A master weaver working infinite looms,
Who spans the endless dark with silver thread,
An architect of stars and quiet rooms,
Who breathed upon the dust to wake the dead.
The steady pulse beneath the ocean’s chest,
The potter’s fingers shaping living clay,
A silent shore where weary orbits rest,
The origin of night and light of day.
Yet between my fragile heart and your boundless grace
Lies a canyon carved by human doubt and space—
A wide expanse no ship could ever cross,
Where earthly wisdom turns to total loss.
To seek your favor and your gentle eye,
I’d lay my stubborn pride down in the dust.
I’d give up every dream beneath the sky,
And place my broken plans in total trust.
I’d walk through silent sands without a word,
And offer up the quiet pain I bear,
Praying that my heartbeat might be heard,
Surrendering my life into your care.
I bring my open hands, my breath, my song,
And lay my heart where it has belonged.
I offer up all that I am, and all I try to do—
Is a yield like mine enough to reach to you?
Even in these
dark times
and on our
bad days,
there is hope-
if we are
willing to
remember that.
Here, I am,
Before your altar I stand, oh, PoetrySoup,
At attention,
In awe,
Not out of fear, but out of respect,
With my heart filled with gratitude,
Ready, an offering to make:
This humble new book of mine,
That
Was conceived among your poetic pages, and
Was nurtured under the watchful eyes of my fellow poets,
Who,
For almost twelve years now,
With their criticism,
Their encouragements, and
Their appraisals,
Helped me put it together.
THANK YOU ALL!

* "THE OFFERING" refers to my fifth book entitled: " IN SEARCH of the LIGHT WITHIN." Amazon, 12 June 2026, 356 pages. In mid-August, God willing, I will be 82 years old. Blessings to all.
To make a wish come true
Light a candle
Imagine walking up to the fort in the picture
Then make the wish.
Then your gift present for Marcus the Demon.
Showing your gratitude.
Ps. If you haven't got a candle , just touch picture
This is where Demons ascend from there realm.
I care for you quietly,
Not to claim, not to possess,
But to lift you gently in my prayers,
Trusting God with what I cannot bless.
I see your heart drawn elsewhere,
Yet I hold no bitterness, no ache.
I watch, I listen, I stand in stillness,
Offering love for love’s own sake.
If God wills another way,
I let my tender feelings sway.
For now, I watch, I pray, I learn,
A quiet offering, in Him I turn.
The egret was poking along thorough the brush
A bull name of King began to get a giant crush
The last love interest he had was a tiny blue thrush
He offered the egret a bite of his oatmeal mush
She declined politely, as had that blue thrush
O (FATHER CHRIST)
Through the Immaculate Heart of Mother Mary
I offer You my prayers
Works
Joys
And sufferings of this day
For the intention of Your Sacred Heart
In union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
Throughout the world
In reparation for my sins
For the intention of all my associates
And in particular for all the intentions of this month
(Mention Intention if known)
Amen

O my (Eternal) God
I offer You all my prayers
Works
And sufferings
In union with the Sacred Heart of Fr. Christ
For the intentions for the intentions for which He pleads
And offers Himself in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
In thanksgiving for your favors
In reparation for my offenses
And in humble supplication
For my temporal welfare
For the conversion of sinners
And for the relief of the poor souls in the purgatory
I wish to gain all indulgences
Attached to the prayers I will say
And works I will perform this day
Amen

****************************************************************
Whatsoever We Do
Whatsoever we do, let us perform
With loving care and to the highest norm,
As an offering of trust in the Lord
To the very last breath we can afford
With the frantic flame of faith and passion
As in graves lies no shine of devotion.
offering amour-
with flowers moistened in tears~
accept: do honour.
Im lost, lost for words, lost in my own thoughts
My hearts speaks but it bounces back, heartbroken
Like a child lost in the woods
With breadcrumbs pickings
A relentless battle to show
The deeper meaning of love
Whats love, when it wont reach beyond the surface
A glimmer of hope tormented by trauma, the inner demon
Smoothsailing never feels natural
And yet here i am
Offering my heart...to get broken again...never fixed
Just pass by a field
Full of wayside flowers bloom
Pick some, peace for her.
I am offering my love
with this garland of jasmine
soaked with tears in deep dolour.
Please accept.
Don’t feel me ashamed
or to face embarrassment.
I am offering my love
with fragrant jasmine.
Do honour my self esteem.
It is my love : most precious.
I deserve
your reciprocation, not to be ignored.
Dear, have you forgotten me ?
But how can you forget that,
once you flooded me with your emotive urge !
I am lost without a love;
Yet, I’m found within love;
I THE OFFERING
The love of my Father;
Flows through me;
I THE OFFERING
As so in my soul He’s in me;
I am more than just His son-daughter
I THE OFFERING
I am an offering

Not a facing
Of reality
But a concept of
Mystery and beauty
