Tied Hearts Go Together

Your hands
Etched into the rigid grooves
That line the ages of my face
Go cold
As my blood flows still.
Frozen in a watery grave.
It's funny
How two souls can pass on
Yet one still remain.
Farewell Friend

Indeed - a roaring tidal wave whose waters can wreak damage we can choose to build anew, or let sit and rot into earth's dusty grave. Life is an interesting one. Thank you so much for your encouraging words! - best wishes
