Unexplainable
Generations comes forth, Generations passing.
People acknowledging personal memoirs,
Reflections with the truth, No assumptions.
Accommodations inexplicable, unlike experiences.
Delays of Mysteries are similar when a loved one
transcends to another dimension they often see
things unexplainable that the breathing can't see or
explain.
Whilst the Sun and Moon not only rises and sets
Non-existent is concealed.
Rebirth: Metamorphosis, Changes, Shift. A moment
to be born, and a occasion to depart this life from
beginning to ending. Unexplainable

An email came from our hotel –
We’ve scratched your reservation.
We weren’t that surprised and took
The news with resignation.
The hurricane wreaked havoc there
And with the loss of power,
The chance of new accommodations
Worsened by the hour.
The canceling of flights came next,
A challenge while you’re driving,
But after much frustration,
Credits soon will be arriving.
We’ll unreserve the rental car
And once we get that cracking,
The only thing remaining is
Unfolding and unpacking.

The protocol when swimming
Is to circle in a lane.
At least that’s what my husband says;
From swimming I refrain.
You swim a lap and touch the wall
Then circle and return,
As all new members in the pool
Will very quickly learn.
The lanes are also designated
For the fast or slow
Or in-between and every swimmer
Knows where he should go.
Yet sometimes, in the slow lane,
Someone’s sticking to the side.
The rules of circling around
He simply won’t abide.
He bumps the other swimmers
Who, at first, all seem to mind,
Until they figure out that this
Is someone who is blind.
So what should the solution be?
Accommodations made?
The needs of one surpassing all
When justice has been weighed?
I have no answer, but opinions
Certainly will clash,
The end result most likely
Passed along with quite a splash.

Folding chairs and blow-up beds
Are mostly used my guests,
Providing extra space for bodies’
Temporary rests.
If company is coming,
It’s a plus if you can stash
Accommodations for some friends
Who need a place to crash.
There’s always room for others
Who are willing, truth be told,
To plop their bones on seats or beds
That will inflate or fold.

I am an angry man
I considered butchering my mother
So that the government could offer me
Other accommodations away from her
Just because she asked me to clean
A pot in her house
She is so gracious
My mom
She accommodates me
But I blew up shaking with rage
Eyes bulging teeth bearing
Voice raised saying all kinds of nonsense
Earlier in the day I was angry again
At my girlfriend for nothing
I said some hurtful things
I must be a horrible human being
Thankfully she chose to never talk to me
But my mother my dear mother
What choice has she got from me
I even got angry at my dog
When she was trying to sit close to me
I yelled at her even though
She truly leans on me
Maybe I am all the evil yet to be
What happens when anger burns
All the love left for me in this world
What will I do with the memories
And the Ashes of what I had
The love I could not understand
What happens to me when I die
Alone starved and alone in the dark
Will there be anyone to place a rose
Or sing a dirge on my final verse
I need to stop being angry
Or I will not be there
To kiss my mother goodbye
Because of all the shame
I carry inside me

We sat at the Rehearsal Dinner for my Son and his beautiful bride-to-be.
After the food and desserts and coffee,
It came time to raise our glasses.
We had already gone through the awkwardness
Of special accommodations
Of meetings with people who had been at odds with us over the years.
But when it came time to toast the groom
They said wonderful things.
I was silent, in listening mode.
I had my toast in my heart.
A toast of thanksgiving for all the mercy he had shown me
Over the years.
I hadn’t been the best father
Treading water just to keep myself
Afloat - above water.
But…that mewling, pink, naked person
That I was the first to hold
Was always someone I would have taken a bullet for.
Despite my ineffectiveness
He’d grown into a fine man
With talent and a spirit of fire.
There were many remembrances that I heard
In other tongues than my own
But bearing resemblances to my own experiences.
My heart soared like an Eagle
I took some credit for the “him” he had become.
They said wonderful things.

How many square feet are required
To hold all of your stuff?
Will five thousand, six hundred do it?
Or will two hundred be plenty enough?
I thought about this the other day
When I was surveying my various collections,
And wondering what becomes of a rich man’s stuff
When they wind up in a house of corrections!
How much of their stuff do they allow them to bring
I’m sure the accommodations are not that spacious,
If it were me, what would become of my stuff
Would a storage unit be big enough, good gracious?
I am sure some people who regularly break the law
Must have this concern, at least, I think they would,
And if they don’t, then they certainly should
For having enough room for all of one’s stuff
Is a very important consideration
And yes, I think a lot would depend on the duration.

Androids sleep on waterbeds of blue
Robots join them in hotel rooms
In this endeavor everyone is happy
Between the sheets prayers are heard
Imploring their makers to keep them safe
To make them soft, less heavier than they are
Prayers for lesser sharper parts to cut or puncture
Are solicited for mechanical guests protection
It is far too late to sleep or wake this afternoon
For then the geysers come to flood the day
Puncture noises, gushes of water spring forth
Rains of insanity that logic cannot explain away
The mood and linens soiled for the automatons
Flashing lights in red, whirring sounds of pain
Screams of danger ringing out in all directions
Would not craters on the moon be better
Make for a dryer accommodations selection
For androids and robots need their rest
Leaving humans behind to clean up all the mess

Screams of terror fill in the cracks
Of ancient crumbling castle rocks
Everyone enjoys old world accommodations
Hotels are always cheap but at full capacity
Cries for help escape into the black
Dungeons are open to the public at a price
Faceless creatures slash your back with whips
Purple slime runs down the chamber walls
Chains rattle out a warning for more agony
Snakes crawl with venom for the vital parts
Spiders fill heads with freshly hatched eggs
Flesh eating insects begin to feast
Bacteria wait in line to get the best
No reservations needed in October
You are their favorite trick and treat
The man with a limp comes in twitching
Sharp red eyes bleeding gains attention
Wielding an ax garners more
The hump adds character to the festivities
There will be no beds turned down tonight
What is one more murder more or less
Relax, enjoy the evening and a cigarette
You are our guest. You are next
Our apologies for the mess

A. Anarchy
Amber autumn aflame
An aroma of ash appeases the adamant arsonist; the artful anarchist
An audacious attempt at attacking back at our arbitrary accommodations
The ascended advocate us to abide as they affirm their advancement through annihilation
An abstract artifice, artificial affirmation of all aspects
Treated like an array of aliens in our allowed acropolis with the armor turned against us
Most amused with their asinine aspirations and amaurotic attractions
A few too apprehensive to argue and ask for an alternative, afraid of any altercation
But the agitated and annoyed assemble, ascertaining truth through awareness at every angle
Amateur acts of anger arise and accelerate, accompanying their adverse assault on our amendments
The alliance ablaze and amassing, anticipating an apocalyptic ambush
Absolution remains absent and anger becomes anxiety among those abandoned
The affluent assure abolishment for the average and all under

Down that street. The big house, teeming transmissions
of penciled degrees from paper thin ‘pedes,
has basic nature themed accommodations.
Mud wiped under feet. White fresh carpet steamed
and obvious windows certainly so
I walk on hands. Here’s a photo I can’t hold.
Denver on rental skis on stolen snow
a sneaky crook took (much later it snowed).
Pencil thin frames. Too much foundation. Here’s more
in the kitchen. A pumpkin on the counter top
hands over a knife. I open a door
then I carve through a window. Snow hasn’t stopped,
but Cinderella (who’s a lunatic)
undressed before one (still) looks pretty thick.

Jail cell turnstile ...
two coming in, one leaving out
Rehabilitated prison farm menu;
criminal cold turkey,
and hot caught fee bitter words
makes for a tough cement wall chew
Only the well-adjusted few
will make it thru
Leaving byway of the electronic gate
swinging open past the turnstile carousel
Up and down ... in and out
Round and round,
five heading north, ten going south
Freedom is a justice pre-cooked plea barter word;
small shrimps
are tossed out the penal frying pan,
when bigger fish get cuff hooked and jury served
The little crustaceans
also avoid the long crab boil gavel time
whenever volatile, powder keg overcrowding occurs
Carnival turnstile carousel
offer clowns free limited accommodations,
yard bird view without bail ...
Twenty tickets always get punched in —
polite society’s bad ne’er do well
As ten lucky losers be parole exiting,
the wheel of misfortune carousel
keeps on troubled turnstile spinning

Mother earth
Your beauty is divine
Your colours are so bright
Your touch is from God
Your wisdom is undefined
What else is like the blessing of nature
So i adore you
Mother earth
Your beauty is countless
Your gifts are endless
Your voices are wonderful
Your fruits always are fruitful
Your accommodations are so large
Your feeding are more than enough
Oh what else could be more affordable
than your natural air to life
Mother earth
Your colours are so precious
Your shelter is so strong
You never fail with time
Always you bless the world freely
Always you share equally
Always you rain fresh water
to wash away the sorrows
of the forgotten
Oh mama
I hail you
Mother earth
Your touch heals
Your presence mean our existance
Your existance mean alot to all lives
Every living thing has a root from your creation
Above all you are wonderful
enough to bless humanity
with love through nature.
