A zooming car, a Speed King.
All day, all night.
All down the highway,
Racing with faces unknown
To prove what he’s got.
Eadfrith ws an English monk
into the Gospels his artistic talent was sunk
Full of abstract coils&knots
the Word itself is never lost
as a kid yes we did
with the music beat
it was a treat
hot to trot
it ws near a parking lot
to kept cool
we did't shot pool
to wet our toes
it
STREET WATER HOLES
There once was a
student named Gest.
Among all his
classmate,he's best.
He dumped all his
books
and followed all
cooks.
Which lastly he
failed much the rest.
Mitts on we're ready
to take on the world at large
school day winter memories
we threw them curve balls
one fast strong arm at a time
snow ball fights were so much fun

the shmelly man ate a gigantic cheese then

Over many years
Love has taken deep, deep root.
Has your love deepened, flourished
A short span of time
Our lifetime love's been given
Soon I'll love thee even more

WHO was the dastard - Moriarty again?
WHAT was the reason for kidnapping Watson, my friend?
WHEN did Moriarty strike?
WHERE could Watson be?
WHY is Moriarty always instigating dastardly deeds?

Gelid winter winds
are creating drifts of snow
The perfect time for sledding
Trying to keep warm
I bundled up in woolens
And... played for hours in the cold

snowballs compacted
rolled up, stacked, frozen in place
man’s jewels, a carrot and coal
flurries cling to fur
and shaken loose, tail wagging
snowball’s freshly unfurling

Peaceful is the dusk
When snow is softly falling
And ruby sun's just faded
Snowy hills beckon
to eager ones, sledding soon
in the gladsome days of youth!

Winter - W/S
snow thunder rumbles
white fire sparkles in flurries
hummingbirds dine at feeders
brittle wind torrents
howl like exiled banshees as
a fat robin hunts for worms

January dawn
Snowfall's promised purity
Gleams under a silver sun
Robin's flash of red
Birdsong delicately fills
The quiet white interlude

those cold snowy days
seldom seen in warm desert
escaping frost's snow packed fields
yet desert's green leaves
depend on drinks from storm's cache
in wells shared with thirsty land

Sedoka
A cold winter's night,
birds warmly nestled in nests-
frigid hibernation fight
Morning chirping songs,
scavenging frozen berries-
sparring for Spring survival

in cold winter throes
city has frosted over ~
light shimmers on pristine snow
parka covered kids
toss snowballs at each other ~

WINTER - WS
Winter is coming
Snow and ice approaching us
Long dark days all of us dread
Now winter has passed
The snow and ice have melted
And sweet spring lies up ahead

Sapphire and scarlet
Vibrant colors, singing love
Songs, joy erasing the night
Brilliant hues, graceful
Wings soaring in passionate
Purple, glowing, shimmering

In sunless dark dusk
winter blizzard blows across
the road I walk chilled back home.
Cupful hot coffee
my wife gives me at fireplace,
we’re on cloud nine together.

peeking through curtains
straining for a better view
her face is flush and gleaming
there! she surfaces again
cavorting in wind-tossed froth
dancing on a winter sky

during cold season
coated with a snow blanket
winter ski spins fantasy
as far as eyes view
a vista of snow-clad slopes
a ritzy summer resort

stars shimmer in sky
moon on routine sentry watch
crispy spell of snow below
embers from fireplace
peek out through the windowsill
night sleeps blanketed in snow

Hawaiian Winter - WS
Snow trace e'er so oft
Soloist compacts barely
Do salt waves surge teasingly?
Surf and sand hulas
Sun melts away mini-me
So snowman bid Aloha?

Meeting someone then falling in lOve
And knowing she is the one
Ready to take the plunge
Respecting the vows we made
Intense was our passion
After many years her charm still beguiles
Glad we tried to make it work
Even through the good and bad

Yes, it was yesterday that i laughed, but today i cry
yesterday i was a woman with confidence,
Today i bury my face and hide.
Yesterday i was filled with hope and dreams,
today i am overtaken with guilt and doubt
so- that ws yesterday you may say, and today is a new day
you, may never understand the damage done by one day
but trust me___
Yesterday I laughed
Today I cry
Tomorrow I fear.
