I couldn't break mine.

To the Tree, He was condemned,
like a callous kleptomaniac.
Castigated and scorned by
a cackle of cacophonic voices.
Clamours and clanging...
clanging of corrupt tongues.
Away, they led Him to
the welcoming Cursed Cross.
For ages, this Cross has borne criminals,
The condemned offenders that roamed the streets.
A symbolical structure of falseness,
Of corrupt mortals punishing cursed beings.
The Cross welcomed a new Curse -- with ecstasy,
A quintessence now is being laid on it.
So many sins on this One crucified,
A once-in-a-lifetime grace for the Cross.
Amidst pains; amidst sufferings; amidst hell; amidst the dead;
The Curse crawled along.
To Victory; to Redemption; to Rebirth; to Grace;
The Curse turned around.
Christ, He became, ascended into Glory,
And the Cursed Cross crossed over.
No longer a symbol of affliction, but,
A monument of Grace that saves.
Galatians 3:13
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

In the absence of complication,
trials and tribulations become distant memories.
Above, sapphire skies delight sanguine eyes
and inspire forthcoming musings of the mind ***
Traverse with me oh blessed soul into a world of silence
together we can breach the Universal laws of order
and wrap our dreams with silver bows of mercy and love.....
Ensembles of beauty will ignite and claim our hearts
as we become students of the inner light ;
Place the spotlight onto heaven with ecumenical delight
recall the stars ablation as they blink and disappear
for sake of morns relinquish,she yields to sacred night;
Go ahead resign your tribulations and comply dear Mystic,
sing your cacophonic songs as miracles abound
beneath His tribal skies, new contracts await you,
so now that you know, go set the world on fire
with your afterglow and gait.

Outside convenes a caucus of noisy crows,
through my window I observe their convention,
an impressive display but no one really knows
their chaotic cacophonic intention.
Landing on the lawn, and taking to the trees
Seemingly argumentative and yelling.
A skitterry squirrel takes note and flees,
taking refuge in his knothole dwelling.
The clamorous cawing is strangely staccato,
Shattering the prior, peaceful dawn.
All at once in a flash of feathers, they all go,
To implement their plans, they must move on.

False dawn scouts creep eerily through the mists
dance on the cooling surface of moonlight
nudge nocturne musicians through final riffs
to tease the crusted eyes of daybreak’s sight.
Awake!! Soft breezes call to rippled shores
beseeching all to greet their rising king
in hum, in chirp, in open petal doors
a welcome to this cacophonic fling.
So bathe within the flame of sunshine’s lust
impregnate frozen dreams long dormancy
rejoice in bringing forth earth’s budding thrust
welcome the loving touch of passing bee.
Sweet sun, you arc across a future’s sky
fade beneath the moonlight’s reverent sigh.
