Five Perspectives

At Five, the world around seems confusing
The moves are mesmerizing, so amusing.
One knows no lies and smiles
Plays and explores,counting upto miles.

At Fifteen, one is full of energy and zest
One is impulsive, there's no desire for rest.
One dwells in dreams and fantasies
One enjoys the company of friends, like a swarm of bees.

At Thirty, one feels to have a permanent bond
With a person one wants to be and is fond...
One develops a true sense of responsibility
One strives to achieve and gain stability.

At Fifty, one loses all charm and desire
The level of spirituality, goes higher and higher.
One enjoys the company of members in family
Wants to spend the rest of his life,happily...

At Seventy, one likes the company of peers
With them,he shares the memories, smiles with eyes, full of tears...
One often feels connected with the Lord
Feels,the ultimate path,leads to the Almighty...God.

Premium Member Bond Unknown -CM

Trying to make me fall in love
Flying he came to me like a dove
Like Cupid, he shot his arrows at me
Unlike for others, I accepted them with glee

Thinking of becoming his dear wife
Winking I welcomed him into my life
Shower of love drenched us to the core
Our souls would never part, we both swore

autumn haze creeps in
as dwindling summer sunsets
cast their last hurrahs-
the fruits have grown and ripened
now await their harvesting

Cherish & Love

Swift breezes wisping by
the exotic and wildflowers are fading, the leaves changing hue
share your kind warmth with another soul while the time is opportune
God's graced love for sharing
another of the reasons he created people loving just like you and I too.

COMPASSION

In this selfish world so cold,
A beacon of light guides the way -
Its compassion’s touch, a hand to hold,
And guide and brighten the day.

With gentle words and deeds of grace,
Compassion heals the wounds others bear.
It sees beyond the mask upon the face,
Showing that someone truly does care!

In empathy and kindness, one will find,
A bond that connects us heart to heart -
Lifting us up with words so kind,
Helping us to navigate life’s art!

Oh, compassion is a gift so fond and true,
A gentle soothing light that sees us through!

A Bond Forged In Ruin

I found you in a dumpster,
a trembling scrap of midnight,
all teeth, fear, and olive eyes that still feared shining.
The world had abandoned us both.
I was breaking,
certain there was nothing left worth staying for.
then you looked at me,
and two forgotten souls recognized each other.
you wore anger like armor,
a feral king crowned in sharpness.
yet with me, you softened,
curling into the hollow places of my heart.
your quiet purr became the first hymn
that convinced me to keep living.
I did not rescue you;
I simply found myself in you.
you loved me while I unraveled,
and I loved you while you learned to trust.
feline, my midnight guardian
proof that broken things can save each other.

A girl once loved

She's not giving me the attention I want

I gave up on trying, trying to taunt

I tried and tried

To turn the tide

But she still didn't respond

Every day I wanted to bond

But sadly no, she didn't want me

Didn't have the guts to tell me who she wanted to be

Now I sob

Like a worker without a job

I cry

Because I wad too shy

My heart will be forever empty

For she was so pretty

She liked me before

But now no more

Il never be quite sure

Il die knowing I never hugged her

Now I have to go to the next chapter

Knowing I'll never live happily ever after

Heart's Desire

The feelings are live, the emotions are deep
I still remember, the words and promises to keep.

With joys and sorrows, smiles and tears
The bond grows stronger, keeping us together, over the years.

I believe, you feel the same for me,the love ignites in hearts together
The emotions grow and dazzle with every passing weather.

I am not shy to say,I want you more
I want the whole of you rather
Are you shy to say,we are born for each other?

To relive every moment,to have fun and spree
I want to say,as always...stay with me.

Sunrise

Inspiration for this poem was Gwendolyn Brooks "The Bean Eaters."

Stray fox sleeps closely, near this widow’s pies.
Keeping their bond implies sunrise.
Crisp apples with its wisp to meadows peak,
Bees’ clockwise

This pair of unique pals.
That live each day with ease,
Know that it didn’t leave out sounds
Or banging or breeze.

But Harmonizing…
Harmonizing, blues among hearts restrung,
They pick up fragments to piece, fix, bind trinkets lost, lone
Then the two sit down relish with drinks an pie delightful,
          Now viewing that sunset.

I am - Dialogue with our Elders

I am alive because of you
I live because of you
I suffer because of you
I love because of you
I am dysfunctional partly because of you
I am loved and needed because I care, because you cared

The only thing which is not predetermined
Is how I choose to live this life
Will I spread love and acceptance to myself and others
Or will I repeat the same mistakes in myself or my children?

We are not robots, but we are 'wired' together
We are not artificial intelligence, but intelligent, living, breathing fallible beings.

We live so many years on this ground, but are not defined by what we do.
We are defined by what we are.

I am alive and I'm grateful for that.

When Time Forgot, the Heart Remembere

One day Nobita learned Doraemon would fade,
His memories lost, every bond they had made.
So Nobita swore, “I’ll fix you, my friend,”
No matter the cost, I’ll fight till the end.
From weak and unsure to brilliance and light,
He studied through days and struggled through nights.
Step by step, with a dream standing tall,
He rose as a genius, surpassing it all.
Years later he came, with hope in his eyes,
To fix Doraemon, his greatest surprise.
But Doraemon stood there, with no trace of past,
Not knowing the friend who loved him so vast.
Nobita held on, tears falling like rain,
“I did it for you,” he whispered in pain.
Then deep in his heart, a feeling arose,
A bond beyond time that silently grows.
No memory needed, no past to defend,
Their souls still remembered — forever as friends. ??

Premium Member The Country Scholar's Bond for Student Debtors in the USA

They promised that the debt would fade away
So students took the path they thought was right,
To study and find our scholastic way,
To keep our country's future burning bright.

Americans with good minds, sharp and free,
Where cowboys read of heroes in their books,
Cowgirls build homes for all to see,
Beyond the vanity of shallow looks.

But college dreams have turned to heavy lead,
All races and ethnicities in deep.
The interest grows while workers lose their bread.
The promises the lenders didn't keep.

From Texas plains to Floridian sun,
The SAVE plan starts the freedom we should've won.

Only You

We didn’t spend time —
we gave it.
Hour after hour,
because somewhere
we both knew
this wasn’t ordinary.

You were never
a way to forget someone.
Never a space filler.
Never a second choice.

You are the first thought
that warms my morning
and the last whisper
that stays before I sleep.

If I get protective,
it’s not control —
it’s love that doesn’t want
careless hands
near what it treasures.

I don’t want to cage you.
You’re meant to fly.
I just want to be
the sky you return to.

When life feels heavy —
expectations, pressure,
the fear of not being enough —
you are the only place
where I feel complete.

Not because you fix me.
But because with you,
I don’t feel broken.

I don’t need crowds.
I don’t need noise.
If you’re beside me,
I am not missing anything.

Whatever this bond is —
friendship, love, destiny —
it feels pure.

And if the world ever asks
what matters most to me,

I won’t hesitate.

It’s you.
Always you.

Blinded Bond

A hug for you, dear.
A kiss for you, mine.
Smooches to adhere;
As we pooch and dine...

A thought of your day,
A dream of your wish,
How nice it's so gay;
Love makes look foolish.

A sincere smile on...
A daring frown's sigh,
Beeps through hearts off fun
As both sets hope high-

A life together,
Cum any weather.
