After reading Luigi Pirandello’s War

I truly believe that in paradise
everything is perfect, everything is nice.
Hell, there, even souls from Russia and Ukraine
can toast newfound friendship with pink, iced champagne,
and laugh ~ about their ultimate sacrifice.

Plea For World Peace

Oh, sweet God, deafening roars of war's fire,
soldiers and civilians broken lifeless.
Skies ablaze, screaming missiles,
thunderous horizons.
The wails of fallen's families,
a plea for world peace,
joining prayers of many people.

In countries around the globe,
a weeping of bereavement.
A sighing of the soul,
bent knees, hands holding their
children closer,
a plea for the silence of the guns. ~

is world peace attainable

world peace
is it attainable?
not yet.

Plausible?
not here.

Possible?
maybe some day
not this day

not while the NRA rules
and young men are the first ones sent to the front as fodder
while old men collect pensions and lifetime salaries

things might change if we sent senators and congressmen to the front
after they declare wars on other countries

None Is Evil

Burry the arms and close the armies
Raise the temples of love and harmony
Weapons.
They are the Killers of lives
None is evil and none is good
Everyone is soul and everyone is  life
Love has to rule the world and
Smile has to light every where -all
Borders have to be vanished  all
Countries have to be united
We, the people

when an impenetrable shield ~ is struck by an unbreakable sword 

in the collision not one atom is lost ~ and stalemate gets restored

far better to have a standoff truce ~ than fight an unwinnable war

Peace in the world is all we need.
It's all we desire.
It's all we long for.

Peace in the world
and no more fighting
and no more wars
and no more violence
is what we need

Peace in the world is all we need
to be happy
to be content
to live a good life

Peace in the world
and no more conflicts
is what we need

The Need For World Peace

Giggles and chuckles flutter in the meadows,
Prancing ponytails, peekaboo under the tree's shadows,
Protected below the blanket of the quiet sky,
A realm of peace, a paradise to the eye. 

Blood that drenched the earth for so long,
Wars waged for reasons all wrong,
Lives took by the swish of a sword,
Reason and truth are entirely ignored.

Countless sacrifices gave

Freely Blend

Where dreams and passions fuse and freely blend,
In each other's arms, we've found our home.
The sonnet's chain, unbroken, we defend,
A testament of love's enduring dome.
With every passing verse, our hearts will roam,
United in this tale that we create.
Through time and space, together we'll roam,
Our love's sweet song, an eternal mandate.

Amidst the golden rays of dawn's

Rest

Pretty blue sky change
just as the sun is leaving
Peace of believing
Bees return from day's searching
still butterflies under moon

Blooms closing petals
Lustrous fireflies are dreaming
Starlit muted hues
Birds will issue a warning
At cherry sun of morning

Beautiful Lies

Lies tempt souls to hate and fight peace
Lies corrupt and tensions increase
Lies strike at the heart
To rip lives apart
Tearing at sane minds, piece by piece

World Peace

If I were a writer,
I'd write about harmony,
about connectivity,
about togetherness,
about love and tenderness,
about people, places, and nations,
about how we all can live in peace.

If I were a writer,
I'd write about liberty and unity,
about brotherhood,

I stood there in a field of tall tall grass light pouring softly from the moon 
beneath my feet, earth was getting ready for a dormant state of mind 
I watched the dandelion puffs huddle amidst the dark and wondered, 
what it would be

World Peace

I
We preach world peace, because it costs us little

II
If u can say "Welcome," or "Good Day" to those you dislike ... then peace has begun

Prayer For Nigeria :World Peace

Wash us  our stain 
Heal us oh God 
And send down thy rain 
We pray 
... Amen ! 

For ground swallows our flesh 
The wind blows into air, our spirit 
Our families mourn all day 

Our tears caress our bruised hearts 
As we silently walk away 
Our families mourn all day
