Playing With Colors

The subtle beauty of the Aurora Borealis
So stunning it almost takes your breath away
An avalanche of quickly changing colors
As if fairy sprites in delighted mischief play

 and Avalanche contest

well, here is one of yours that got an HM too. This contest was a very difficult one. I did not even try it. So I applaud you for the cleverness you used coming up with this one.

Barbara, I like the way you use both "aurora" and "avalanche" to poetically image the Aurora Borealis, and using avalanche as an adjective. Brilliant! Best of luck in the contest. Sandra

Dear LNC, What a creative approach to the contest! I love the way you use the "avalanche" of colors and the mischievous fairy sprites. Best wishes in the contest! Love you always, Carolyn
