Love's Tingling Arrow

Your glance thrills deep to my marrow,
As if struck by love’s tingling arrow

When Cupids Arrow Aims For You

Seldom misses
Life then blisses

Premium Member Cupid's Arrow

Tingly skies full of surprise, oh how I love when with surmise,
the little rascal aims his dart as if it were poetic art!
He will deliberately ambush you and your entire tush
with a gush loaded arrow he does romantically push
into hearts genuine states of goofy, gooeyed, loving mush.

No one on this earth can evade him, only love persuades him.
With silent wings, he flies towards the fun gains when his will done.
No one has a clue concerning who will be romancing who
and there's no sense in guessing - romance is at Cupid's questing.
When cupid's arrow aims for you, there isn't much that you can do!

Tingly skies full of surprise- oh how I love when with surmise,
the little rascal aims his dart as if it were, poetic art.

Like magic, when he pulls his bow,
two hearts then tether in love's glow.
His arrow binds them then as one
to spin beneath the lover's sun
as special feelings grow and flow.

This happened when I was eighteen.
It started with a friendship scene,
yet soon dear Cupid's arrow struck!
Now sixty-seven years of luck
still makes our love together gleam.

When cupid's arrow aims for you, there isn't much that you can do !

"Tingly skies full of surprise oh how I love when with surmise,
the little rascal aims his dart as if it were, poetic art!"
When I am hit by this cute cupid's arrow,
I find myself writing about love and romance.
I will never fight it,
I must enjoy this feeling and write on.
When cupid's arrow aims for you, there isn't much that you can do!

Premium Member Flaming Arrow

The flaming arrow flew far through the night sky,
shot from a wretched soul, lost in the abyss.
The tip is soaked in the blood of his deep longings,
may it find its mark and return healing bliss.

A powerful warrior and archer was he,
lowly reduced by the desperations of love.
His quill is empty, and fire's burning out,
one last hope lies with his Angel up above.

Many scars are left from battles fought and won,
yet as he ages his strong will is sinking.
Only one chance for the revival of faith,
true love must be stirred in her tender thinking.

Many years of searching have left him stranded,
in a dark, cold wilderness of loveless fear.
Riddled with deceit, demons are closing in,
sadness eases nothing, he can't shed a tear.

As he kneels down in hunger and blinding thirst,
to his Father God, he makes his final plea.
"Lord, let her find me and mend love's broken wings,
restore the tenderness, dying inside me!"

The flaming arrow falls to the earth at dawn,
into the passion of a fair maiden's heart.
With torrid yearning for the feel from this flame,
She prays, "Let me find him, that true love may start."

The Arrow and The Cross

THE ARROW & THE CROSS

When the 2 World's Collide
O'LORD, 7:13 will make them Divide
One with an ARROW and the other with a CROSS
If they choose not to follow than that is their huge loss
TIMES are Changing and so is TIME
TIC, TIC, TICKETY, TOC
Sanity meets Madness please make it stop
London Bridge has Fallen and so has Her Clock
The Past, Present and Future is Blending All together
The ARCHITECT is Building something New maybe it will LAST FOREVER
The POWERS that Be this is something to Treasure
The LORD Above is Descending downward like a DOVE
Spreading LOVE and JUDGEMENT like the Number 9
Time for 7:13 to Divide the Line
All of The KINGS ??Horses & Chariots carefully flew through All of the FIRE
Letting them All know that The ALPHA & OMEGA is much, much HIGHER.
MazelTov, AMEN.

visit your neighbors
often you’ll wear out welcome
telling lies unwise
~
metaphoric yet
as so harmful as hitting
them with an ax,---chop
~
chop, chop, chop, chop, chop
wounding them spoken mouth as
swords kills with arrow

Eros' Arrow

When Eros shoots the heart of one
The piercing point of Beauty’s son
Borne of love and lust and loss
To pine for one’s a lover’s cost.

Eros with his quiver filled
Leaves a trail of hearts he’s killed
For the one that can resist the bliss
Is one that Eros’ arrow missed.

One cannot avoid their fate
Eros is most tempting bait
When you’ve been blessed with heartache’s kiss
It sends you down toward raw abyss.

Power drives to seize and pay
But love desires to waste away
For Eros shoots not more than one
The villain strikes and knows he’s won.

Eros built of marbled stone
Sat atop a church or home
Our pray to him to hear our call
That Eros’ arrows find us all.

Limited capacity

With limited capacity
I write to you.
Poems, letters and say
whatever feels true.

With limited capacity
I face the God like world,
raise my flag and with limited strength
I do go to war.

With limited capacity
I accept or deny.

With limited capacity
I had to come and I will bid goodbye.

Our stories,
they never becomes invaluable,
we just follow the other's
with our ignorable sadness and sighs.

With limited capacity
although it is cruel, it is a rule. Why ?
That we never get to know,
and the fact that will strike
eternally like an arrow,
you and I shall have nothing
to remember us by.

Premium Member Struck by Cupid's Arrow

He stood before me
a beacon casting light
that kept me burning.

How we wished to be
in perfect harmony
in body and spirit,
transcending all bounds.

As he gazed on my face,
I saw waves of emotion
rise and crash
in his deep almond eyes,
and I became a river
hurtling down to join
the mighty current.

When he whispered to me,
honeyed words of passion
in the enormity of silence,
I blossomed
into
a red tulip
of love.

As he played on the strings
of my heart's violin,
I got tuned
into an alluring
symphony.

When he held my palms,
I evolved into
a beautiful painting
on a blank canvas.

When he cupped my face
to stamp on my lips
the seal of love,
I became
a flitting
butterfly.

When he lifted me up
in his arms,
all the stars came down
to see the spark in my eyes
wondering if it outdid
their combined luster

I continued looking deep into his eyes
and he into mine,
our souls mingling and melding
in a sensuous indulgence!

Bow And Arrow

Use bow and arrow to fish
Without any noise.
