Premium Member Lasting Love

too quickly the paragraphs of time we rèad.
hand in hand we strolled the pages of our years
standing fast against misfortunes we emerged
shaped by caring and forbearing hearts
refusing to imagine life devoid of one another
time, years,  emerged caring  life.

Life And Lasting love in the night

Creeping in the shadows
Keeping it from bad hoes
Reaping in the benefits
Keeping em in to it
Fall in to the zone alone
All the The road to grown
Call on that phone at home
stall on that stone to loan
Cash only gets em more bread
Fast money money on a dead nickle
Ya they tread sickles
Homie they swing swing hammers
They spree planners
they movers they shakers
Snakes making on a fake cure
waiting for those lastest rate to drop
Haters and Fakes that you know you like
I got the mic your wants to sing through
Big part of my life that I been through
Next part itsl all passion
They call castin for big chunk,
Im mall smashing for fresh kicks
Im fall fasting to last in the mix

Lasting love

Silky sunsets surrender to sweet serendipity's sway
As soulmates stumble upon each other's shining way
Tender touches tantalize, tempting tender hearts to stay
In tender tranquility, where true love's torches sway

Luminous laughter lingers, a lovely, lingering sound
As lovers' lips lock, lost in love's lush, lavish ground
Gentle gazes glide, gathering glimmers of golden light
 Illuminating the path, where passion's pure delight

Whispers weave a wondrous web, a warm, welcoming space
Where words of wonder whisper, "You are my perfect place"
Softly spoken sweet nothings, a serenade so divine
A love so strong, so steadfast, forever intertwined

Forever's flame flickers, a fiery, fervent beat
As two hearts harmonize, in perfect, passionate repeat
In this love so true, so tender, so tantalizingly bright
Two souls surrender, swept away in love's sweet, shimmering light.

A Lasting Love

You’re not a prince or warrior but a man,
And yet I find you all of these when you take my hand.
Your gentle touch and warm embrace,
Take me to another place.
Where sorrow no longer exist,
It fades away in a gentle mist.
Where I can soar above the mountains and touch the sky,
 And gently wipe the tears from my eyes
Here two worlds come together and be,
A lasting love for eternity.

Real Love

REAL LOVE
If you are looking for love
But in all of the wrong places
You'll find it is all in vain
And often brings hateful spaces
```````````````````````
The enemy sends you a “love”
Which takes you down a dark lane
Then brings nothing but....
His bitterness and shame
`````````````````````
So look for the higher love
That originates in glory
Which will give you peace and joy
So you won't end up being sorry
```````````````````````
This world is full of such victims
Of lust and shame and pain
Yet if you set your aim higher
You will never be the same
``````````````````````
For there is a Savior in heaven
Who knows your real need
 He will give you a lasting love
If upon His Word you will feed

Lasting Love

the lasting love

He gets up early to check his blood sugar level
it can be too low in the morning, it's half a banana
and make a toast, drinks coffee
The nurse, supplied by the social services arrive
at eight, to help his wife have a bath, comb her hair
and give her the pills needed.
Last night she had been her old happy self, but
held his hands, fearful he should slip away again
they had laughed and spoken of the old days
They had met at a dancing restaurant, "Argentina"
danced the tango so well, other people applauded
after this, they had become, as is said, an item.
65 years they had been married and always in love
to, perhaps, at the cost of their children who had
left long ago, with a busy career in the main city.
Today, if she is ok, they will drive to the coast
stop and admire the calm sea, for him seeing
so many oceans, see them as sleeping giants.
On a bad day, when she was lost asking the nurse
Who that strange man was; it’s your husband!
No, she says it can’t be true, he looks so very old.

To Thank God That You Love Me

You empowered me with your love
I stand above all assured
strength to start strong
and finish strong
that's how you have empowered me
steadfast
assured
confident in
my ability
you have empowered me to love
thank God you
have empowered me

Thank God that you love me
from then until now
Thank God that you love me
A love spoken
even when you aren't around
I brag to my friends
they tire from storied detail
I thank God you love me
It strengthen me to
always prevail

Ancient Lasting Love

My great uncle and aunt had a fine love.
Uncle Clyde and Aunt Lucille were their names.
Over a decades times five was shared glue.
Two very different flows they overcame.

She was as soft as a ball of cotton.
He as rugged as the edge of a cliff.
Still waters and fierce currents went bobbin.
They blended together smoothly as if.

One hand held the other. both being gray.
For one, hospital bed replaced their bed.
Her sweetness still the weak smile of ray.
Then she was gone. would grief over run thread?

At her goodbye, he told me goodbye too.
Told me he had nothing more to pursue.

Premium Member Always the Rain

Our night, our walk, our song,
Our words, our voices talking all night long.
Into the next day we stayed - then sweet rain came.
Until the end of time we lovingly remain.

Ancient Lasting Love

My great uncle and aunt, had fine love.
Uncle Clyde and Aunt Lucille were their names.
Over a decade times five, was their glove.
Two very different flows they overcame.

She was as soft as a ball of cotton
He as rugged as the edge of a cliff.
Still waters and fierce currants went gotton.
They blended together smoothly as if.

One held the other's hand, both having gray.
For one, the hospital bed, replaced their bed.
Her sweetness still in the weak smile of ray.
Then she was gone, would grief over run thread?

At her goodbye, he told me goodbye too.
Told me, he had nothing more to pursue.

It starts out and ends up with Love
   for a partner you think the world of
Yet the middle poses daily tests
   where the verdict of a marriage rests

To list all these tests would take a book
   So let's just take the briefest look
At qualities you'll need in spades
   To earn yourselves a passing grade

Acceptance I feel is number one
   It keeps a marriage healthy, fun
Use it when you learn that 'perfection'
   Is a goal wise couples shun

Next comes mutual respect, understanding
   Never accomplished by grandstanding
Always respect each other's space and privacy
   Know when hugs are needed, or a gentle "I see"

One last quality that's key is good cheer and optimism
   Loving greetings and goodbyes - never negativism
Encourage, inspire and support; lend a helping hand
   Cultivate all this and Love ~ even marriage can withstand

Lasting Love

A tender touch-
are we asking to much
for love to last, let's say,
a month, a week, a day?

Ageless love-
impending time;

     So rare!
     So precious!
     So divine!
