Congratulations to the winners! The best poems were those which related to the theme, but which will stand the test of time (in my opinion of course). I deducted placements for poems which were not true to the stated form, or had spelling/grammatical errors, did not follow the form's defined syllable count (if applicable), used awkward/inverted phrasing, poor meter/rhyme (if a metered or rhymed form), used bland language, or were mostly just descriptive of the images or somewhat too specific, in my judgment.

Thanks much Roy for the placement.. :) though I just tried it.. :)! I read some of your poems (the most memorable one is one relating to storms) and to how strict you are and how good you are in writing, I am happy that you give me a place.. :)! Happy New YEar.. :)!
