Ha, I went to see all your tyburn poems as you did with my sijo and when I went by "form" this was the only one. It's actually a difficult form for being so short

Thank you for all the comments today, dear friend. With only 1 Tyburn, I guess I made it easy on you, haha. I'll try to write more Tyburns and Sijos in the future. As I've told you before, I don't feel I do all that well in the short forms.

somebody once called me an Eyore and i did not appreciate this person who said this about me to my boss. They had no right classifying me this way when they knew so little about me. tigger is much funner than Eyore.

That's not cool. It seems almost every animal in the Milne books has come to represent a personality disorder of some sort. Tigger is fun and energetic, but is seen by the other animals (especially Rabbit) as an insensitive clumsy oaf. It makes for great conversations in psychology class.

Joe has ocular migraines and this last one's a doozy. They put him on eye drops to reduce the high pressure in his eyes. I think his eyes are getting better now, but I fear this happening again and again like it happened last october too.

Oh, I hope the eye drops solve the migraine problem. That's got to be misery when he's out driving. Thanks for giving me an update.

Ohhh, I love this ! It's fun following your words, as they bounce all over the page. There are days when I'm like this. :) Truth ! Of course, not all days are rainbows and sunshine.. light and carefree. You know me, I'm always embracing those tiny blessings that surround my world. This made me smile. Thank you for that, my dear sweet friend. My best to you. :) Hugs, Brandy

Brandy, so glad you enjoyed this playful little write. At one time I would have called Tigger my spirit animal because he is so optimistic and energized by life and friends. The energy level has tapered off significantly, but I still feel a connection with Tigger. Thanks for the lovely visit ~ John

Hey what inspired this fun one? I am in ER using Joe's phone. His sinuses making eyes blurry. Waiting for test results

As I mentioned to Connie, Tigger has always been my favorite of all the Pooh characters, I guess I admire his energy and as a youth was probably similar to him, for better or worse, haha. Sorry to hear about Joe, hope the doctors get a grasp on how to help him. Have a good day, blue jay

This form exudes delight in your capable hands John. I have never written one. I used to love to watch the way Tigger bounced around Pooh bear like he was on a pogo stick. My daughter loved him best. I enjoyed your Tyburn. Blessings xxoo

Tigger is my favorite too, Connie... I still wear my Tigger sweatshirt when I need a little boost of energy (which is almost always, lol). Thanks for your lovely affirmation, dear friend. Blessings to you ~ John

Wish I had some of that energy some days! Where does it all go?

I know what you mean. I gave up trying to figure out where all my energy went... it was taking all my energy.

It IS easy when you hear a song that includes 4 rhyming 2-syllable words, lol! My wife and I just watched the Tigger Movie so that little ditty was still bouncing around in my noggin. But you're right, this one was a challenge ~ Not Tigger

A superb Tyburn, John. And, these are not easy to write, I might add!

Thanks Milt, I quite agree with your assessment! I wanted to write one before entering Joseph's poetry form contest, and I think I have more empathy now for people who write in these challenging forms. I appreciate the visit.
