Notes About The Poem

True Lasting Love

True Lasting Love
Have I met you before?
Somewhere in time...So close,
I remember it from before.
You and I together,
Forever more.
I knew your eyes before they spoke,
An ancient bond that never broke.
Your voice, a song my soul once knew
Leading me back, home to you.
No longer searching, no longer blind,
For you are the one I was meant to find.
