September Intrerrupted

A clear blue sky drawn
                      as terror interrupted
                                          this calm September

Waves Again

Like stallions trying to spit the
bit
Manes shrugged off in a
flotsam mist
Create an omnipresent
constant hiss
Interrupted when two collide
and kiss

Our picnic food draws pesky flies.
We each grab a swatter and rise
   to wipe out those devils,
   but those crafty rebels
escape. Then we don’t feel so wise.

Unconditional Love

Could it be possible that I am loved

Most of my life I have pushed and shoved

Me first, You last, Your love put to the test

Interrupted by grace, the possibility expressed

Until I'M With You

A bitter breeze undulates - a chilly warning I feel
Palm trees sway in discontented passage - they splinter the sunlight
Interrupted melody of tenderness, until I’m with you

Straight To Heaven

I was talking to someone yesterday
when I was interrupted in a way,
so when I told her to wait
she told me to stick it straight...
She's the one who goes to church on Sunday!

Computers Are Annoying

I
was
about
half way
through down-
loading an update
for iTunes, when I was
interrupted by a pop-up
window asking me if I wanted to
download an even newer version of iTunes …

He gently touched his cheek to hers…
at a time when sadness interrupted their nights
and spread throughout their days…
and the moment their tears blended into one…
as if by magic…
so did they.

"Swell. Well.... Hell."

In that zone, playing from home
When interrupted by the phone
Then starting to cry
And wanting to die
It was about my student loan

To stall

Is to be

Trapped..

Silent Wars

My screams are void
Interrupted by blurred groans
Drums beating,
Echoing in the dead of night,
Unavoidable
Silent wars has begun
Quarrels set off,
Throwing away love

Who wins? Who has gone missing?
No one knows in silent wars

Breath

Two millenniums
Old breath
Comes into my lung
Week
And interrupted
Shattered by rusted nails
A breath of pain
A breath of love
A breath of forgiveness
The snow is falling
Enlightening the streets
I kept walking
Following this ancient breath

Foggy Night

A machine pain,
scripts the name secretly,
intones the verdict.

        *

I don’t need,
to prove it, like the man
who sells the dreams.

        *

Privacy interrupted,
I have come out in open,
to commit the god.

Premium Member Epilogue

Solid gray clouds hover right here
Hidden by the thick fog
Quiet interrupted by birds
Who sing love's epilogue

Solemn day held by clouds caress
Clouds that drape each green tree
Like a shawl on a winter's day
And gives grass a sweet kiss

Dream

As the sun kisses my skin
Memories flow like the breeze
Sweet love in the air
No worries come to mind.

The world seems fair
As it should have always been
All wrongs have been made right
No heartache to speak of.

Then my eyes open, a dream interrupted.

Premium Member Zen Mode

a jarring note intruded
taunting staid silence
contemplation interrupted
lower mind surfaced
resulting in mental violence

noticing the tremors
horn of love was sounded
bliss mists pervaded the air
there was no need to react
sounds of silence resounded

On Leaving

The time for leaving
is coming up soon
Our great sorrows will
soon be a thing of the past
Realizing the path ends
is essential
Soon - Darkness
and a heavy sense of peace
The cycle of days and nights
will be interrupted
by a small demon
Who is now within sight!

marked by our intent
an action commences
which if interrupted
by randomness of fate
causes in us no ripple
being but spontaneity
of the expression of life
of which we are a part
so we intuitively adapt
dancing to the rhythm
in a mood celebratory
