The greed of the white man knows no bound
It transcends life, it transcends death
Their eyes gleam with profit
Their mouths salivate at another black death
Prices heightened on a casket
Won't be too long till another black body fills it
Money earned from this purchase
Used to pay their rent
If there is anything left they'll use it to pay for their children's education
They don't see us as human
But they do see us as a money making scheme
They target us and then
Up the prices of our funerals
Their own system to monetize our deaths
Acting is their forte
When they look in our eyes and lie to our faces
Sending condolences our way
But inside brimming with happiness
Not an ounce of sympathy
Not a fibre of empathy
Just pre dug graves and unnecessary funeral bills
To them we are products ready to be exchanged

I am your basic product in demand
I am on the market shelf discounted
50% off, marked down as special
I am on the bridge between the shifts
I am a shopping spree gone wrong
Jumping off the ledge into the river cold
Time stands still regardless of the consequence
Prices tumble but never fall
I am now drifting into savings
At landing I become the values earned
Coupons have no equal
Back on dry land I come alive
I come in 12 packs egg-less empty
In cartons at the grocery stores I hide
Behind the sales lost packaging
I am on sale at any price
I am the market value stamped
I am checked out at all cost
I am lost at a cost transcendent

so carefully crafted i sew the features onto the canvas
the moon is full tonight
the needle and thread as thin as can be
I will never see eye to eye with her
I bind each string to the only choice i have
to choose discipline over dignity
I refuse to knot my adolescence without innocence
to produce and create causes the culture to deceive
the production to be mythic
My envy shines green , glowing deeply
I stitch up and down highs to lows
line after line
to be committed is to be completed
without a shard of accountable reflection the conclusion of course is purely coincidental

,center>Battle cry seldom cry
Silent is golden
Frames of fires beat heat
Shut fills the lungs up
Exhaling release retreats
This is one of the byE-products of war

I am from a generation they call X
Not because it marks the spot
But because it marks the best
We are eccentric because we walked the moon
And because we shared lust as an essential need
But wait until you meet your resurfaced acknowledgement
A frantic existence you call Technology
Generation X from 1965 to 1980
Where Charles Manson, the flower childe
Meets the notorious Ted Bundy
Richard Nixon and watergate, who actually knew
That this was an era of being a shrew
The birth of individuality
Known for practicalities
Known for informalities
The ghosts of the Vietnam War
Known for diversities
The civil technicalities
Henceforth, a generation of creation is no more.

Anger whisked herself into a gray frenzy of clouds, bordering on black.
A snow blizzard might be on her way; the wind picked up. I looked up.
A dagger of wind hit my chest; I heard myself gasp and wheeze.
Fed tomcat in barn and raced back to the house. My dogs followed.
Look at the clouds! I said to my man. He said “What of them?”
He is not the product of two farm kids like I am.
It’s going to turn bitter cold. We might get snow and possible ice.
You are a weather witch, he said, in the most affectionate way.
I put on an extra pair of socks and began to settle down.
There was a flash across the window. I jumped up to look.
A delivery person was bringing us a package. The dogs howled.
I said “Thank you” and he asked, “have you seen the clouds?”
I could not help thinking he is the product of farm kids too.
We had a snow blizzard with eight inches of snow that night.
We were unable to go anywhere for three days.
I memorized those clouds for future reference.

Auto Pilate
is carrion klaxon blaring
a false viral alert
The warning signal says cadavers don’t vote:
“Let not your lying eyes
believe this smear currency contagious hoax”
With pandemic fear spreading,
speculator pockets get fatally hurt
False profits on a spit propellor decline
Supplies warehouse withering on a purchase vine,
bad news ain’t getting no spin message rebate
As more people dying are multiplying
Autocratic vexation —
Viral cause is venture capitalist absolutely dismissed
Free market con-fidence in a virtual free-fall
Publican procrastinators watch
as the body count mount
The price of human life don’t add up to much
Global crisis ... impending plane of imminence crash
Priceless products in the debt cargo hold were sold
at a discount infection rate
Auto Pilate hollow hope cry,
while washing disdain stained hands:
“High kill yield is a ghastly good time to buy!”

A Product
Of My Memories
WRITTEN: BY Tom Wright
11-21-2011
An inner longing for friends once known,
Even some, that flow has whispered away.
I’ve cataloged thoughts as time has grown,
Time’s swiftness I liken to a bird of prey
God, has caused me to intercede, it’s true,
When naught, but He alone, has known;
And as time’s monumental chasm grew,
I testify of lost time, how it has grown.
But some I’ve embraced cannot return,
From surroundings of their final place;
To hear them articulate I often yearn,
And visualize once more a smiling face.
The pain of a friend’s temporary departure
Is always bested by the joy of their return;
Tom

I ate;
I ache;
Now I smell up the air;
passing those flatulent gassy breeze;
Inhaling warm air, burping a bleach;
Constipated, concentrated dreams;
Reality pinching me at the seems;
Evacuated;
Re-leaved myself;
Now I deposited wasted products;
Inhaling warm air, burping a bleach;
Biodegradable stents;
Reality pinching me at the seems;
Constipated, concentrated dreams;
