The Loop of Suffering

The Loop Of Suffering

It hurts bad, you can't see
sweet suffering glazed with glee
I hoped and waited I was mad
You can't see, it hurts bad.

But who am I to blame you
I was the one to long, to pursue,
You didn't utter anything to lie
To blame you, but, who am I.

This love of mine I can't ever express
and in my own hopes I become depressed
Even God never gave a sign
I can't express this love of mine.

Animals we are, can't change anything
but we do feel everything
Like a withered stuck black flower
Can't change anything, animals we are.

Kill me with that indifference
How can I be a subject of remembrance
But of ignorance indeed.
With that indifference kill me.

My thoughts and feelings nothing can inhibit
So strong, so mad. To you is the credit.
You are so desirable in all your dealings
Nothing can inhibit my thoughts and feelings.

You're not there, there's no one to tell.
Hurry home to tell you, tears swell.
Life's so lonely, miss you my dear.
There's no one to tell, you're not here.

My world was all you, you only.
Miss you my dear, life's so lonely.
Trying to cope, still feeling blue.
You only, my world was all you.

The love's still there, gone is all hope.
Still feeling blue, trying to cope.
Our wedding bands meant for a pair.
Gone is all hope, the love's still there.

Cruel death parted, cant hold hands.
Meant for a pair, our wedding bands.
I'm smiling while broken hearted.
Cant hold hands, cruel death parted.

Premium Member A Moonlit Night - Swap Quatrain

She took a stroll one moonlit night
Diamonds afar, those stars so bright
Such precious gems to soothe her soul
One moonlit night, she took a stroll

This night was crowned in diadems
To soothe her soul, such precious gems
On the boundless sea, gleams abound
In diadems, this night was crowned

The breeze played a song for the tree
Gleams abound on the boundless sea
To nature's tune we sing along
For the tree, the breeze played a song

The stars above, they made her swoon
We sing along to nature's tune
 She embraced the heavenly love
They made her swoon the stars above

At Least: Swap Quatrain Contest

Inside the chamber of one's heart, there's at least a pint of goodness,
So do not hesitate to show someone some brave acts of kindness,
Whether life for one is so tough that it could break his faith apart,
There's at least a pint of goodness inside the chamber of one's heart.

In the corner of one's mind, there is at least one good memory,
So do not be so damn lonely and try at least to be merry,
For time is passing too quick, make your memory needs no rewind,
There is at least one good memory in the corner of one's mind.

Underneath one's tough rough skin, there is at least an act of kindness,
So do not hesitate to show someone some brave acts of goodness,
For life is too too short, let it not pass without your caring spin,
There is at least an act of kindness underneath one's tough rough skin.

In the shelter of one's bright eye, there is at least a chance for love,
So do not be too timid to pledge your love to your star above,
For shiny days could be over soon, so do not just try to pry,
There is at least a chance for love in the shelter of one's bright eye.

Premium Member You've Always Mattered

By your skin's pigment, I've never judged you,
but by your character I see you through.
Your deep concerns are only a figment;
I've never judged you by your skin's pigment.

We are all descendants from Adam's side,
and we'll continue to be multiplied,
so let brotherly love take transcendence.
From Adam's side, we are all descendants.

God created each cell that forms your skin,
each precious hair strand, the curve of your chin.
What makes you special should not be hated.
Each cell that forms your skin, God created.

You've always mattered; never doubt your worth.
God fashioned your life to dwell on this earth.
If your heart gets broken by dreams shattered,
never doubt your worth; you've always mattered.

Amazing Grace, a Love Story Song

My soul trembles at this joyful sound;
"I once was lost, but now I'm found,"
Now my new heart to Yours resembles,
At this joyful sound, my soul trembles.

I was blind, but now I can see,
I was in chains, but now I'm free,
You changed my life, You changed my mind,
Now I can see, but I was blind.

Amazing Grace, a love story song
I sing it louder, very strong,
Until I'll see You face to face,
A love story song, Amazing Grace.

Troubled Times

Troubled Times

In troubled times, I have the sea
It's soothing sounds bring peace to me.
An ocean breeze,salty climes
I have the sea in troubled times.

Gulls swoop and dive, we wouldn't dare
unless a safety net was there.
We fish safely, to stay alive.
We wouldn't dare, gulls swoop and dive.

I've seen sunfish, seals and whales.
Smoked some kahawai, told some tales.
But this is true, it's not rubbish,
seals and whales, I've seen sunfish.

A quad bike ride, along the beach,
search for treasures lying in reach.
Changing contour, shifting tide,
along the beach, a quad bike ride.

When times are bad, the ocean calls,
kids go swimming, kick beach balls.
So many happy times I've had,
the ocean calls when times are bad.

Chickadees Play -Swap Quatrain,Tanaga Combo-

They play in the morning sun
late Fall snow it has begun,
through the cold the branches sway
in the morning sun, they play.

Chickadees play all day through
'neath the morning sky so blue,
have a good time come what may
all day through, chickadees play.

This is my own style of poetry. I figured I would sit down and try to pen a style of poetry I haven't tried before. Then thought, hmmm why not try to put two together? I tend to do this a lot.

Premium Member Scrolls of Love- Swap Quatrain

I will not read another one
These words that have my heart undone
Each message makes my heart to bleed
Another one, I will not read

The love you swore would prove untrue
Yet heart and soul I gave to you
An untold pain, my heart, it bore
Would prove untrue, the love you swore

You wrote to her, the self-same lines
I did discern unfaithful signs
Your promises, all lies they were
The self-same lines, you wrote to her

You placed a seal on every scroll
And just like mine, her heart you stole
So now she reads your love’s appeal
On every scroll, you placed a seal

My scrolls of love, I will forget
They fill my soul with sore regret
I look not down, but gaze above
I will forget, my scrolls of “love”

Summer Sun - Form Swap Quatrain

Sun is shining, all is well
Lovely summer they foretell
Found winter clothes so restraining
All is well, sun is shining.

Fields of rapeseed, like molten gold
Enjoyed by children freedom untold
Run in the shade amongst the sheaths
Like molten gold, fields of rapeseeds

Let's have a picnic, we're hungry
So much running will get sticky
Dressed in shorts looking oh so chic
We're hungry, let's have a picnic

Pies and sandwiches, lemonade too
Will be too full to run and jump, so
will rest my head, so full with such riches
Lemonade, pies and sandwiches.

Ten doggone years I've sawed your trees.
I quit. I'll saw my own darn z's.
I'm done with blood and sweat and tears;
I've sawed your trees ten doggone years.

Right out that door I'm marching on.
No use to look, 'cause I'll be gone.
I'm done with aches and blisters, for
I'm marching on, right out that door.

I'll never feel this weary back,
Nor sleep in such a leaky shack;
I'll go and find a decent meal --
This weary back I'll never feel.

With some sweet girl we'll settle down
Two thousand miles west of town.
I and my mule, named Mr. Merl,
We'll settle down with some sweet girl.

I've lived in hell, Mad Merlin Green;
Now I, like you, am strong and mean.
Once shy and kind, now hear me yell;
Mad Merlin Green, I've lived in hell.

Like summer breeze with sweet caress
 Her beauty does indeed impress
And her dulcet perfume does tease
With sweet caress like summer breeze

In the moonlight my heart flutters
"I love you" is what I utter
Her perfume fills me with delight
My heart flutters in the moonlight

Upon her lips I plant a kiss
'Neath starry skies I am in bliss
As I caress her lovely hips
I plant a kiss upon her lips

Forevermore she'll be my pearl
A dance of love as hearts do swirl
She's the one I'll always adore
She'll be my pearl forevermore

I saw the light there in your eyes
Love clearly seen without disguise
And banished was my soul’s dark night
There in your eyes, I saw the light

I felt the flame there in your kiss
A burning taste that filled with bliss
On searing heart, you staked your claim
There in your kiss, I felt the flame

I came undone with each caress
Subdued as hands sought to undress
My heart and soul you’d surely won
With each caress, I came undone

I felt complete in your embrace
For hands each curve with love did trace
Essence of love, a tasty treat
In your embrace, I felt complete

I now lie still, safe in your arms
I am enthralled by your sweet charms
With all this warmth, my heart I fill
Safe in your arms, I now lie still

Premium Member Use My Life (Swap Quatrain)

In the end it is I who will pay
For the things I do and words I say
The road ahead is full of bends
It is I who will pay in the end

In every bend there is a fork
When I stutter I feel like a dork
There is a message I hope to send
There is a fork in every bend

I love to be what you need
Lord I see myself as your seed
I confess so the world can see
What you need I love to be

Use my life Lord as you will
Teach me how to think and feel
You are first and then my wife
Lord as you will use my life
