Built
Built-up another
one to each other
a scene not recognize
growth, as one spoke
to obtain, non-revoked
hidden behind the scene
strength in the mist
not just one, but two
time for owning
in the midst as other growing....

Rhetoric
Words -
incite
good, evil
peace and rage. Words -
spoken in hateful
tones divide, destroy
encouraging ignorance.
Words- spoken with temperance grow
understanding, foster tolerance.
Rhetoric that cannot be revoked - words......

In That Moment
It's that rise and then the fall,
between the happy thought of you,
and when it all comes crashing down.
The moment I remember, We- are no more,
That you have revoked your love,
and are no longer mine to call my own.
In that moment,
my world is destroyed....

A Puzzling Word Mystery
I closed my eyes and pointed
A document I had received
Not a book in sight to point at
Revoked or it could expire,
How could this be
My birthday was near
So I had to march down to the DMV
Paid them money so now

I am a lawful driver

Words
1.Lawful
2.Unexpired
3.March
4.Document
5.Revoke

Psalm Rainbow
flaming rainbow aloft,
starlight galaxy festoon
once an iron sky,

Tempest equinox,
sparks shall on them descend,
foreshadowed co lours reign force

defy justify defy

Coiled snake, rabid tongue, sermon revoked

preach not your cruel co lours
delivered unto me true co lours

Red and blue embers twisted hypocrite burns
soul restored, recaptured spirit in purple

...this co lour my courage deserves......

The Dmv
After 4 years of a revoked license,
A remnant of my past mistake
We were headed to the DMV
Dreading how long it would take

I gave the lady my old license
She slapped a sticker on right away
And then stamped it and pushed it back
"Wow!!", was all we could think to say!

The lady rolled her eyes at us
"Have a seat!", was all that she said
I looked at Judy and we laughed
It was funny, but our faces were red!...

The Red Bucket
The red bucket in my bathroom
suddenly one day broke.
Day by day it deteriorated
till it was revoked.
I needed some plastic
to melt for some work;
the red bucket was chosen
being already shirked.
Little by little, in few days,
the red bucket was cut.
From being a proper bucket,
it was not even its butt.
It sits there in a corner
waiting to die some more.
Unwanted, rejected,
it's not a bucket anymore....

Waiting Room
Radical reliance on the ultimate unknown,
Only scarcely awake by its soft under-tone.
Lonely antiques; only now in demand,
Losing their value with each passing hand.
Peppered with sugar to prolong the pretence,
Examining a lifetime and its final expense.
Another slice of the mind to be prodded and poked,
The face of dilemma has now been revoked
Solitary silence in an elegant stance,
Chaotic clarity with one last glorious glance....

Hangman
I had a smoke
and felt
so suicidal.
I wanted my licence
to life
to be revoked.
To simply feel
the pressures of life
take the shape
of a
perfectly shaped noose
so I could
take a leap
into the
gaping hole
of my heart
and never land
on the ground.
For everybody
to see
my tangling feet
move
to a motionless beat
as I play
the role of a dead man
in the game
of Hangman.

I hope to rekindle
my spirit
with my body
in the afterlife....

Desolation Bop
How vast is the mind
in all it surveys?
Humanity's blip can be
measured in days,
yet I hold hallowed
my meager plight
as I plummet blind
through this icy night.

With all prime focus
centered on me
as my reigning
identity
I quake confused
by all my eyes see.
Shall I be sequestered
in perpetuity?

My body buckles
with forces profound
since I find no hope
to orbit around
only more egos
that need to be stroked
waiting for my light
to get revoked....

Premium Member Brrrrr
Brrrrr Weather Forecast By Tom 2/15/2021 No clouds, sky solid gray, chill factor, twenty-seven below, today. Eighty-nine days I’ve seen temps freezing, will be next week before it’s easing. About two more weeks before its done, It’s been three days since snow begun. Expect seven to ten inches two days hence, and drifts three wires high on a barb wire fence. Being paroled to the yard was bad I attest, until parole was revoked and I’m in house arrest.

Premium Member My Aborted Baby
Crepuscular rays filtered through the trees:
Tall black cypresses around a dark shrine,
Evening grim bells toll as I feel the freeze,
Conscious the tomb covered with rambling vine,
While nocturnal butterflies just decline.
I could not help utter a maze of sighs,
My desolate unborn baby just lies,
Never forgotten, but always evoked
Except the woman who'll never get wise.
Cursed she'll be, an oath I never revoked.

Fiction
I am against abortion. But I am in favour of forgiving....

Will I Know It As Different From Now
Numb in fear at the face of God upon me,
Sliced to the bone, stretched out on the fault line of my soul.

Those living now, granted the fullness of life so sweet,
Reserved to rejoice with God eternal, predestined before day one,
Never doubt salvation and heaven.

But I know what evil I have done, do, and am
For the promise of heaven’s rest revoked,

When final sentence given after judgment at the terrible throne
Then when to hell I go, will I know it as different from now?...
