Contest Description

Just like the last contest, I have decided to do the same theme featuring Poetry Soup poets.  The third one is a very nice gentleman and a very talented poet, Vijay Pandit.

It can be any form and any length.  HOWEVER, THE LINE NEEDS TO BE AT THE BEGINNING OR THE END.  PLEASE REFERENCE THE LINE, TO AVOID COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.

OR IT WILL NOT BE PLACED.

This means it has to be a new poem.  Remember your poem is inspired by that one line, not the actual poem, written by Vijay Pandit.

Below are four lines from her poems.  The line has to be part of the poem. Please choose only one;

I think I know why the ocean flows - From the poem, I think I know why the ocean flows.

Celestial musings that you said to me - From the poem, A man from distand lands.

Breezing trees heard the whispers of leaves - From the poem, The last goodbye

A prolific singer, you mimic songs of Blue Jays - From the poem, The Mockingbird.

Have fun!!!
