Planet's Masterpiece

When I let go of all types of people in my life
Little by little went the dissolving strife

Slow and more slowly crept in the peace
Cutting off that dead fruit in my life was a relief

More vividly and beautifully my days started to come
Coming back into me - the joy and sense again of being young

Age is but a number - in a world of numbers
Be one of those awoken and not one of those that slumbers

You can't help what others say and do
All you can help is the reaction of you

Leave the past behind and just walk away
Never believe those who say they'll stay

Never believe anyone or anything if your vibe and energies are off
Always trust it - even if making sense it's not

Keep alert with eyes open and maybe you'll see
Just what that intuition that day was telling you and me

Find rationalization in a world that makes absolutely no sense
Eloquently performed - leave no fingerprints

Be tolerant of others and their beliefs
Be the much-needed planet's masterpiece

What's good for the goose, on becoming a mother

Today we celebrate Mother's Day, for those still with us and those gone away,
with hearts of gratitude we acknowledge and pray..
This current climate where state's see fit to oversee a woman's choices
and pass laws to restrict..
No one should take lightly the ending of a beating heart before an embryo is
viable and get's it's life start..
The pro-life movement has made this their cause but as of late our Supreme Court is revealing the flaws..
Passing state laws to end invitro fertilization which is pro-family.
What is their rationalization?
None of these unwanted pregnancies are "virgin" conceptions, so what
about the woman's partner, the male sperm injection?
If a woman's body can be litigated so, Viagra and Cialis is also need to go.
Our laws shouldn't set us back to the days of the Neander.
What's good for the goose is also good for the gander..

Do you remember how close we used to be?
It was me & you & you & me
You were the fresh air I breathed
You were the touch of sanity & normalcy I need
When it was you & me...
My pen-pal within my unremembered dreams
You were the lenses in my glasses to see
The pep in my step of everyday things
& the trainor that wouldn't clip my wings

In the computer screen - man of all mystery
The justified conscience on my shoulder
The positivity-promoting moulder
The diamond in a cave of sapphires & gems
The executioner of pointless sins
Your biggest fan & my cheerleader person

You were my basking glory - my happy story
With you a second was never boring
The logical black-hat stacker
& the Holly-hacker
My best friend who always knew
When my day was gonna end up blue
The perfect content for my chapters

Earthers

Heart always tries
Hate always lies
Fear complies
Conundrum tears
fall midstream
Rationalization relents
Reason wins out
Confidence returns
Loss is gain
Less is more
Patterns lost
A better life ensues
Moments of abiding
Consciousness complete
Emptiness explained
Spiritual sailing
Means justify ends
Lie, Death we walk as one
We trip the Black hole together

The Justification of Insanity

The lies you tell yourself,
As you look in the mirror.
All the times you alibi the,
Justification of things you did,
In the name of insanity.
We're the decisions a motive for,
Rationalization in your,
Mind for an excuse.
Such an excuse you tend to,
Overlook as you regret the,
Choices you had to make.
How do you look within yourself and,
Forgive those who have wronged you?
I look back and I know,
I am a good person,
I don't lie,
I never cheated,
Yet now I find myself asking, Why me?
What have I done to deserve all,
This evil being brought down on me?
Just a simple question,
To a very complex answer.
Just asking,
Not really expecting an answer.
I ponder as I look into the sunset, smiling.
I wonder with so much beauty,
How can there be so much,
Evil in the world.
One answer:. The scales must balance.
Good vs Evil will always be present.
It is our job to make sure,
Evil does not prevail.

Poetic Rationalization of Life

To be born is to be flesh ...
               to live is to be poetry ...
               you can elect !

            If being born is a morning
            bright,
            and die, it's a blinding
            night ...
            If every day is a fresh day,
            and every night is novel night,
            how many lives we live,
            how many deaths we die ...!

There's an ever present misery measure we humans live/die to choke
blame on anything/one that's not us involved. 
Rationalization, my right hand,gossip, the tool of the m asses
is a good key to that ever-present padlock of stoolish whining 
about our tofroupdowninout ill framed decision makers
resorting to open blaming others, alive or otherwise
for our every pinched plight poorish purpose, a sicklic
intelli-dunce approach to our only one time proactive earthly ride. 
Thus Protract yr crude cranium from yr **** atmosphere of 
non nominal unthunk rituals, constipated criss-crossed calamitous capitulations of WTF? Get it right, tubular, on point and move toward the light of Mind 
over mush my friend; add/subtract/multiply/divide trading
in yr socio/domestico sad stilted neo
seculoethic impertinent ignorance aplenty aside,
for an in and or un solvable resolution into yr own soulful sink
to a resent-ful evolutionary end game waiting room.

Non-Poetry Advice

Just as easy as it may be for you to quit your job and find another of equal credibility...You are exactly that expendable. 

Take a moment to look after both little and big decisions. 
Especially in "the heat of the moment..."

Words are an act once spoken upon another individual. 

A children's rationalization seems to be in propriety. 

"Why is it not smart to tell secrets in a corn field?"
"Because there are too many ears..."

A joke is more than likely based on a bit of wisdom.
Allow learning to be had in even the most 'seemingly' irrational scenarios.

Family

Family needs closeness to strive
Family needs commitment to stand 
Tenderness to the need for privacy-
The privacy to physical consolation
And the consolation straight to harmony
With a little help from rationalization
The sympathy leads smoothly into peace
Family is closeness not just for sexuality
Family is togetherness in trouble and joy
Family is goodness and kindness to all
Family is fulfilment, fidelity and sharing
Family is faithfulness to your spouse and kids 
Family is fruitfulness and friendship 
What good is a family if you're not a family?
What good is success if no one to share it with?
Don't be too ambitious to forget your family,
Job comes and go but family remains in midlife.
Don't throw away family and pick up job
The frustration there after is greater than hell.
Together, but alone! That is loneliness of the
Most haunting and devastating kind to avoid.

Things That Goes Bump

I bumped my head
I spin in semi-conscious state
hours advance imperceptibly,
and weightily, like glaciers.
The ceeling-fan continued
with its endless litany
thunk,  thunk,  thunk...
A rationalization struck a chord in my mind...
Why am I here ?
In my jammies ?
When can I go home ? 
how will I get there ?.
my  home carer found me,
on my kitchen floor,
I was unconscious,
and taken to hospital.


NB:  close wall-cupboard doors !
I could have died that night, had my carer not found me.

Horrific evil captured world attention

Rationalization failed comprehension

Act of war ISIS terrorists

Long night of massacre and murder

Fear and realization of dreaded word

Hidden danger scariest

Reporters opined media replayed

Suspects apprehended within a day

Tales of bravery slowly told

World mourned for senseless tragedy in France

Information on suspects utmost importance

When or where next unknown

Love Loathes

Love loathes the poison in me when
I just let it grow in passion
Love takes the venom off my mind
Without  a justification.

But, 
In me loathe also loves the poison 
With all its true strength and deception
Loathe detests love in my foolish compassion
Along with my superficial rationalization.

Yet,
Love loads me with peace, taking
Loathe forever 
Once love loves 
Those who loathe
Love.

Bronx Street Corner

she became a new york city
street corner fixture
acted like its the only place to be
acted like its the place for the persecutor to begin
after all all men are guilty
none are forgiven
so she painted false hearted judges
to prop up her proposition
to subvert the natural truth

she lied when it came down to the last hours
but i was unsurprised i had seen her coming
the deception was the rationalization
means to the end
just because you can lie means you should
integrity means so much more when
there is no shame in the game
so once again i ask
just because you can lie means you should
isn't it about change
or was that just part of the lie

i walked away
on a north bronx street corner never to return
no regrets
she had sold herself at every chance
for two bits silver
for a lies chance to shine
but i will not be there to suffer the consequences
