I wrote since my elementary days, but I stopped..Just lately, maybe brought about by challenging situations and so much free time, I started to write, again....Most of my compositions talk about my day to day thoughts, my reflections, my experiences with the world and with God, events and whatever  crosses my mind....It is a transparent "me" and I hope to whoever will read , they will be inspired one way or another..

Most of my compositions are triggered by contests sponsored by the Premium Soup Members,  probably joining time to time from these, it developed and enhanced my writing in a way. Anyhow, I always managed to put myself within these poems. I can say that writing poems is now one of my fave hobbies.

I am a learner of poetry. This is definitely shown in my poems, different types and different subjects... I am a Filipina, born August 13, 1986.  English is not my native tongue. I render care with all kinds of people regardless of creed, age, religion and race.

Instead of speaking up, I intend to burst it all to poetry and by just singing........................... :) some will criticize as it is full of emotions or its "emo" but it is alright.. :) all I want to do is to express the things, I can't seem to say.

my compositions are my "hide outs", my fantasies,, my dreams and so long yearnings. I don't collect material things as like shoes, books, cds, paintings or so. however, these are my collections: MY POEMS. :)!

Hi everyone blush

Hope all is well with you like us here, it's been awhile since I open my account here and browse to some poems today...

I miss the community here, friends, the fun and challenge in writing that I am wanting to do more soon.

James and I had been busy. I adjusting here in my new home, walking around familiarizing my eyes, meeting persons and processing some documents too. Thanks to Facebook and gmail that still I can remain in contact with some of my friends here.. blushheartsmiley Thank you to those who doesn't forget.

We are so happy to share to you our upcoming blessing of having our first daughter/son soon....laugh  I am just looking forward, absorbing everything as these events occur.. I can only thank God for these moments..

smiles, hugs to all and I hope to hear some current blessings you want to share with me, too. Inviting and keeping the inspiration going!

Congrats and best wishes to you guys on this good news. The blessing of a child is great indeed. Riza arrived here from Cebu , we married (Dec. 10th, 2004) and 24 months later (Dec. 23rd 2006) , our son Justin was born- greatest joy of our lives...

It's wonderful that you are expecting a child. Let us know right away boy or girl!! I remember a character from the 60's called Soupy Sales or something like that. If it's a boy, you could name him Soupy after Poetrysoup. J K!!!! Luv, Andrea
