To my terra of roots
my allegiance I vow
I wallow in your fruits
and to your flag I bow.
Dream not till wake of dawn
beaming sun light I wait
burst of glee of no bourn
the feels of the soul, sate.
Awe chills into my spine
as your Hymn in pride sung
for Home in peace I pine
and love never be swung.
How could my pen, you turn
in a fine rhyming word
as my quill longs to learn
inking with grace and verve.
Today’s wind shifts too fast like a tangle
of invisible lint…perhaps dust, quivering
unto fissure of grass where my heart scrapes,
as if the air denies unanswered questions
so blatantly howling about
a litany's crushed promise. Wired thoughts
rip my tulip bouquet now strewn
on the wayside of angst: how mute hymns
from an aborted vow silences a decorated aisle
on this day, this fateful day.
I’ll never know the why of an insidious choice;
except in his runaway scheme,my eyes
grow blank…tweezed iodized entombed.
Somehow, it is freezing now; a candle in prayer
burns an espousal gown;
For I have never heard
a more immense cold than this.

Craving of each other in weakness,
for you are my only sweetness-
Sanctified and holy with truth,
with you I’ve found completeness.
Your deep CHESTNUT eyes have made me see,
and they’ve been bound by the VOW of ETERNITY.
Sorrow has come and gone with ease,
may this sincerity never cease-
With you I’ve found a TRUSTED companion,
someone who makes me fall to my knees.
We found sapience in our sagacity,

This poem is so meaningful to me. I have been with my hubby since I was 16 years old, I am now 39. After being married for almost 17 years, I have found that our vows are definitely for eternity.

Tempting treat to hungry eye
Flashback memories
Hot lips in constant pursuit
Now chastity vow taken
Other lips await

I had a hole in my pocket, and lost my golden ring.
It wasn't much to many,
but to me, meant everything.
So the moment you came and wandered,
my path with all your treasure.
I made thief's solemn vow to plunder,
and take you for my pleasure.
I stole away your broach of pearls,
I stole away your rare flower.
With fiery hair, cloaked in curls,
took your purple virgin's bower.
I stole away your today, and yesterdays,
and all of your tomorrows...
But truth be told, I must confess,
I never meant you sorrow.
And at last when your eye was averted,
and thought you had nothing left to part.
All hope, now long deserted.
I stole away your heart.
I took you away from your sisters cheated,
and from your little brother,
All your desires and dreams I secreted.
to never belong to another.
Yet somehow through all the days,
you loved me for my thieving ways.
If I could turn back time, and leave you free,
would you take it all back..

Long and softlike Habutai silk your hair surrounds me
gathering like soft golden clouds, engulfing me with pure pleasure.
Your supple lips pout wordless whisperslingering longingly against my cheek,as feline softness presses firm against my longing body.
Cool satin fingers caress warm tingles through my sensile skin
so soft, it is, it takes my breath away, leaving my burning chest empty,
as silken strands entwineso slowlyin pilous brush, pure ecstasy,
leaving me breathless, knowing for this moment, I would gladly die for you.

My Wedding Vow
I was at the entrance
In my white lacy gown
The wind blowing on my face
With my parents on both side
The whole place was full of flowers
People in their fancy clothes
Waiting for me to walk on the aisle
All I can see was the tip of your head
How excited I was
To see how handsome you will be
In your white tux
Nothing will be more stunning as you can ever be
Everything was so perfect
As I entered and walked towards you
The choir sung our favorite song
Looking through the eyes of Love
The red carpet seemed endless
Friends families and relatives
Waving smiling crying clapping their hands
All emotions I saw
Were all out of joy and happiness
I wish it didn't had to end
As we said our wedding vows
Our first kiss as husband and wife
Made this day the most important event of my life.

When love was new, she felt so sure that he
was perfect for her! Everywhere they’d go
together, and he’d call her constantly.
They quickly married, for he loved her so!
He made a promise; this is what he’d do:
watch over her forever, and she found
it so romantic, but she had no clue
how closely to that man she would be bound.
He certainly watched over her, for she
was forced to quit her job. Each dime she spent
was monitored. She had no privacy.
He even checked each email that she sent.
Too soon she learned he kept his vow too well.
To have someone watch over her was hell.
No one has loved me
The way that you do
When we are alone
You show me it's true
Bearing your soul
I hear you confess
Your desire for us
And how deeply where blessed
Together we face
This world side by side
Brave and heroic
When fear tries to blind
The path that we tread

against my tortured, imagined image of you .

A bare, broken heart at last thus mended
The end in which my silence holds its greatest sway
the black results of the promised love you rescinded.
My love, hear my last destined words to you
this cry to heal your bitter heart
This the last honorable, loving thing I can do
before forever our shattered souls part.
As these beautiful trees witness this my final vow
You may thus see, the true depth of my love now
