Premium Member Transcendental peace

pristine peace absolutely still
is the bed upon which we sleep
feeling complete we rest our will
blissful in the motionless deep

poised in stillness we sense heart hum
in the void and also in form
strings of God’s harp by themselves strum
divine beat with which we conform

defying delineation
is our natural restful state
soundless song of bliss elation
around which all dream worlds rotate

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi 1918-2008

The Indian guru's
mantra of the day,
tho' somewhat strange,
goes this way...

'When words fail
and at a loss,
contemplate aural hygiene
with transcendental floss.'

A Transcendental Journey

In my travels
I seek thee
Amongst the snow capped mountains,
The scenic valleys,
Meandering rivers
That meets the turquoise sea
The rolling meadows
And sprinkling streams
The azure sky above
Connect me to the supreme being
A transcendental journey
That invigorates and rejuvenates me
On a spiritual level

I moved from one cave to another
out of fear of the demons tempting me,
and so, I discovered that in the wilderness
everything bears the color of darkness.

In the absence of love and kindness,
I accepted the embrace of death
with the smile of a person who thinks
that beyond the light, the dark is beautiful.

I separated my soul from being
in the azure of a spring morning,
when butterflies and birds staged
a masterful annual spectacle.

Patiently, eternity dressed my soul
with the insomnia of the Universe,
and to not feel loneliness, it threw me
into a void full of twinkling stars.

I sit surrounded by books and blankets,
left free to run scorched ideas go wild;
You feed a poet on stars and rockets,
set a fire inside leaving them beguiled;

Gravity’s strong as it tries to cage you,
never turn prisoner to what you see;
Transcendental plane amplifies sky blue
prose springs to life with curiosity;

Limits can not exist for a writer,
closed off their ink eventually dries;
I grab that pillow a little tighter
every piece of me will now energize;

Disappearing in someone else’s words,
your imagination reaps the rewards.

Premium Member Immanent Yet Transcendent

Immanent whispers within every breath I take,
Transcending the boundaries this mortal life makes,
Infinite threads woven in the fabric of now,
Yet soaring beyond, to realms we'll never know.

Presence in the present, the eternal, the near,
Yet reaching beyond, the cosmos to steer,
Infinite within, and beyond what we see,
Immanent yet transcendent, forever set free.

On Love

On Love
                                      ---------

Love like the embodied Spirit Soul
                                is eternal
And the Flame of True Love can't be doused,
                                neither by air nor by water nor  by Life spanned by Time;
For Love, like Time is eternal too ,
And once it's lit remains lit forever
                                beyond the lives of lovers,  mortal ;
' And thus True Love is transcendental

Transcendental Renascence

   How to build
   when every field
           yields
      disappointment
     in each assignment ?

       Sure victory ending in defeat!
       Trust and dependence showed deceit.
        Devoted to explore.
        But efforts are ignored.

     Talked to self to realise.
     In vain I do analyse.
     Deprived when justice expected.
      Even sacrifice disrespected.

Simply I gave up all hope.
       No search for further scope.

                But!
                Debut
        of Ultimate recovery:
          My sudden discovery!
          Final remedy!
          All ready
        for my felicitation,
as I stopped rushing and vacillation.
         Transcendental renascence
           on ethereal essence.

In reality
You’re more human than you seem,
The truth is, you’re more
Than just a human being:
You are so transcendental.

Transcendental Meditation

. for public domain

We experience returning with clarity,
from where thought is not just a rarity,
it does not exist,
we let silence persist,
as the two blend together in parity.

With speech and action a similarity,
as they gain with silence familiarity.
When all's said and done,
they all become one
consciousness unified in solidarity.

We practice programs with regularity,
with diligence, ease, and sincerity.
Our lives join the bliss,
not a moment remiss,
and blessings we bequeath to posterity.

Transcendental Lullaby

I’ve now started to dream
  while being awake

Sleep no longer needed
  to open the gate

The visions come clearly
  the music I hear

My mind surrenders
  looking back on the years

I’m fully aware
  but entranced when they come

The words of my Fathers…
  the beat of a drum

My eyes partly close
  as the chanting begins

My spirit reclaimed
  —from the darkness within

(Villanova Pennsylvania: August, 2018)

Transcendental Trauma

Their elan and their eclat only made my ennui bloom
It made me long, made me yearn for the womb or tomb

When given carte blanche by the dilettante masses
I found my creative spirit to be lacking true passions

I pined to be a paradoxical paragon, a peculiar paradigm,
An anomaly in the cacophony, not a soldier in peacetime

I had a feeling of deja vu while they bantered and prattled
In the baroque anteroom I was illuminated yet addled

To be avant-garde, nay, prototypical, I must make them look inside
To see the truth, to eschew the ersatz, to embrace what's bona fide
