Premium Member FAITH IN GOD WHO DELIVERS US BY HIS POWER

August 23 Faith in God Bible Meditations Based on Jeremiah 39-41

Key Verse – Jeremiah 39:17 But I will deliver thee in that day, saith the LORD: and thou shalt not be given into the hand of the men of whom thou art afraid.

FAITH IN GOD WHO DELIVERS US BY HIS POWER

God delivers us by His powerful authority
That rescues from sin’s penalty throughout eternity
As He encloses us within His security
To safeguard our faith against iniquity’s captivity.

God delivers us by His powerful Word
That counsels with His truth’s record
As He assures us His presence since He is our Lord
To sharpen our faith through the Spirit’s sword.

God delivers us by His powerful instruction
That teaches His doctrines of heavenly inspiration
As He illumines us against doubt and deception
To increase our faith toward great commission’s participation.

God delivers us by His powerful leadership
That directs toward faithful stewardship
As He rules over us with His ministry-partnership
To cheer our faith for sincere worship and diligent discipleship.

God delivers us by His powerful safeguarding
That protects Christians from backsliding
As He settles us toward good testimony-standing
To uphold our faith for victorious Gospel-heralding.

God delivers us by His powerful commandment
That drives toward glorious kingdom-advancement
As He assists us to have divine accomplishment
To propel our faith to continue in His will’s assignment.

God delivers us by His powerful forgiveness
That sanctifies against confessed filthiness
As He pardons us along His grace and goodness
To bless our faith in our service toward fruitfulness.

Mostly shy, a little exciting
Heart on fire, alive
Inviting the wonder, the beauty
The soothing of a tenderness
Who breathes hope into the night,
Inspires the moon to shine,
Shimmering in stardust glitter,
Erasing the worry, the fear
Every darkness, every sorrow
With love, silent – lasting
Through the memories, timeless
Prayers, praise unfolding
Within a spirit who knows
He is the promise, never fading
Always sincere, like the heavens
Making dreams into reality,
Touching hearts with everlasting
Peace, the promise of lasting
Grace, forever faith – love that
Thrives, forever survives
Reflecting the whisper of paradise
Inside the soul who knows
He is alive – He died, but He
Sits at the Father’s side,
Making intercession for every
Soul who knows that He is the One
Who made the stars, the sun –
He is the Son who reflects the joy,
The love that comes from knowing
He is the One who makes me whole,
He is the One who silences my soul,
He is the One who reflects all my hope,
He is the One who I want in control!

Premium Member Valuable Scriptures

Mankind’s redemption assured by the grace of God…
That’s told by the Scriptures*, His preserved holy Word.
Let’s read them gratefully with earnest worship-praise
Learning from the Almighty’s enlightening truth!

Sanctification, experienced thru God’s cleansing…
Is affirmed by the Bible, indeed valuable.
Let’s meditate its worth with sincere repentance
Seeking the Lord’s forgiveness of blessed compassion!

True satisfaction enriched by the Creator…
Such is expressed by His precepts for soul’s fullness.
Let’s delight in their wealth with fervent prayer-plea
Abiding in His goodness of great contentment!

*John 5:39 “Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.”

There Comes a Time To Leave It All Behind

There comes a time when we
Find ourselves with all new
Thought to fill our minds
This is when you have searched
Until the sky turns from dark to blue

All of this because I have found you
As I draw you near to make sure
These feelings are sincere
I can't help thinking of the fear
There comes a time when we must trust
So we can leave all our past lust behind

We are better off going into this blind
So it won't remind us of the love
That we could not define
All of this because our time is hear
And nothing has ever felt more clear

There comes a time when it would appear
Your life is about to change in such a big way
So we must clear our minds so the fear will disappear
As our love starts to grow
In such a big way
That we might both live to love another day

One that will make our life grow
If we treat it with the attention respect
That reflects all the things that are you and me
Then our future is here that much is clear
I'm so happy that we have emptied our minds
Of all those loves we could not define
.
because like wine
It's only going to get better with time
We are like that perfect design
that surrenders your love to mine

Just how refined our love has turned out to be
All of this because we cleared our minds
Of the loves, we left behind
Now our life can change
 in such a big way
Because you are all mine

The Air We Breathe

Inhabitants are real
Facing great threats
Weighing on mother earth's future
Its effects and consequences
Even better halt it
Consume more, always more

The detriment of nature
Destroyed as an easy option
The soil is poisoned
Lands are sliding
Rain forests are reduced
Drastic effects for dims
Contagion of air

Exhaust fumes from arrogant holes
The burning of fossil fuels sings along
Harmful and deadly acid rain
Radiation spills and drills
Nuclear accidents such sudden
The air flares corpses
Photochemical smog dances

Water droplets
They mandate tears
Say sad to aerosols
Beloved refrigerants
Sincere solvents
And majesty burning fossil fuel
Why?

The Corruption, Part I

There is a corruption we all should abhor,
It starts on the left, and corrupts to the core,
Cancer of the soul, if left to go on,
It takes bit by bit, ’till the whole soul is gone.

Makes people think that there are no values,
That everything’s fine if it’s ‘true to you,’
Moral absolutes they loudly disclaim,
Then turn and wonder why the world seems insane,
Why their true feelings don’t bring happy lives,
Only leads to a black rage deep in inside,
‘being true to you’ is a moral perverse,
With no standard to judge, things get much worse.
What’s ‘true to one’s self’ for those fond of rape?
Should the serial killer show his ‘true’ face?
And what of the types who change ‘truth’ every week,
Then act offended if anyone speaks?
The corruption permits them to silence all,
Pushing more and more, until it all falls.

The corruption pushes out all real beauty,
Replaces it with the fecal and ugly,
Throws out the masters who’s work defies time,
Declares that splatter and blank space is ‘sublime.’
Renir, Bougereau, Bierstadt, and Degas,
Masters whose paintings amazed all who saw ,
Now me have charlatans, ‘artist statements,’
An art world that can’t uplift, just dement.
The same trend pus music into a plight,
Ignore Beethoven, ’cause his skin as white,
No longer to Mozart do critics clap,
But ‘es and ’hos,’ that’s where it’s at!
Celebrate decline, claim that it’s ‘sincere,’
As it there’s no ‘real’ behind beauty and cheer...

CONCLUDES IN PART II.

The Weight of Unspoken Words

When the mood is too heavy to wear, When emotions are salted and laid bare,Insecurity creeps on a whispering tread, An echo of shadows where courage once fled.

The slash of shame, a knife so sharp, Carves a wound in life’s fragile spark.Rejected dreams, a wing torn apart, Colors once bright now desert the heart.

Loneliness, unseen and unsought, it stalks, In aching silence, its chill always talks. It weighs like a shroud, heavy and stark, Thunderstorms rage, wild and unbowed in the dark.

But words, both fragile and mighty, ignite, Parting the darkness with shimmering light. The unspoken tremble beneath the fear, Yet hold the chains of bonds sincere.

When harsh words take root, their seeds grow, Vines of doubt climb where sunlight won’t go.Dismissive voices, cruel and unkind, Sink fragile dreams in a stormy mind.

Another face, invisible, yet still in the fray, Battles the unseen, struggles each passing day.So let words flow with care, with love, For silent battles, they’re mindful of.

Understanding is not always blind, Emotions weave threads, so tenderly aligned. In the maze of feelings, where hearts are bound, Solace in kindness is always found.

Never Met a Dream Come True Such As You

never met a dream come true such as you
once again God proved me wrong and proved that His Word is True

you showed me a different way to view this abstract world
you made me be still and look when all i did was trample, flip, fall, and twirl

the passion of your sincerity hit me in the head like a tasteful flavor
for the first time in my life i felt as if i was truly in God's Favor

the journeys and the excursions are amazing adventures i will never forget
i pray to God that we will have more experiences that we will never regret

once upon a time i thought the picture in my head was the correct assumption
now i know that true beauty is defined by the simpler ways that i am able to function

with that i say thank you from the most sincere part of my heart
with the hopes that our unique bond and friendship is infinite and our foundation will never part
