Soft flurries, at dawn,
spurred on by wind;
the blow and drift
of twilight’s whiteout blizzard.
Achoo, here we go;
how ravenous the roses.
Red petals tickle schnozes.
Earth in royal bloom.
Flopping into the pool,
tummy trouncing off water,
red, white and blue -
colors of American hero.
Loving cup of leaves,
dancing and romancing fools.
Oaks baring their souls.
Rakes vowing, “I do.”

In playfulness, we can try this for fun:
Taking the crown chakra as the highest
And the root as the lowest
In as vibrations
We descend
From crown to root
Slowly, pausing at third eye
Ah! Spiritual vision, intuition enabled
Never mind if unity consciousness is lost
Next, the throat chakra, the ethereal connector
Hmm, vanity of our communication skills
Let us be spoilt here by the applause
Down to the heart toroidal
Unifying all opposites
Within its womb
We’re home
Lower yet we go
Navel, power and fear
We wish to dominate earth
Trouncing opposition by brute force
Down further, the sacral stirs dark lust
Our primate, feral instincts overpower soul
Cocooned below at the root, in pursuit of wealth
Then the ascent to crown, back the way we came
Renouncing each lower vibration step by step
There is no glue because this is a game
A yo-yo meditation if you will for fun
Descent and ascent sans judgment
Because we are not this form
But since we are now here
Let us learn as we burn
Moment by moment
Enjoy!

Little of no Vitamin C
And Scurvy is what you shall see;
The iodine-poor diet: Goiter
And it’d continue to loiter:
A lot of pulsing and bouncing
Like a ball for a team’s trouncing;
On one’s sad neck hanging around,
Auto-immune disorders hound!
Then, somehow, can one it avoid
And have not The Bogus Thyroid:
Lots of what richly give Iodine
Safe diet, no Cimetidine...
Goiter not good for camera,
Snapshots skipping it chimera.

A spider was climbing my walls,
The size of it truly appalls,
I’m certain it’s a lass,
With a kardashian a ss,
I couldn’t spy male spider balls!
I shouted for my hubby to come,
He gasped at that huge spiders bum,
But my old Henry hoover,
Just couldn’t remover her,
I’m screaming Help I want my mum!
My p ussy cat eyed up the spider,
She wanted this beastie insider her,
Huge spider is walking,
Cat’s expert at stalking,
She corners it by my step strider
As Tiddles is superb at pouncing,
That spider got a severe trouncing,
And now it is dead,
What more can be said,
The death of spider I’m announcing
For Julie thanks for the inspiration. bb xx

Today
time took time
to think;
Then truth
took thinking time
to task;
Testing teasing themes
that today taught;
trouncing telltale tragedies.

Bravery
Is not by fists
Raging swords
Pulsating pistols
It is in the execution
Of one's belief
Without sound knowledge
Of outside relief
It snarls, trouncing
Any intent of vain
Corruption
That begs to be doused
By hammer and sickle
Not the hardware kind
But the force
Of passionate mind
That tells the truth
Preserved eternally
Lacquered in
Virtuous lament.

Give a kid a trampoline
And instantly she's bouncing
With joy that far exceeds
Whatever game her jumps are trouncing.
A little music makes the fun,
If possible, much better.
If you've a child who wants to try,
Don't hesitate - just let 'er!
For glee is hard to come by
As we age and fear starts showing
So it's best to seek occasions
That will set most grins to glowing.
In this spirit I am writing,
Which is my way of announcing,
That to make your charges happy,
Find a gym and get them bouncing!

I loved you from the very first day
Amidst the noise of dish and tray
And the people that attached to them
For I was caught up in this hymn-
A song written solely of brown
And I began to cherish the sound
'Cause your eyes were as notes of changing tune
As high and as low as an evening moon
Yet, always to commingle free
And provide the sweetest melody
Your skin and hair would then combine
To produce a soft and wavy rhyme
Each verse would touch the heart and soul
Trouncing my heart with its gentle loll-
The birds of song that come in Spring
Envy the song of brown you sing
And I have never felt so fine
Your song is in this heart of mine

Hear the muttered snivel of our kids
Puked away to gloom, twinge and disease
Wrecked by creeds
To fulfill an antique mores
Whose ruin is beyond scientific darn
See the boulevards and the creeks
Before sight are male Mal-nourished toddlers
In rag togs, blistered feet, beseeching alms
And ingesting the remnants
From the poorest buffet
They toil in tackle capacity
Inversely allied to their weight
From sun rise to sunset
To earn much less than you
See the boulevards
How they stir; bunched
On the trot to any kind of dub
To good and to evil
Death becomes a familiar friend
At first light and at dark
From toil, food, water and sleep
Such a despicable way of live
But then the espoused antique mores, woes
Regenerated by ills of the society
To the blanketed vision of the moneyed
To plunge empathy and impious reliance of all
Can this be our way of life?
Trouncing fortunes to antique mores?
Reticence to rascality?
And nationhood to meanness?

like locusts
swarming innocent crops
in their prime
we likewise slaughter
our fields of dreams
as well as moral pride—
idle consciousness
impervious to the nipping
of the shoots
of chosen buds of youth
trounced
in the fields of our streets.

A slice of sea whisked its way up as wave
Spinning sun's refulgence whithin its whirl
The trouncing wind lashed it with ruinous rave
To toss and tear on shores its lustrous swirl
Silhouettes interred in silent sand grave
Reeked of ruddy remnants of comber brave

?He is Trouncing
Wonderful Ben we have been seeing
Wonder how many are actually believing
From one story to another has been bouncing
Yet rest of candidates still is trouncing.
All over news he currently is broadcasted
Truly amazing how long he has lasted
While we sit here completely spellbound
Surprised at what we heard from every sound.
Then there are those who love to be lying
Never telling truth and then always alibiing
To no rules at all applies any adherence
Can't imagine him having a security clearance.
Not only good heaven but also some grief
Ole Ben being our new Commander in Chief
Would never salute and like the other way
Economy ended up in complete, total disarray.
We were having an IG inspection for the first time
when I was the unit administrator. We also had a
new supply sergeant. The CSM performing the
inspection said that he found the supply room
incomplete, total disarray. This is when I did
decide this is the worst things could ever get.

"This is Spring" said I
what could go wrong
The sun shining
with a soft warmth
mine eyne glowing
my brain trouncing mine heart
wheedling me on
"Look there
in the garden
presenting Spring's
soft breeze
pining affection
leaning
pointing in my
direction
her florescence"

Skulled hill
supports
the lifted
standard;
skull bent
and dark;
naked for
all who travel the high–way to see those exposed:
the arrogant, the proud; the humble and forgiven;
the one who forgives the most needs no forgiving.
Red sealed
and stained
with filthy
lacerations;
suspended
with spikes
on toothed
roughhewn
dry kindling
envisioning
the fires of
hades itself
trouncing on
the carnage.
I accept and
make it my
own. The Cross.
