4 in the morning
Curled into a state of deep repression
 Torn between pleasant nightmares and bitter dreams
My hands reaching for a body that’s no longer there
My fingers finding the liquid of intoxication
The kiss from the rim of the glass
Sends the sweet venom to my brain
