It is humbling, changing and a privilege that I have the opportunity to be with them...
RECALL THE PERSON I USED TO BE
Like a yo-yo, I am day by day
Mood sings: swing and sway
lifelong webbed in faceless hell
I even others ~ could not spell
Outcome influence of narcotic itch?
Apologies but you are wrong. Wrong.
This a syndrome I wish I can control
burrowing deep, altering my whole.
Trying to remember but often naught
shadows I see but they told me none ~
confused. Sick. Lost, I am in this spot.
Please no resent, I rely on you no doubt.
Doses of patience and care at all cost
that not coldest winter could ever frost.
No push. No nag. No curse, no cry.
It is hard but look through my eyes.
I am in a situation I did not choose.
Before this condition worsens,
always recall the person I used to be,
a parent; a lover; a friend ~ I plea....
