Had a son one day
Wanted horns
Him to play
So many things
Got in the way
Dreaming future ties
Things that make life

Premium Member Breathing Canvas Impression
Her exquisite face today
A scar running down her cheek
Quickly taking it all in
The strength of her character
A melancholic lost look
Flowers stemming from a scar
Reflecting emotions, life
breathing slowly, a canvas.

Good Wishes To You
My friends, I must say
How you’ve all touched me dear
In your own special ways
You’ve brightened this year

The lights that you show
Stemming right from your hearts
Set my life aglow
With the love you impart

As authors and friends
As poets with songs
May your words never end
For here’s where you belong...

Premium Member The Agony of Standing Still
The ache of routine
blowing breaths of fire
stemming from agony
deep within

Better the terror
of excitement
just for the newness
than the sameness of days
repeating again and again

As travelers through
this life
we best not gather moss
or be entangled in webs
for some spiders' bite

The agony arises
from the realization
we may not even
taste very good...

Rhyming Sonnet
Keeping—the Syllable Count
Knowing—How to Rhyme
This – is—What keeps is a—Sonnet
Annoying – Iambic—Line

Constantly – Chiming—and Gushing
Blowing—in Merciless – Gusts
And Yet—Still always reminding
Attend to it—While it lasts

Stemming from – Nature’s Rebellion
Or – Simply—Pressuring Air
Or If it’s Heaven—is Gentle
Just Quietly—Whispering There

Flying and Swimming—in Space
Gliding—with the – Utmost Grace...

On Bliss and Your Bulldust
On bliss and your bulldust.....
To talk bulldust,
You feel you must,
Aeons of timeless bliss,
Stemming from a secret kiss,
Your emotional manipulation,
Napoleon and his satisfaction,
Our mutual benefits,
Subterfuge and tacit bliss,
A garden of happy memories,
Daily we plant new love trees,
To talk to me bulldust,
You feel you must,
I don't know why you I trust,
My verse to bliss and your bulldust....

Spring's Embrace
The chill in the wind exits with such grace,
Buds appear atop trees high and slender,
Euphoria rains down upon this place.
Foliage awakens with great splendor,
The touch of Mother Nature feels tender.

This season one cannot help but adore,
Upon treetops red-breasted robins soar,
The tulips and daisies at this time thrive,
Wind embraces all stemming from a tor,
Spring has opened the door, all feel alive....

Extirpated Idolatry
Lithospherical clunking, zest of our navel

Tumultuous melt, fizz ridden obliquitous

Inestimably stemming, trunking, branching

Exaspergrasping for equichosis, ecliptic apotheosis

We shimmer and charade as though dwelt in strobe

Inscribing the vitroglyph, micro slinks to macro

Then back again

I sit lotus, perfecting the interlocking polygonoids of this scape

I resonate and learn over a new sheaf

A Palm Map....

Premium Member Attraction and Aversion
Assigning labels, good or bad to thought,
misses the point about cause and effect,
arising in ether, as desires brought,
manifest here and now, what we detect,
each wave in its right, divinely perfect.
Likes or dislikes, to portions of our dream,
an anchorage to images that so stream,
stemming from ego association;
trying to seize a specific sunbeam,
our attachment thus cause of stagnation.

Premium Member Bunny and the Chocolate Egg
Yummy says the bunny as he sniffs around. Is this chocolate I smell? And looks at the ground. I found, to my delight, something delicious. Chocolate, out of sight, someone's malicious! I hope this chocolate is here for me. Cause I would sit, if it's not, very sadly! Please look away as I do a dastardly act. I'm going to eat this egg, even if it's for the cat!

....And On
I’ve found the world at last
Dust settles in on ash
Only poisons to breathe in
My hopeful cures are bathed in sin

I’ve seen myself at last
Programmed by a distant past
A million latching crowds
All hiding from an inner sound

I know you all at last
Running to the safest mass
My mirror never lies
It told me all the reasons why

I’m selfish and alone
I’m turning in to all I’ve known
So why can I still see?
Stemming from my hate for me...

Premium Member Always Brimming
It's time to do the singing,
and I ready for my springing
no need to do any clinging, if looking for me, you will see, and
 always find me Brimming

You will not find me swimming, and you will
never find me hemming
don't' like dirt or stemming
wherever the clouds are spinning, newspapers will be printing
You always find me Brimming

No need for any grinning, this is not sinning
loving this new beginning
looking for me, you will see, and you will
 always find me Brimming...
