Contest Description

What to Submit? 1 original, NEW poem on the theme of ....Funny/humorous poems.

ANY FORM is acceptable but maximum 12 lines or less.

Bawdy is okay but keep them pg-13.  

One word title only.

Be true to the form you use:

haiku 5 7 5 syllable counts please.

Any Type of Rhyme, exact rhymes will place higher.

Verse or Free Verse is also acceptable.

Limericks, please follow limerick directions on PS.

There will be multiple placements.

First Prize, Glory

Submit one copy of your poem online. Format your poem. Please make your entry easy to read — no illustrations or fancy fonts. 

English Language

Poems should be in English. Poems translated from other languages are not eligible, unless you wrote both the original poem and the translation.
