when spring rebirth is complete
the time to mature -
grassy hills turn verdant green
blossoms explode with color

july soon refines
june's promise of fulfillment
expanding its gifts -
fuller and vibrant glory
paints the mature summertime

late august moves in
heading towards surrender
come autumn's flurry -
fading greens and colors hush
on their way to winter sleep

Pain is often the fountain of direction in our lives
We will experience rejection in this life
But it is the pathway to the direction we often need!

Home of the Illusions

plane of darkness
where immortals
descended from grace,

Anxiously I waited in line single file, nervous because I hadn't been here for awhile. I hadn't given myself credit for how far I've come. This realization of my growth made me smile. What I did today is proof of my progress, and that's pretty damn cool.
