I talked with the new moon tonight,
And asked: - How fast,
How slow
The seasons come and go,
The birds migrate, the grass is getting dry,
And not be late
In life,
In death,
At birth, how loud do we have to shout?
How long to stay?
And wait,
And count,
How slow, how fast we have to love,
And get a glimpse of quicksand,
A touch of a tear
When wrapped arms melt in waves,
How many steps?
The ocean, lying at your feet
Begging for your embrace,
How slow the clouds go, or
Stay
Still,
How long the gaze,
How slow the breath
Tonight a new moon appears in the sky
barely visible to the naked eye
Yet in fourteen nights it will wax complete
pools of reflected sunlight at our feet
Gradually then, it will wane again
as passions dim in the heart of man
Israel marks her time by the calendar of the moon
Passover falls on the 15th of Nissan every year
~ Hear the cry of the lamb, the song of the loon
The moon unquestioned
has no answers
Between light’s reflection
the coming dawn
One promise chosen
to fill the darkness
One promise chosen
to calm the storm
As planets rally
the moon abandoned
The time for reason
has come and gone
They spin their orbits
and claim reentry
New eyes upon them
new axis spawned
Rotating freely
in pinball madness
Colliding passions
of night’s retreat
A new moon laughing
the death of order
A new moon waiting
— as shadows sleep

In the Stillness of the New Moon
We usher in New Opportunities
To find Blessings in every Moment
Love and Light and Peace
A chance for New Beginnings
Intentions set for our Path
To share our Gifts with the World
To know our Souls are Magical
For anything is possible
We can create a World that is ours
We can make a positive difference
We can explore Freedom through beautiful art
So, don't be afraid to start again
Look to the New Moon and be inspired
There in the Darkness she emerges
Waiting for her lover's kiss as Fates are entwined
May the Moon show you her Mysteries
May she ignite your Passion under the Stars
May you know the longing of Fulfilment
May your Spark be ignited to fully Live
And each day when you rise with the Sun
Remember that the Moon kissed your face
Every night she holds you close to her
Sharing the hours in her warm embrace

the new moon is out
zero illumination
but you can feel it
This lunar ring's dark mood —
A colorless chain hung that
Vibes in the cornfield croon
She's an invisible gait —
A new moon's misses blowing
In her twilit ways
Sowing
Forgoing
Growing
This lunar ring's dark mood —
A new moon's misses blowing
Growing
This sunset's rays are reaching through the green trees in the neighborhood,
Eventually it will be night and I'll see stars soon.
Moonless, sparkling sky right above my mother's townhouse roof.
Maybe it's the memories
Of the places far from here
Or the soft, distant whispers
From the ones no longer near
That wakes you up at midnight
Many miles from yesteryear
The moon will change color
As the season passes through
Some will see it as half-way
Others see it as brand new
But overall the picture
In the end is left to you
Sometime before the morn comes
You'll recall that one last dream
But reality stops you
Understanding what you've seen
And the role that you play
Never fits in your life's scheme
As you reach out for sun's rise
Your thoughts dance around the room
The safety of your soul
Has been wrapped in a cocoon
For there's nothing in your life
That's been saved by a new moon
A new moon ?? is symbolic of new beginnings and new energy. Be inspired by your potential and your divinity. Blessings and best wishes. ???????
A new moon

A new moon
A new place
A new time
A new space
A new you
A new light
A new star
A new night
A new life
A new choice
A new path
A new voice
A new heaven
A new earth
A new universe
A new birth

River blue t-shirts
side by side,
three pairs of shoulders.
Wish on an eyelash
for wide smiles,
and shades of black-brown eyes,
gleaming.
Favourite, yellow flower
twelve of them
tied with floral tape
on the new moon, monday,
bright blue sky
Timeless, Polaroid picture.
Wandering out of place long since this morn.
Wishing on the moon to just be reborn.
A beginning anew healing past scorn.
Then came the dawning day ... pushing the clouds away,
And the stars at their play ... to meet the sunny ray.
About midday with the heavens above
Was so much more than I ever dreamed of.
Thanks to the shadows who gave me a shove.
Reunites a brother ... not unlike the other.
I, born to another ... she, my midnight mother.
Am I welcome, like the rose with a thorn,
To be beaming my smile once gone astray?
Outshining darkness, a labor of love
Risen from deep down no need to smother.
as sun and moon perfectly align,
the moon vanishes from the sky.
the sun's yang energy
infuses with the ying.
monk lost in stillness
breathes a brand new
life into
state of
lull

apple cores bifurcated
maggoty realms
spilled over
long stems bled
a sluggish
green insemination
toward evening
small apes gathered
to scream at the
new moon
there were bones
to be split,
marrow to be scraped out
with stone spearheads
it was not the beginning
nor even the
end of the beginning
swamp waters
still bubbled up a choking miasma
of stale fertility
yet some
hunted a muddy earth
knuckles walking
a few agile brains
grew more alert
to upright visions
New moon
rises in East
dogs restless
The sun has gone down
The shy new moon has risen -
The wary sea glows!
