Peace Unifies All Peoples

Peace unifies all peoples;
war divides and embitters them!
Accord is the way to hope;
inquietude gives only despair!

Battles offer nothing but destruction;
there's no comfort in horrific death!
Can we live harmoniously
and seek livelihood?

Bloodshed can be avoided;
spare every mother's agony!
Let's get rid of our anger
and take the path to peace!
Feel love instead of bitterness:
the greater our joy will be!

Peace unifies all peoples;
it's time we sang aloud
the hymn of brotherhood!
Future generations can live together;
they look to us to end this war!
Peace unifies all peoples!

NOTE:THIS IS AN OPEN(organic) FORM VERSE using spaces&breaks without grammatical symbols ,the ' open' relies upon 'the one breath limitation' & so inherently requires the 'reader' (reciter) to input and responds thus making this enigmatic form a two way interplay & interpretatIon unique to the moment& changing according to mood is inherently variable.

Premium MemberI Drift Among

I drift among the rainbow-hued
that strongly claim to be imbued
with light and truth, and in this sea,
are dark fish, too, that swim with me.
So what from this have I construed?

Although I have a cheerful mood,
I move with some inquietude
because of the variety
I drift among. . .

For there’s no group I quite include
myself inside.  Thus, not renewed,
I borrow some complacency,
awaiting an epiphany
as life slips from the multitude
I drift among.

Remote land summon an aloof tempest,
Bursting lights glint inquietude offshore,
Edged mists intimate like an apprentice,
Intrigue asserts the clouded to explore.

Inland heating like a warming welcome,
Landlubbers likely combative response,
Unveiled inherent instincts that seldom,
Aid dominions that are so nonchalance.

Newt eyes nictating atop curling waves,
A plucked forest acts as a casting wand,
Amplifying teens conjure inward braves,
Spirits arising maintaining the spawned.

Imaged enthralled hazes flit Noah's ark,
Sweeper-swept palls purify rainbow arc.

In That Winter of Inquietude

If someone has obtained all from life
and doesn't realize its worth, he certainly
assumes that all have the same fate
offering them everything they desire.

What one lives is remembered
vividly in both childhood and adulthood,
and trying to bury these two
deeper into the dry sand,
they'll come up unexpectedly;
who wouldn't do it knowing
that they are permanent scars
unable to be erased as sadness, or pain?

Being inconsiderate and oblivious
to the fact that we ignore meekness...
that sense of dignity stripped
from the miserable soul as petals
being plucked from a beautiful rose...
similar to mine which froze
in that winter of inquietude, only
awakened by the harmony of spring.

Who has had eyes to pierce
darkness and silence knows
how realistic they are in truth...
perceiving what is concealed
underneath their mystery,
if they couldn't be revealed
in that winter of inquietude.

Another Toast To Ploutos

How do I judge
people who wear fine clothes
with an attitude?
Hippocrates, nothing else!

I have worn trendy clothes
and made me look great,
many likes and compliments
I got that widened this
incredible smile part of my trait;
suddenly, sad eyes turned to happy eyes!

How do I deal with people
with excessive pride?
I become humbler than they should be,
and they never thought it was possible!
Being too proud keep us from being meek,
isn't this the true image most of us seek?

Can our humble attitude
be distinguished from that of the powerful
who amass fortunes to build another beautiful
mansion to satisfy their greedy
ego and be spoken of eloquently?
Will they experience inquietude?

I remain true to myself,
being glad for my achievements,
never feeling above the others who boast,
who pursue materialism with madness
and become self-proclaimed gods;
can their increase in wealth be another toast
to Ploutos who's different from a common elf?

Johnson's Job's Worth

Little matters the Corona Curse, little matters stockpile's dearth;
Of Johnson's job, clearance for virus is the very worth.
Infested with infection and inquietude, the entire Britain bawls:
Boris, Boris, brought barathra engulfing my bedside berth!

Why Kill Lady Macduff

Bard, you made my blood boil today
As I clenched my fists at your fourth act
My eyes were furious
Inquietude stole over me
I've been in this room before, but this time I experienced the brunt
My heart turned as cold as a stone
Listening to the lovely woman jousting playfully
With her beautiful boy
I could see her eyes welling with tears, uncertain but adoring
Stoic mother bird- for her children
Just as the last bits of sand fell like drops of blood
The hourglass is done and the lady is plunged into night
This blameless, innocent creature and her babes
Where will you go, if even your home is not safe?
I fell in love with you, with your family, just as he wanted
And was effectively heartwrenched when he took you away
His glimmering blade, poised like a viper at your throats

These sweet little things, a love that cannot be
Screaming at the the pages, the play is played
Why? Please tell me why?
Why does there always have to be a sacrifice?

Premium MemberA Poet's Happy Dream

I found myself against a willow propped.
The stones nearby me were a hundred-fold.
and one by one I tossed them as they plopped
into a rill while other pebbles rolled,
as if with one accord, away from me.

Their hundred ripples bubbled sweet champagne.
I drank. . . and then I tasted poetry.
saw flowers dance, and nothing was mundane!
Elysian then became the air I breathed.
The sun glowed purplescent.  Hocus-pocus!
I lay in greenest green while music wreathed
the meadow, lulling me. . . till I lost focus.

I woke to dusk and that inquietude
that ever shadows my dark solitude.

Before It Rains

Taking hope out of a gloomy day
is like living without a hopeful heart;
and waiting for miracles without praying
is bringing on a specter of infidelity,
which disrupts my daily living...
making me ponder faith with distrust!

Before it rains, I hope for a rainbow at five...
believing that it will there for me to admire,
not merely imagining, but envisioning its beauty;
what is hidden from the eyes shouldn't be a mystery,
and this Humankind has created myths and legends
for the ones lacking the sixth sense!

Embarking on that journey of incognito,
solely relying on this overburdensome ego,
causes me to experience inquietude
in a most unfovarable latitude;
and freedom is confined in short miles,
when my ship comes to an halt for guidance!

Before it rains, I'll see myself securing the anchor,
and step on the pier of the safest harbor...
waving at the fading rainbow over the refulgent horizon;
taking pride and remembering the grueling fright
of a captain who never displayed a doubt...
even when the storm dashed the agitated ocean!
