His Irish accent was mellow
It swayed me gently like a serenade
His smile his eyes beguiling

tears salty or sweet
combined with green destiny
soul stirred in caldron
Daylight may softly whisper it's but an hour away
But such is the spiritual power of your divine company,
I will stay
Transformed emotionally beyond all known boundaries of esoteric norm
By your captivating form
While your carefully chosen words like spoken spells
Holds me and unfolds me
And it's where I want to forever stay
An hour away from sunrise,
Laid together
Entwined
Listening to the early morning birds play

Have you ever experienced that magical moment, when you want the night to never end?
Previous nights were mellow and true –
Love had been tender,
Nights had never been blue –
Gentle as the dance, we swung
I hold Eleanor Knightley in my loving arms.
Crystals, amethyst and pearls she wore,
Around her neck diamonds were
Gold as her crown radiated with luminescence,
Extravagant as Egyptian Silk embraced her figure
Carelessly our bodies rhythmically swayed along.
“May I have this dance?”
I asked.
“Why certainly.”
Eleanor Knightley had manipulated my eyes –
Mesmerized by her flair and natural beauty
I am bewitched by the Madame's alluring charm.
As the night enclose –
I hold Eleanor Knightley so close –
Whisper the following words;
“The night may wilt, I say –
But the English rose blossoms foreverly.”
amazing summer
no longer chilled to the bone
bewitched by nature
She flew around me,
dripping all kinds
of trouble.
She began to grow fingernails
inside my head,
they tore away
clumps of caution,
shreds of decency.
The hook in my mouth
slipped out,
about the same time
her ex showed up.
They left in a beat-up Chevy,
leaving me stuck to a wall
fumbling for
a light switch,
but damn she was good.
Lustrous eyes bewitch me
As if a spell of gratifying love is cast
I can't flee
I have no hold
And control over my actions
Untold
To take
Counter steps to
Break
Lustrous eyes bewitch me
And control over my actions
Break
She wore brocade of red with silver threads
A tight fit, clinging to her shapely hips
A matching shade of lipstick on her lips
The lady was determined to turn heads
And turn around they did, news quickly spreads
On the cruise ship she both stunned and bewitched
She wore brocade.
The dress was split both sides to top of legs
Suddenly back of the dress came unzipped
She tried to hide from the cheers and the quips
Till the captain sent all off to their beds
She wore brocade.

ode to the gentle moon
as she rises to meet the midnight breeze
a trace, a graze, a whisper
then leaves behind her warm caress

A Muse bewitched one gloomy night
Dozed off to sleep ‘midst a write
A letter to her dearest friend
Perhaps, she penned, I near my end
Ensconced in dreams, the Muse cried out
But no one there could hear her shout
Muffled by three layers of down
From quaking fear, about to drown
When of a sudden a light went on
A beacon from a nearby town
Her wits restored, the Muse sighed deep
Dashed off a tale of fretful sleep
Forgot about her dearest friend
For thus is how night terrors end
~ Iambic Tetrameter (mostly) ~
Thoughts start to invade my mind,
Mixed emotions embraced my heart
Lost self, where can I find?
Swollen eyes, where are you staring at
Locked inside a four-cornered room
Tangled chain tightly grasping my wrist
I wanted to escape this harsh world,
I wanted to live on a faraway land
Looking outside the window,
Staring at the beautiful moon as it glows
It does not lessen my fear,
As I see witches flying in near
This world is full of autocratic sorcerers,
A world where mere trance is not enough
A world that many suffers
A world that you can hardly survive
A mortal like me
Desiring a harmonious life
Put under this curse
Would I be free from this domineering world?
A spell cast
A promise of a hundred years
I am for you at last
Will follow till the end
Of time.
Bite Size Poem no.40 Poetry Contest
The sparks in your eyes,
the persuasion in your voice,
I’m bewitched and it’s out of control;
Kamikaze pilot right into this spell,
becoming your submissive voodoo doll;
Left incapacitated by your fire
you walk me over such white hot coals;
Inhibitions melting under your wanton gaze,
I kind of like all these pins and needles;
I don’t want to comprehend you
it may break the spell;
Every chant you’re exactly my curse;
Uncovering every unreleased craving
I Succumb;
You leave me bewitched and longing.
My nights have lately become sultry
as suffocating heat chases sleep away,
I lay wide awake unloved and sweating
beneath the murmurous ceiling fan
hoping for some refreshing relief.
Each eventide I hear her bittersweet song
drifting from the verdant vale
like seductive perfume on the breeze.
I cannot resist for long. I must visit every night.
People say there's magic in her.
Rancorous rumors have it that
she seduces with a whimsical smile,
subdues with an enchanting laugh,
soothes with a surrealistic sigh.
Maybe they're right. I know they’re right.
For I am under her arcane spell.
Late at night I leave my rumpled bed
and like a somnambulist I tread
through mysterious corridors of my house.
The dazzling moon shines the pathways
that lead down the surreal vale
into the sonorous cavern where she
concocts her alluring recondite runes.
There I hope to get a glimpse of her
Embrace her gorgeous beauty for untold time
Till inexplicably I find myself alone back on my bed.
Can you blame me if I’m under her spell?

As his hands presses against my body like they knew all my curves,
He reaches out and caresses my body with every touch my body resist,
Doesn’t he know the meaning of No?
I wish my body would turn into water… Poseidon,
Take control of his soul like Hades,
Watch him burn like fire,
Doesn’t he know my body is sacred?
Governed by all the Gods,
Treasured by all of the World,
Protected by Heracles,
But Not even the Gods could stop him…
For he knew what he wanted and bribed his way through,
Since when Gods took days off?
He snatched my soul with every stroke,
Devoured my walls with every inch of unprotected lust,
Then he watched me fade away like a drawing being erased because of its imperfection,
Blamed and drained me,
The God’s watched as he detained my soul and dragged me to hell,
Sold my soul for free “ a moment of pleasure”………
