I have a fondness for short forms of poetry. This morning I was doing an internet search to find out more about the KIMO. (The information about this form at Poetry Soup did not seem comprehensive)
During my research I happened to find an article about new post-Haiku forms. Some of the forms I have heard about, some not. I plan to investigate this article further later.
Haiku Wannabes
In the meantime, what I discovered about the KIMO is:
* A post-Haiku poetic form
* 3 lines of 10, 7, and 6 syllables
* Invented in Israel because the language requires more syllables
* There is NO movement in the imagery.
* The poem is focused on a single frozen moment, like a snapshot

The rosebud engraved on their girl's tombstone
won't bloom nor droop nor transform-
both frozen just before.
