There once was a lady named Liz
She could have made it in the biz
With the voice of an angel
She had me disabled
In a pop can Liz was the fizz

Liz Sherman
From the world of Hellboy comics came,
A woman with flames, Liz Sherman was her name,
A pyrokinetic, her powers set aflame,
A tortured soul, forever in shame.
Her past was dark, filled with pain,
A tragic childhood, an unhealed stain,
A firestarter, never to reign,
Her inner demons, she could not contain.
But with Hellboy, she found a home,
A family in the Bureau, she was not alone,
Protecting the world, her powers shone,
A hero in her own right, her courage known.
Through battles fought, her strength arose,
Conquered her fears, her light exposed,
A beacon of hope, her power now chose,
The good in her heart, forever shows.
So here's to Liz, and her fiery might,
Her struggles and triumphs, a shining light,
A woman of power, an inspiring sight,
In the world of comics, her story takes flight.

She's a pyrokinetic human woman
Her hallowed name was Liz Sherman
She's a fire starter, born in Kansas City
She learned her self-control from a monk society
Horrible visions plagued her dreams
Filled with wild ghosts and course screams
For, the guilt of her past haunted her memory
Like a shadow shrouded in baffling mystery
But her flickering flame of affection
Sparked great love in a soul with no emotion
The pyrokinetic woman found a heart like her own
To be with her in dusk and dawn

I still believe all politicians are not liars and dishonest
Though it is difficult to find those are consistently so
Those who will face harsh realities on election day
Dishonest peers will work together to see them go.
Right on, Liz Cheney! for standing up for what was right
Republicans turned their backs on her; she was ousted,
She stood like a beacon of justice against Trump’s big lie
Proving her words, what was right; it cannot be doubted.
Honest politicians have always been scorned by others
For they work on principle; for them, values are prized
And when confronted by their unscrupulous peers,
Most of them are not entirely taken aback or surprised.
Many honest politicians voluntarily return to civilian life
Eschewing the titles, plans, plush allowances, longevity
When they realize they are unable to make a difference,
Will trade the lifestyle of Washington for common decency.

A Brit politician named Truss
Became the PM, without fuss
What a fun thing to be
She could go on a spree
Throw all of us under a bus

Go Man, Go with Liz.
That girl's got so much whizz.
Say goodbye to sorrows
as she, borrows, borrows, borrows.
Our nation's fortune waxes
the more she cuts those taxes.
She relishes a fight,
not she some 'Maggie Lite'.
Macron and Putin shake and shudder
Now 'tis Liz who holds the rudder.

And she won after great deal of fuss,
The son not of the soil missed the bus
Never once meant for him—
The truth ever so grim,
For, in Liz Tory Brits perhaps Truss!

Liz and Richard
The actor Richard Burton
loved Liz Taylor for certain.
While filming “Cleopatra”
her heart he did capture.
Liz really thought Rich
would be her last hitch.
Love must have been nice.
She married him twice.

Liz Taylor
never married
a sailor, retailer
or a wholesaler
or divorced a bailor
or buried a tailor
or used an inhaler
or lived in a trailer
or dated Norman Mailer
or kissed a whale or
even was jailed her
whole life as a derailer

Lizzy, ...easy,
that feeling that gets me dizzy.
J-nisi!.......so twas your love... Missy!
Hey!...liz..abeth, ...albeit i be sassy
still you be my friend,...no daunting fiend.
despite my complexities, my intricacies,...my multi-faces,
my spite, my laxities, in many cases,....and without basis.
without, they see the holistic me
however, from within you placate the caustic me.
the dye that tints and shades the blemished me.
the eye that sees and wards the erring me
see the polished me?
yes! she schooled me.
you see the handsome me
because she powdered me.
hush!...my crush...my blush...my "dutch"
she's stylish....she's posh
her elegance... a gush
and as such, i get as much.
may your heights be lofty
your bites..... a bounty,
always at ease like in mufti
looking sixteen even at fourthy
it delights me to the marrow
that we got no sorrow to nurse on the morrow
age gracefully
Anike, how she cares.
how she makes me stand and stare!
happy birthday my joy!
love you to the bone!
