part time meditation is of no use
peace must become our orientation
deluded cravings of ego excuse
imbibing love’s divine bliss vibration

cheerfully repay debts of love we owe
settling all our karmic dues one by one
making childlike heart pure like pristine snow
let our soul’s aura shine like yonder sun

free from thought, as awareness self-aware
doing nothing we invoke a bliss squall
with universal consciousness we pair
vaporising thus to become the all

there are no shortcuts, we are in no haste ~
before we see God, we must make heart chaste

Recognising this form is dust,
an urn shaped from Mother Earth’s crust,
enlivened by the touch of God,
we feel each heartbeat as love’s thrust.

To get to the source, heart is thawed,
that thus by giving love our nod,
in stillness we get to the source,
gentling touch, as conscience does prod.

As life then charters its own course,
soul ascends without use of force,
revealing that life’s but a dream,
where we repay debts through remorse.

Ego spawns desires, then thoughts stream,
pursuing which, we let off steam
but come what may, we’re doomed to fail,
because things are not what they seem.

The code of love is penned in braille,
that even the blind may set sail,
going way beyond time and space,
where dark fears no longer assail.

One with oneness, invoking grace,
steps towards heaven we retrace,
by our soul’s choice to vaporise,
that lower mind we thus deface.

Wonderstruck each morn at sunrise,
witnessing each breath in surprise,
clear light dawns, even as we yawn,
whence transformed as light, ego dies.

How can mere information,
lead to soul’s transformation?
Heart is the sacred centre,
where thought forms cannot enter.

As the fragrance of a rose,
metamorphose in repose,
which requires but pure intent,
granting love our full consent.

The laws of God are well known,
a path we each walk alone,
demonstrating in lived life,
that free from strife, we’re bliss rife.

Somewhere not far, a tear falls,
witnessing which, our breath stalls,
so we spring forth to assist;
wounds kissed by our heart’s love mist.

Each monk who saw, asked us to thaw,
feral instinct that’s self-serving,
observing love’s the only law,
of which each soul is deserving.

Such is the path that scriptures teach,
affirming God is within reach,
for which our heart needs to transform,
imbibing bliss magnetism warm.

The seeds we plant, take time to grow
but although this fact, we all know,
when it comes to our soul’s ascent,
we prefer fast rather than slow.

Our will to God, yet to be bent,
opaque heart grants not love consent,
yet strangely we hope to see God,
within our core, always present.

We find our predicament odd,
with head yet to give heart a nod,
melding therein, ending conflict,
that bliss may ignite body pod.

When each thought be carefully picked,
mindful eye not be ego tricked,
only then do we qualify,
to reclaim inner light perfect.

The path is simple, walk on it
Erasing desires, bit by bit
Embrace and release, flow with ease
God's grace takes us to the summit

Demons of mind, we need not please
Simply flow like the morning breeze
Love alone's real, wisely choose
Let now cravings of ego cease

Succumb not to lower mind's ruse
Life's a dream, we can never lose
Find out the truth of who we are
Feel how bliss mists, our form suffuse

All's within, not somewhere afar
Our soul's light is like the North Star
To know the truth, simply be still
There's no need to struggle and spar

Surrender fully to God's will
For pure hearts, voids within soon fill
We are enabled by God's grace
Thus easy is ascent uphill

to walk the talk
as an orientation
moment to moment
without a any hesitation
in a time dissolved continuum
signals consciousness awakening
aligning mind, body and soul
with the impulse of truth
ever throbbing within
our glowing heart

Walk the talk, with head and heart one
With love, consciousness linked
Rays of the spiritual sun
Upon heart, joy hues inked

First step is all it takes
Soul stirs, slowly awakes
Sailing on serene lakes

Do not balk
Walk the talk

Choosing emptiness
As way of living
That divine love fills
Hollow voids within
We drop all seeking

Desireless self
Vibrant with bliss
Agendaless
Exuberant

We melt in
Joy current
In our heart

Lower
Urges

Fade

“Life by inhalation
Death in exhalation
The now, celebration”

We read the scriptures
A hypothesis
How may we explore
Depth of consciousness
Save through sentience

For alignment
Of thought, word, deed
With pulse of love
We need to change

Narrowness

Let Us Walk the Talk

Let us walk the talk,
Be true, honest and deep;
Make no promises
That we ourselves cannot keep.

Practice what we preach,
As parents and elders should show;
Because the kids imitate them,
As the youth gradually grow.

Teaching by example
Is effective though made mild;
For what we do is weighed right
In the eyes of a little child.

Let us keep our words
That we tell to youngsters;
Or else they lose trust in us,
Even on serious matters.

Match declaration with deed,
As faith must be coupled with works;
Listen and pay attention to the line:
'Action speaks louder than words'.

Stand to be good role models,
Wearing probity and positive outlook;
Both old and young will admire us,
Let us walk the talk.

Walk the Talk

And therefore you met him in the street
All drenched up, the untimely rain
Staggered before you and bowed to know
How far have you walked the lane

Miles after miles, for trillions of years
Have you walked the lanes of life
No surrogate mother waited for him
No crimson rose offered to be his wife

Forever they love, forever they walk
Even under the starlit sky they talk
