4 2 1 dey B 3 cord tied
My beautiful soul
My lovely one
The only love
We have the same Father
We're son, you're daughter
And we all three B 1
Highlighting the strength and stability God you and I
Holy cord that's bond we bind
That comes from unity and partnership, with God
For He's as third strand in a relationship.

Tied Hearts Go Together

Your hands
Etched into the rigid grooves
That line the ages of my face
Go cold
As my blood flows still.
Frozen in a watery grave.
It's funny
How two souls can pass on
Yet one still remain.
Farewell Friend

Premium MemberIN THE TIED BOW OF LOVE

Yesterday, you were two,
Today, you've become one;
A single string, knotted
Into a bow of eternal love:-

As trials and tribulations
test and tease your string,
The tighter the boe-knot
Must bind itself:-

An ocean's salt and its water
Do not flow in separation;
Rather, they flow as one wave:
Yet, the water remains water
And the salt remains salt:-

Thus must be the flow
Of the bow of your love
In the ocean of marriage:
1 x 1 = 1 frothing wave:-

Let your union ever be
Like the sun and the moon:
An embered reflection of
Life-giving life in blessed oneness:-

Know that love is eternal
And cannot be altered;
She is and can only be
Who and what she is: LOVE!

Always know that love is of God,
Impervious, and surpasses all things;
May you forever be blessed
To sip divine grace from love's saucer:
Her divine cup forever overflowing:-

In Timeless Bonds, Our Souls Forever Tied

Beneath the stars, where endless whispers play,
Our spirits wove a bond that time can't sever.
Through lifetimes past and futures' fleeting sway,
We've found each other, always and forever.

Your eyes, twin galaxies that pierce the night,
Unlock the chaos nestled in my core.
With every glance, they bathe my heart in light,
And teach me how to love myself once more.

Each breath you take becomes my sacred vow,
Each heartbeat sings a tune that's only ours.
Entwined through space, through time, through here and now,
We blossom like the universe in flowers.

If fate should tear us from this world apart,
We'd find each other still, through soul and heart.

Premium Membertied to the moon

 when air-brushed stars croon..
my soul sways, tied to the moon
lost in twinkling tune

seeking for rose light
from plum reveries tonight~
questioning twilight..

am I not fine art
metered refrain to restart
music of your heart..

 but will rivers heed
thoughts that stream in neon fields~
of teal auroras ..

swirling and twirling…
vinyl rhythms of warm astral~
spirits cloaked in sage…

in silence, I dream
in a bed of lilac clouds~
of you, me, and love..

Tied by Lies

You were to love us
Cherish and help us grow
To have and to hold us
But all we have is anchor of lies
Floating among gloomy skies
It’s weight soon to give.
I was once bound by chains
Bruised wrist, unseen battle scars.
I smelled and breathed freedom
But got lost in your sea of promises.
Rope burns these wrist you once held
So gently.
Didn’t know codependency was
A curse from your narcissism
…mother why am I tied to your lies…

Tied

For the world to look at me
Through your eyes it has to see
Am I you or am I me
Are we one or are we free

The world is you, the world is me
We are one, we are not free
Tied by love, by wind, by sea
The world is us, for us to be

Premium MemberLove From a Tongue Tied Lover

You lie besides me deep in sleep.
Moonlight beams light up your face.
I stare at the dark contours of your face,
your lips slightly apart, breathing softly in sleep.
I whisper in your ear, softly, kindly, sweetly:
I love you dear, you know not how much.
You stir, you sigh, and softly say:
repeat again what you've just said.

What can I do but comply
I love you dear, you know not how much.
But why is it that I am unable
to utter such endearment when you're awake?
What kind of beast am I?

Your sleepy eyes flutter wide awake,
you breathe slowly down my neck,
lips meet, arms entwine, and we become one.
Say it again you fool, I tell myself, say it again.
But I am tongue tied, mute like a broken violin.
I kiss, I hug, I love but speak not.
Indeed, what kind of beast am I?

Premium MemberDeath Tied Life

What lies waiting
at the end of a self-made
independently empowered
self-invested
"pulled my own economic-political bootstraps"
life?

A unilateral
linear life,
like any passionate journey,
requires an end point
for returning in the opposite direction;

In this lifeline
ego/eco-systemic case,
from regenerative
to degenerating autonomous powers.

What happens
at the end of an emergent spiral,
rainbow,
expanding circle,
oval,
deepening square
and swelling out reverse-triangular power frame,
irregular and mysterious polygon,
other than a renew beginning
into further rooted interdependence,
shadowing memory of where we have been
together before

Another re-cycling
re-purposing
dusk
become cumulative dawn.

Tied Fate

You, me.
Tied fate, us be.
In love, flee.

Winds Tied Up My Lover

The embrace scratches my soul
She is holding on for dear life
My bruised ego pushes her off
The hurt is swallowed like a pill

Them lies did us in eventually
The bloodied vision my fate
The rain beating us so heavily
Lightening severing my soul...
Levitating spinning journeying

Then love I divorced from my heart
This me will only use my head I swore
My heart is not a plaything dear I cursed
To be tossed without a single iota of care

I dare not give in to the bite again
Lest I do fall backwards like One Adam
Under them tempting claws of Lilith...
Enchantress devouring humanity in Me

Even as I fathom the me turning dark
Crying out for most beautiful love... Eva
Relighting the flames of eternity in me
I let my sword fall limp on my cold hand

Beloved one warming my cold dark spine
Colors sprung and gardens gained sparks
The ethos of love created In me a paradise
Blooms of carnations, scents of lavender

Paradise is now found do allow the access
Seraphi let me, bowing over flaming blades
Where is that tree of life that I may now bite
Is it immortality that I now seek in earnest
Son of the light then gathered to my Creator

My Butterflies All Tied Up

POEM " MY BUTTERFLIES ALL TIED UP " by martin gedge

A million stars that spark the sky

one wish that splits the seam

a gift to grant a hopeless heart

to fortify a dream

a thought that beckons deep inside

on love I cannot clutch

as precious as the willing hands

to hurt a perfect touch

for skin of thine as sweet divine

to ruin such an art

will never have the feelings thought

to which you are apart

in eyes the soul as visions clear

as pure as god and gold

to whither die and fall apart

in the arms that I might hold

and like the leaves of butterflies

in winds around my head

I tie of all emotions felt

and put them all to bed

though dark may be my hiding space

a shadow from the door

just a glance of what is gone

will be my evermore

to see the face that covers me

in words of broken choice

the need for me to see the light

is for you to hear my voice

and luck may not be in the cards

to show my hand or bluff

afar the star I wished upon

is enough for me my love....

Pinkies Tied

Your smile warms my heart
Never see it so often but
It's always there when I see you
The long hours of talking
Neither of us wanting to go up to sleep
Our heads were held up
But our pinkies were close
I felt your gaze as you turned
Towards me
Our destinies were tied
But in what design
I cannot see

Tied

Tied

I want to let him go
but he wont let me
He lets me know
with that look in his eyes
I just cant say goodbye
I wanted to leave
but now I dont want to give up
is this real love
Pray for us
5 years is how long it's been
Trying to make it work over and over agian
Oh lord when will this end
Every time I walk away
I change my mind and stay
I feel like I'm emotionally locked in
I can never stop loving him
I cant leave
I know this is all in my head
This man some how has an hold on me

Tied To the Tracks

My Satin Doll happiness was a fading view
of your elegant Ella Good-N-Plenty camisole caboose
Having Memory Lane sultry thoughts,
bed-craving crypt feelings from the past
Adventurous parlor games that were so you,
Hide-and-Seek was the favorite one you loved to choose
Peter Pan ways which came to nought ...
shovel more coal cold love into the ballast
Leaving my Smoky tears tied to the tracks,
I wanna Hyman hold the Phyllis fire from your bosom again
Oooh Baby, Baby, feel the burning pleasure
of your sweat pouring down on me
But, frozen reality awakens me to the facts:
Choo-choo Charlize is loco chugging coming ‘round the bend
Watching slow death speed-dial with leisure,
it’s apparent this love was not to be
Polly Purebred me, sooo Underdog lost
Tied to the tracks ...
a severed heart was the pain ticket cost
