Dogma Enigma

When the pedophile is god
and genocide is good
when caring for the other
is a never not a should
when race is a weapon
and gender is revoked
when science is blasphemy
and climate change a hoax

Resist the urge to reason
you will just be labelled woke

Enjoy Narration

Sharing my love narration,
Causing much elation,
Ignoring cant negation,
Here tis love central station,
Harmless joy aeration,
Heart is your curation,
Pixie dust your vocation,
Love needs no stagnation,
Evolving, with illustration,
Never has privation,
Revoked our sublimation,
Scribbling this summation,
"Pour blessed love libation!"

Ants

A billion ants all march'd in line
Their Queen doth bruise 'n' bleed them dry
For these poor creatures, world stops not
And no eyes turn'd when one doth drop.

A billion ants all beat 'n' broke
Their minds be torn, their souls revoked
Be turn'd to slaves and free from trust
To feed their monster's greed 'n' lust.

A billion ants whom time forgot
Exploited, wreck'd, and left to rot
They work'd their lives for scarce reward
Their souls unbless'd by love, nor lord.

Three million more seek death or dole
Becometh not more hopeless souls
Thou master scorns and leaves to rot
This dreadful world that they know not.

Premium MemberFALLEN ACTOR

Dramatic pause
Stage diminished
Alcohol influence
Living on the streets
Nickel and Dimes survival
Actor being once a striving Actor
Contract revoked
His final curtain pulled down
Had big dreams
Wanted to be in the movie streams
No Movie Star
No longer owns a car
Could have gone far
Inspiration being just a word
Closed door
Fallen to Alcohol
Stage presence forgotten.

Premium MemberWalk softly Ode to my walking stick

Loyal companion carved from a sturdy oak.
This eternal gratitude will never be revoked.
You've been there for me more then
some human folk.
I think I may be in love with you and that is no joke.
Please stay by my side until the day I croak,
if perchance we come upon a very nasty bloke,
I will turn you upside down and give him a poke!

Premium MemberMy Aborted Baby

Crepuscular rays filtered through the trees:
Tall black cypresses around a dark shrine,
Evening grim bells toll as I feel the freeze,
Conscious the tomb covered with rambling vine,
While nocturnal butterflies just decline.
I could not help utter a maze of sighs,
My desolate unborn baby just lies,
Never forgotten, but always evoked
Except the woman who'll never get wise.
Cursed she'll be, an oath I never revoked.

Fiction
I am against abortion. But I am in favour of forgiving.

Premium MemberSensationalism

A little voice inside keeps saying, “write something different”
Different to what may I ask?
I have surely written about every subject there is to write about
No no! I can't write about THAT!
I'd get censored and my lifetime membership would be revoked
Anyway, writing that stuff is only to get attention
It's called “sensationalism”
The world press is particularly guilty of it
I understand they're in the business to sell papers
And add mucho dollars to their respective bank accounts
BUT a little discretion at times would certainly be in order
I'm not referring to any one particular article or story
Just expressing my thinking
Perhaps if events weren't sensationalized as much
The lunatic fringe would be more concerned with other things
Such as what they have to be thankful for
Instead of complaining about what others have and they don't
Am I dreaming???

Premium MemberThe Deliquent Angel

Run away, but you cannot hide
for you were made to obey to this you did deny
Warned of sin it made you grin
now my young angel you are fallen
For the devil you did play
the rules of contact you disobey
Did anything you desired and wished
revoked your oath to dwell in sins of the flesh
Do you have remorse and seek redemption
do you think some how you are the one exception
Your sister and brother angels weep for you
for your judgement coming is overdue
Accepting my own failure and demotion
I was responsible for your quick promotion
You were clever smart and too beautiful
if only I could have made you dutiful
  Judgement will only be spoken
with His word you will be erased, your promise broken
The next Micheal you might have been
all lost for foolish sin, what might have been
I ask to earth to go, to see you a last time
The answer I knew was no, so quickly declined
The layers of Heaven are dark
a single bolt of lightning to earth sparks
My greatest pupil you weakened me with pride
my delinquent angel, alas goodbye.

Premium MemberHopeful Sea

Hopeful Sea

I have a friend
She seems withdrawn
Our wistful chat before the dawn

Reveals the truth
The news is grim
It isn't me she loves but him

The shroud of night
Reveals the day
And as my feelings drift away

My heart resists
The dawn's concession
Hopeful sea drowns night depression

Still gloomy truth
Like storms may shudder
With sails revoked, hold fast the rudder

Adventure wanes
As journey's folly
Dashed on rocks of melancholy

Premium MemberPoor Fairy Godmother

The carriage arrived at the ball a few minutes fashionably late.
Which was exactly what Fairy Godmother had hoped for.
However, the carriage was empty.
The door opened and no one appeared.
Where is she? F.G. asked the footman.
He did not talk.
Neither did the driver.
Fairy Godmother was not allowed the luxury of this kind of mistake twice.
Her supervisors appeared from the ether.
First you let Snow White run off with a dwarf,
And now you have lost Cinderella.
What kind of a reenactment are you running here?
At least she got Red Riding Hood home safe, said Pinocchio.
His nose grew a foot in seconds.
That cinched the deal.
They revoked Fairy Godmother’s license.

Revoke Her Passport

There's a passport I would like to revoke
from one person who thinks it's a joke
to repeatedly make fun of fellow writers.
Like a pugilist, she calls us 'prizefighters.'

What harm if we enjoy entering contests?
That doesn't prove whose poetry is best
because one person's opinion has weight
and another says it's open for debate.

If she's trying to deflate anyone's intellect,
she won't do it with a weapon of disrespect.
I applaud people who bravely try a new form
They're not afraid to write out of the norm.

She stabs with a pen, trying to draw blood
while sitting on her toosh like a couch spud.
We don't write to be popular. She's wrong,
but lord, she keeps howling the same ol song.

She claims we want attention and a high profile,
but her posts draw attention in words that defile.
I've never understood why her eyes get glazed
over contest entrants who should be praised.

She dares write of grace and having humility
but complains vehemently, and with hostility.
Her PS passport should be revoked & shredded
as punishment for being rude and hardheaded.

To Him

My heart,
overflowing with love to share.
You came bearing apologies,
upon self-forgiveness nurtured,
moments in time.
Wounds have healed,
for the heart claimed another,
watered, were blessings of reciprocation.
I'm filled with joyous laughter,
peace posed as medicine,
whilst your trials to attempt to come hither,
have long been revoked.
I do send my utmost light upon your heavy heart.
May vibrations in frequencies be of acceptance,
may your darkness escape,
gain light and tranquility,
angels guide you in protection,
and for peace to be your friend.
I bid you farewell, past Love.

Truth, justice and the American way…*

Back up to Pilate

“What is truth?”

If you can question it

than you can let go of it

An honest answer

forbidden, revoked, crucified

Who is truth -

the better question

His words stationed

before, during, and after the cross

a divine human being

has a way with words

clarifications not needed

where common sense prevails

He made them male and female

with corresponding body parts

gave women

the gift of carrying

the most precious thing on earth

Mary would tell the truth

Politicians pervert the truth

Pilate washed his hands of the truth

Where does America stand?

Praying hands

or idle idolatry

looking away from the cursèd tree

distaining Ripley

choosing

to believe not

what your eyes see

as straightforward

what they’ve always seen

from the beginning

Is this how we know it’s the end?
