In one of the mag,
I am used to buying,
I followed this gag,
And can't cease falsifying.
The only girl;
Dayo chose to love,
Never mind if her heart with his could curl,
And bothers not of his awaiting grieve...
Instead makes him a burl,
While waiting for another to cleave.
Unto him: HER forever pearl,
Then it'll be easy to say goodbye in brief.
To him that had been made to whirl;
In pool of hope, as he waits for life,
That in whatever, they would endlessly hurl,
And made strong, stronger by any tiff.
Rather all gains weigh loss twirl:
For chance, in case the to be leaves,
It will be easy to swirl!
Searching not, got hit in store a relief.
And tangle,
With Dayo,
Her Mayor,
Who is at stake to dangle:
For love--
The reason that can not be told,
Would mark him a stiff,
But won't get anyone responsible to hold.
The one Dayo book in his logics:
The one he never doubt,
Outdone him in tricks,
To secure the soulmate as she scout.
But why? If love be for real:
Let its SHOW stays and its TELL flee,
And when love no more in heart resides,
Let its SHOW disappears and its TELL decides.
there is a squirrel named Earl
who came out of his nest in a burl
it was said one day
he went out to play
and found something better than pearls
HELD UNTO HER
I held her, I held her in my vision;
My soul surely stared;
I held her, in my heart beats rhythm wells;
I touch her mind her thoughts I play;
Over and over and over did my spirit pray?
Squeezing so tight everything a burl
As I held on to her ;

Apples, She’ll Be!
Despite Down Under date blunder,
Summer ‘tis Winter, go ponder,
Go on a date, a Burl,
Whirl your girl,
No Drama, Sheila thunder!
A Wazoo Woo,
Is a Ripsnorter Two,
Warm winter sunbake,
Warren’s Birthday Cake,
Pash modestly or HooRoo!
Take Mary on a Bonzer Date,
Good Onya Heaps Mate,
May yer Matilda be Moolah
Cold Beer in yer Coolah
Corker You Day!
Song of My Heart
Heart song,
Midsummer dream,
Intones sweet poetry,
Love notes resolve in harmonies -
Vespers
Music,
Weaves themes of joy,
Transposes dawn and dusk
Tableaus of half-notes bind lost chords -
In tune
Verses
Winsome lyrics
Tempos sing in duets,
My song breathes in stanzas of sighs
On key
Refrains,
Heart arias,
Beat with mercy’s cadence
Laughter chants a prelude to peace -
Pure pitch
Heartbeats
Sing like love songs
Strummed upon taut heartstrings
Breathless choruses of downbeats -
Heart songs

There was a season, precious was that time,
When you were my dawn of ebullient sunrise,
Song of my mornings, exuberance of spring,
Blossoming gleefully life’s verdant prairies
Whispering to dreamy nights hints romantic
Adorning love verses in indulgent promise.
As autumn arrived, you were still by my side,
Though vigor of hearts soon began to parch
As resplendence dried amid meadows’ sighs
When memories of spring autumn spurned
For music of romance was abruptly paused
And you left the stage as emotions stormed
Leaving behind effigy of affections denied.
There I struggled in turmoil of the bygones
Recalling forever-vows pledged for lifelong
Dissonant in your resolve~ time to exit now,
When rejecting my pleas, you were soon gone,
Refusing to ponder where did love go wrong.
Those days of spring still bloom my prairies,
Your passionate themes still blossom my dreams,
Though you have left and time has moved on
I am still holding on to reveries of our past
Knowing, at times, while love may not last,
It still strums the music and recites its song.

Drunk coffee's fine
Drunk coffee's mine
Drunk coffee spares a burl
half past dying
Drunk coffee sits
Drunk coffee waits
Drunk coffee spares a life
half past dates
the snowflakes are falling like the words from my heart,
part of the scenery they soon become;
and I breathe snowflakes_
my world changes to a beautiful painting,
and my rosy cheeks are snow kissed ~
I walk the forest paths meandering in thought,
part of a painting that inspires;
and I breathe snowflakes_
winter fills me with joy and love,
and my rosy cheeks are snow kissed ~
I was born in a winter blizzard storm weeping,
into my life snow is fallings always;
and I breathe snowflakes_
cold winter into my poems I love to pen,
and my rosy cheeks are snow kissed ~
"I am filled with love when the first snowflake falls ..."

Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! He said.
I looked around, my face quite red.
Who was talking? I looked around.
“Down here, Woman! I’m on the ground.”
This crazy looking brown beetle was talking to me?
I tried to find something else, but it was definitely he.
I am Burl Ives, he told me. And I’m looking for the ball.
I started to snicker now, but that is not all.
“The ugly bug ball?” I asked with delight.
He kicked my toe with a force that gave me a fright.
You pack a punch! I say, surprised beyond belief.
He hit me again, and I thought “Good grief!”
I know you know the song, he said. So sing it and I mean now.
I remembered about half the words, but I did not want another pow.
So I began to sing “The Ugly Bug Ball.”
It seemed to satisfy this bug so small.
We sang it together, and I let him move in.
We are very happy so it was a win.
HESITANCE
sank in slant glance, as you looked back once, while walking leaving hesitance.
