In the quiet rooms where maps are breathed upon,
where borders are inked like veins across the Earth,
we speak in numbers—
not of souls, but of strain,
of harvests thinning under a swollen sky.
The arithmetic is cold,
yet it does not lie—
too many hands upon too little soil,
too many hungers circling the same fire.
Stemming what cannot be sustained,
not with the violence of sudden decree,
but with the measured hand of foresight—
a discipline of future over present desire.
For what is mercy,
if it feeds the moment
and starves the century?
The child yet unborn
flies buzzing around their crusty eyes
stands beside us in silence,
asking not for abundance,
but for balance—
for rivers that still run,
for air that has not forgotten breath.
Power must think beyond its own shadow,
must see the curve of consequence
before it bends into collapse.
This is no easy doctrine—
to weigh life against life,
to choose restraint
in a world that worships increase.
Yet history will not pardon blindness.
It will record, without trembling,
whether we governed the tide—
or were taken by it.
Bringing babies into the world just to watch them starve.
Finding love everywhere I look,
I use it to create this book,
Exploring avenues I took,
To understand what shook the core,
A storehouse of information,
From incarnations before,
Remain waiting til you find the door,
Love is the key to seeing more,
Who you were and what you came for,
Forward progress gains momentum,
As moments swing on a pendulum,
Seeing the space between them,
Stemming into eternity,
Love loading new possibilities,
Realities to be discovered,
New abilities are uncovered,
Smothered in the affection,
Feeling the whole connection,
I am One part of a section,
A collection of entities,
Love is our natural way to be,
You're creating everything you see,
Based on a perception of energy,
A mentality keeping me free,
Im tweaking my personality,
Thinking healthy brings me up,
Drinking from my own cup,
Love makes me wealthy,
If I never give up.

The feeling of a ceramic mug being formed.
Mental blocks, not normal.
Just the clattering of pencils as if they are a cure.
Taking time out of nothing.
Taking tempered emotions.
Stemming and steaming.
I have enough opportunities.
They said that.
I have enough capacity.
Struggles, and other swirling winds.
When the thoughts escape.
The doorway gets caved in.
The ceramic mug is formed.
Waits for the way cameras speak.
Not a soft sound.
Just the sun and back.
They say I should consider not making connections.
They say I make them confused.
My mental block is endless.
I wish people would stop trying.
If the cure was found…
Then the moon landing is endless as me.
The day, the soil lab took care of him, and I sighed
Categorical exclusion, You were there, but almost Nye!
My outspoken, my hidden, my own darker trace
My grace, rancid disgrace, my song and my own mess
Did I ever tell you? I loved you with all my heart, I loved you all!
I had no desire, there, my nihilistic call, they are not an easy Pickthall!
I startled, I stumbled , I ran, I walk and I snore, sneeze and yawn!
I craft and in my propeller shaft, I fly, with flying try, I try simply not to frown!
These are not all stemming from me, these are the imprinting gemstones of praying tea
You are a done deal only to compose , not to take heed before you even try to say, once again to me!
These are white lies, your sweater moment drops on your life, legend and universal truth
And all they say is to look after your giggling imagism before it handles him too, to soothe beneath the bluetooth!

(Twelve beautiful lines )
‘When you are not fed love on a silver spoon, you learn to lick it off knives.’ - Lauren Eden
lilies and ravens
dance together making mud puddles
thick as salve caked on deep wounds
stemming not the ooze
tinctures from droppers
bitter herbs labeled for survival
use only as directed
replenish nothing
rancid birthday cakes
gleeful candles form dancing shadows
glassy story-telling eyes
yearn desperately
gleaming steel knives slice
neat little rows across the table
the sacrificial altar
where naked I lay
ignorant children
don't see the bullies in their own homes
doling birthrights like feed for
ravens and lilies

For the contest Light or Shadows hosted by Suzette Richards
Sometimes the less weight you bear,
The more of your own weight tips the scales.
There's too many words, too much chaos,
All stemming from silence, from absence.
The coziest warmth is someone else's.
Even the hottest nights can still be cold.
No better music than their laugh.
No stronger longing than not knowing who.
A connection endures,
As it's host surrenders,
To the possibilities,
An infinite world before thee.
A projected reality,
From 2 eyes i see,
A life created for me,
Stemming from the energy.
Purposely full,
Of adversity,
Diversity,
A University of knowledge.
Taking you over the edge,
Earning the wisdom,
To inspire a kingdom,
Of loving participants.
Aware of their dance,
There is a better chance,
To feel the romance,
Within their own experience.
A leap of Faith,
Most are afraid to take,
Fear of creating a wake,
A war, So much more.
For Heavens sake,
Whats it going to take,
For the levies to break,
And retake the world you create.

New Years Old Wishes
In a world wrangled with wild wars
Between two developed nations,
With civil deaths a sad eyesore
And a bane to human reason,
With harsh tension and violence
Elsewhere one can daily witness,
Stemming from lack of tolerance,
Wrecking homes and lives with distress,
With a few basking in plenty,
Overwhelmed with satiation
And the lot dipped in misery
With children doomed to starvation,
Would New Years old wishes of love,
Would old wishes for compassion
Would wishes for peace fly as doves
Or drop down the deep ocean?
Sands of time will ever unfurl,
But human race will remain same;
So will issues facing the world
And New Years old wishes be same.

No one can wholly understand love
Love is never what one thinks it is
Love often comes as a snippy surprise
As a starry shock stemming from above.
Love is a hieroglyphic puzzle
Love has the power to muzzle
Shackle, overpower, direct and destroy
Love can be a very volatile or hazardous toy.
As soon as one is somewhat comfortable
Love shows her ugly fangs on the table
Love is not always a beautiful spring.
Love behave like a cunning chameleon
Love behaves like an uncommon phenomenon
No one can completely comprehend this thing.

She calls to me
with a dazzle in her eye
stemming from the sun
I've no place to run
but to her side
letting beauty open wide
breathe slowing to the beat of her nature
taking it all
deep inside
