BBC Listeners

BBC listeners are really quite smart
They like science they like art
Just a question from little old me
How does one spell BBC?

Premium Member I rarely listen to the bbc'

Since 2020 came to be..its rare i'll tune to
That corperation, hear me..I'll only go there ( to see what lies? they are spreading?) Scuttlebutt, common rumous
Such like.' They'll always mention, I think they're the dregs of the
Drainstream crowd.? Intent on misinforming..In.? Well in making making listeners; cowed.'
Honeyed un-truths their daily staple,
I am much more selective, i search for
Outfits more capable.' Redacted and Vobes, Kris Brooks to..Annas home cooking, all treat me better, thank you.)

Alma's Not Normal

Alma is back on BBC
with tales of eccentricity
even the critics said it’s good
they’re calling Bolton, "Brollywood"
claiming it's worth the licence fee

It's warmth is positivity
facing life and absurdity
in ways no-one else, would or could
Alma is back

BAFTA award winning TV
based on the writers family
Willan, she's our Walters and Wood
champions the misunderstood
if you catch it, then you will see
Alma is back.

To See the Sea You See

Two seamen sought to sail the sea
to see the seething sea, you see.
This could have happened in B.C.
but no — they saw the modern sea.
In 2023 A.D.
the sea was like the sea B.C.
which is unlike the CBC
with no connection to the sea
but somewhat like the BBC
which does resemble the B.C.
without the extra C., you see?
I see.

The Police and Johns Memory

The police made John jog his memory
“Was the car actually a Camry?”
John delayed, then got free cigarette
Of a brand prized above his Lovette.
And he didn’t hear his voice drop “Yes...”
Before a second thought’s “More or less.”

“Heh! You’ve got my Benson ’n’ Hedges;
Quit building round your answers hedges?”

“Actually, Cop, an off-white Nissan
With blood stains that still give me concern”
“So, then it’d made you touch its Fender
For which, now, you need Good Defender”
“You’ve guessed I’m not A Real Offender”
“Also guessed, for now, The Offender”
“Means I should hate Law of Evidence”
“...Also, your Forgetful Imprudence”

“Hope this won’t be reaching the BBC?”
“Sorry, She minds what blokes hear and see!”.

Frank Flynn of Bbc

The Year: Long Squandered 1999;
Frank Flynn had found my sent parceled poems ‘fine’
“They can lend themselves... to live performance”
Wherefore I mount for each surveillance….

An Atypical BBC Staff:
His signed statement A frankness not by half;
Laminated have I his bold comment:
Above My First Degree ‘A Document.’

Saw Frank, too, in My Enclosed Verses
‘ Originality of Rhythm’
Then, whoever, their action rehearses
Hasn’t The Spurious got to fathom.
And Frank had marked their “freshness of vision”
I began to crave their prompt diffusion…

Owe I Frank self-rediscovery:
A focus sidelining livery;
Strong reasons to start idolizing self
And speedily start assembling A Shelf…

The Last I should crucify of The Crew;
If he were still alive The Safest Jew.’

Bbc and African Proverbs

The programs for them wondrously keen,
BBC celebrates more than Queen
Nice expression they don’t look twice at
For their Main News and adored broadcasts;
At such times A Most Unwelcome Gnat;
The Sympathizing Staff for Good Blasts!

BBC would eat The Whole Ice Cream,
Their Unmoved Hearer: Strange Human Being!
A just deceived Avid African
Freeing the ones he’d sealed in a can
For Hitler-Type Devastating Hits,
Sure that every Letter Atom fits…

And BBC Air Waves would not wait
To Vibrant Wisdom publish its weight;
Yet, can have their Late Thatcher advised
Not to near one For Speeches Revised,
Each bound to have made a story
Of the Gossipy to The Tory…

African Proverbs like Cow Boys:
US Heritage that all hearts buoys
Yet, Ears spares Shocking Intelligence
Granting them Artistic Evidence…

Man’s Sincerest of flattery,
Not Praises with Lasting Battery,
But to go ahead and imitate…

BBC foundation initiate!

Bbc Closed-Captioning

The BBC claims before long
The faeries will rescue Hong Kong
Like Bangladesh*
Faeries refresh
Plus Bojo says Trump can't be wrong!

28.VI.20 18:00 "Bangladesh is
heavily reliant upon faeries to
transport people ……"

Bbc News

Watching the News
On the BBC
The British Broadcasting Corporation
I realize I have to pay a license fee
Or face prosecution
In order to own my home T.V
But what am I paying for
Why am I forced into supporting
The governments agenda and point of view
Beamed into my home
Devoid of any objectivity
Or backing up of the relayed facts
We are blindly expected
To place our faith
That what we are told
Is beyond reproach
We shall not question
Or we are conspiracy theorists
Or in denial of the truth
But who's truth
And who are you tell me my truth
Without all the facts
And objectivity
Is this democracy

When Bbc Dies

We all wonder how time flies
As tears flow in our eyes
When shall we stop our cries?
Each day and night, living libraries pay the price

How do I narrate thy death?
A threat to my health!
My heart bleeds!
As sepulcher gives you shields

I thought it was an Irony
Because at a time like that, thou acted funny
However, I've accepted my agony!

Thy death, my grieve, my cries!
When 'Beauty Brain Character' dies
Then, what good thing in the world lies?

Mourning the death of a friend, Joyhes Osiebe who was a symbol of BBC(Beauty Brain Character) who died on Thursday, 22nd December, 2016 in an auto crash. Miss you, BBC.

BBC News Alert

Somewhere in France
In the Countryside
A farmer has been arrested
For molesting an old cow
A drunken old hag was on all fours
Crawling around in his field
He, having had his wine and baguette
Thought he had forgotten one cow
Off he went to fondle and milk her ****
Turned out they were as dry as prunes
The cow in English barked; get your hands off of me
To which the pour farmer replied in absolute shock
Merde! Why you cow who barks, you speak English!
How can this be?
She replied I am not a cow you blind old farmer
I am a mooing poet of sorts
I dropped my dictionary in some cow dun here
Can’t seem to tell the difference between the two
I understand replied the farmer
Like me looking at you and a cow
Was very confusing indeed
Well I shall take me leave you old blind fart
The farmer snorted
Let me cut the fence open for you
She crawled back onto the road
Whereby the farmer was arrested
(Alsace has left wing laws it seems)
For letting his cow wander
Upon the intellectual property
Of France

Ode To Bbc Sherlock

Sherlock is at home bored.
Quick John, hide the gun or he’ll shoot the wall
’cause if you don’t….the wall’s got it coming.

I am Sherlock-Bloody-Holmes
And I am sometimes bored.
I only take on exciting cases
In the fridge experiments are stored.
My big brother Mycroft
I sometimes call “the queen”
Is the British Government
And hardly ever seen

I had to fake my death
To save all I know
I present myself to Watson
The whole restaurant got a show
He ends up punching me three times
Which wasn’t fun
Uh-oh, Moriarty’s here
Bloody heck! I’ve got no gun

My parents are ordinary
It’s a cross I have to bear
When Watson drops his jaw
I give him a good glare
Sometimes I don’t talk for hours on end
People don’t like me
that’s ok, I’ve one good friend
I also play the violin
and Dr. Watson's my best friend!
