Winter Avalanche

The mountain rumbles
The snow runs down on wolf paws
Hear the lion roar
White pillow clouds block the sun
Snowflakes tickle my lashes

Sleepless Night

Unrevealed fear,
Avalanche of horrid scenes,
Intermittent sleep,
The night seems to take slow strides,
Obstructing the day’s entry.

Aloft in mighty oaks
 Autumn signals their fall
 As eager squirrels wait
 Anticipating an
 Avalanche, nutty treats
 After which comes the feast
 Accommodating all

We Shall Not Burn Our Wings

i am waiting for my chance sifting through this avalanche of stars to find the keys to God while dancing through this flame we shall not burn our wings

The Sound of Gravity: the Sound of Gravity

A shattering plate
The lull of the rain
Crashing blue waves
The drip of a sink
Cold avalanche thunder
The whisper of leaves
In autumn
These are the sounds
Of gravity

Premium Member Storm Within Me

Shivering,
plagued by a freak storm,
avalanche of angst,
gnawing at my haggard bones,
grim nightmare

Tossed leaf self,
bold inner tempest,
I might quell, stanch, freeze,
with sheer gumption and stark brawn,
madcap dream!

 Nearly on the mountain's summit.
To plant his "I did it!" flag,
         Only to be flushed down
     By fate's rumbling avalanche.
      Nevertheless, keep your pity;
He's halfway up on second try.

The subtle beauty of the Aurora Borealis
So stunning it almost takes your breath away

As if fairy sprites in delighted mischief play

Snowfall

He said it was muddy. I refused to believe it as it was snowing.

We were on a high avalanche.
But we were both too advanced in this world!

He said it was snowing. I refused as it was snowfall.

That led to a never-ending snowball!

SNOWBALL SLEW

avalanche snow ~ true breathless blue
he slips, she slides, he dives, she flips
the helpless team - a snowball slew
of heads and knees, of toes and lips
and she yells cut ~ redo the scripts

Untitled #58 / Upon Us All, a Little Rain Must Fall

“Upon us all, a little rain must fall”
Ah! The truth rolls down like an avalanche!
The sun fills us with hope and joy
till we are full, then the rain
washes away all our delusion, so we can
build back up again,
each time stronger than the last.

Can You Hold Me

Destiny waited long enough
For you and i
That she ditched us for a new feeling and logic
Could it be that we've lost our chance
To slide into eachothers arm like an avalanche
Or would she give us a second glance
To say these words
Can you hold me

Volcano

Saša Milivojev - VOLCANO

Below the naked sky

A hole is seething

An avalanche is boiling

The sun is melting away

Who protects you

From the burning rain

Now that you are gone
