Kindred Spirit

Mirrored reflections ingrained in our fate ,
Her thoughts shining inward designed to sedate ,
Heart beats sings softly with thunderous tunes,
Storms infiltrate morning as we strive to assume,
Relentless intentions meant to keep us immune,

We stare at the full moon it’s light our cocoon.

So travel so softly & reach for the stars ,
Our fiercest intentions as viewed from afar ,

The timely demise of what we hold dear ,
We look to the cosmos to explain all our fears.

God’s ongoing redemption of our actions & cost ,
We pray to recover all that’s been lost.

The brilliance of Jesus can never be destroyed

Jesus the Genius
Humble, Powerful, and All-Sufficien
The brilliance of Jesus can never be destroyed.
He is still working in the 21st century.
He is still saving lives and doing miracles.
He is present for anyone who calls on Him.

The genius of Jesus can never be destroyed.
His words will live on forevermore.
His deeds will infiltrate any organization.
His passion will deviate from any ritual.
He is the man of the moment, and He will not be stopped.
He will visit any place because of His unique grace.

Death could not defeat Jesus.
He remains the GENIUS for everyone to SEE.
The magnitude of the Lord’s fire should never be forgotten!
If you call on Him, He will take you higher.
Jesus is a genius; Jesus is the Specialist.
History has not quenched His power, and
The problems in life can be touched by a genius
Simply because Jesus is the Specialist!

The Color of Betrayal

like scene in an old cinema
they expect me to let down my guard
to let my fort infiltrate by their soldiers
and execute me like a witch on the holy ground
and if i found someone to count stars with
then i'm to be crushed by your stones?

if i stand up for my belief
if i stand up against a liar
if i stand up against a cheater
if i seek explanation from him
to clear the gray haze that he brought upon me
they imposed the title of "mad woman" upon me

colors are a merry mirage
i speak words true in this hearing before you
sky color is not permanent
leaves color is not permanent
your pink painted sky turned gray again
and leaves green lost their color in fall

Premium MemberSymphony of the Sunrise

As the dark world starts to waken
you can almost hear the symphony of color
that floods the sky as the sun begins to rise
As the dawn breaks, the world begins
to wake up from the sleep of darkness
the birds sing their morning songs,
the people begin to make many sounds
as they awake and start their routines
It almost sounds like a full orchestra as
noises infiltrate the day, become louder
as the light becomes brighter and turns
into the cacophony of life
The day has begun as the beautiful
symphony of life plays it song

Premium MemberThe Fear

I stopped - quietened my breath
to a merest ration of air
so as to isolate
the sound I heard coming
from where two glowing eyes
peered out of the dark.

It was as if a fear
had found a form to possess
and from a distance
observe me to find
an opening
through which to enter.

Reason had me pulling
the moment apart
to see what would fit
a name and thus trap
the unexplained
in a cage of fact.

But whatever it was
had quietly disappeared
and left me there
uneasy, troubled by the notion
that it had found a way
to infiltrate air.

The Kingdom of God is the living Manifestation of Destiny

Your Future is God’s past
The Kingdom of God is the living Manifestation of Destiny
Stay the course because your future is God’s past
Cast your burdens upon him because he cares for you
Do not fear because he will finish your task Purpose
You belong with Him because your life resonates through Eternity

The Kingdom of God turns things upside down to protect His purpose for your life
The Kingdom of God is uniquely different from the world’s standard
The Kingdom of God is a specialist without equal!
The Kingdom of God is immune to any counter-measures
The Kingdom of God can extract any secret!
The Kingdom of God can infiltrate any organization!
The Kingdom of God is the living Manifestation of Destiny and
The Kingdom of God has made YOU its Mission!

Stay the course because your future is God’s past
Cast your burdens upon him because he cares for you
Do not fear because he will finish your purpose
The Kingdom of God is the living Manifestation of Destiny

Reflection

Reflection is a powerful thing,
Nothing can stay hidden ,
As it stares back through your own eyes into the very core of things.

It will bring you to your knees.

It will strip away all vanity,
All illusion,
All avoidance,
All fear.

Drink from it.
Soak it all in.

Allow it to infiltrate the deepest darkest aspects of your being.

Stay with it,
As much as you might want to turn away,
Create distance,
Distract yourself.
Do not break the potency of this stare.

If it gets intense,
Gaze longer,
Further,
Your senses heightened,
No longer as you remember them.

Let everything dissolve around you,
Until nothing remains.

Just you and your reflection.
The beginning and the end.
The source and the creation.
The witness and the participant.
The actor and the stage.

The infinite dance.

Premium MemberMurder Mystery

The rain it pelts
The lightning crashes
A shadowy figure
Through streetlight dashes

The strangers meet
The wine is poured
To infiltrate
The secrets stored

The army man
The cook, the nurse
Field questions deep
Without rehearse

To crack the code.
To solve the crime.
Complete the task
Pre coffee-time

This desperate crew
This shady bunch
Explore, unblinking
Every hunch

Accusatory
Fists they slam!
"Rice pudding?" Please.
"A blob of jam?"

The time bomb ticks
Suspicions linger
The awful truth
Of pointy finger

A crime of lust?
Inheritance gain?
The washing-up
Will still remain..

At last conclude.
The mortal sin
Has been revealed
The verdict's in

A lover's tiff.
A desperate heart.
But love enhanced
As friends depart

We all agree..
Despite the rain
To murder is fun
Let's do this again

The World's 'One Day Wonders,' 'the' is borrowed
it's an article, they are transmitting
a way of thinking, theirs--much rather showed
--be their forte. What's that word, sort of, goad
people? I did say 'theirs', way of thinking.

There has been someone who creates a scene.
It's sort of their job, naught that they're been paid
for their services, but they are quite keen
at what they do. An elaborate screen,
an opportunists, hated for their trade.

A puppeteer, user, trash disposal,
all necessities, their operations
to be prosperous. They will finagle
and infiltrate, and if they're successful,
establish themselves in your foundations.

Dreams and Reflections

As dreamers, we awaken to find disappointments. Each of us dreams, but on different planes. Today, I still harbor the dream of owning a place—a safe haven, my wildest fantasy. While many aspire to be boss ladies, I revel in being the captain of my own soul. My situation remains deferred; I require no rescue. Surrounded by a few friends, I am a free-spirited poet lost in words. I copulate with illusions, my natural ritual—alone with my thoughts, fulfilling my soul. Thankfully, none of your spirits infiltrate my inner sanctum.

Goodbyes punctuate my relationships; loneliness, my chosen weakness. Like Lady Moses, I ascend the mountain of self-reflection, glimpsing my tomorrows before aiding others.

 summary:

In essence, the poem encourages us to embrace our dreams, face disappointments with resilience, and seek clarity within ourselves before extending help to others. Life, like poetry, is a journey of exploration and understanding.

"If you wish to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe," ... Carl Sagan

Subtle crafts soundly, using euphemisms,
yet cluelessness dealt a sheltered abyss.
When one confront internal mechanisms,
whatchamacallit ... orphaned hit-or-miss.

A conundrum conspires an endowed soul,
behooves postmortem liken achievement.
Where'er wits helix baptism, buried hole,
an urchin crawlspace, be I foundling sent.

Newborn bid birthright a pardoned envoy,
of mature absence deemed as uncharted.
Internals blueprint designed, bad employ,
indeed, tunnels end--will be lights outed.

Rare conscientiousness temper unknown,
infiltrate hallmark translates as dethrone.

Premium MemberSour Soup

The sauerkraut did it!!
Added that twinge of flavor
To the ham bone and its remnants
Collided with the Kielbasa
Soothed the pre-softened
Veggies of unknown origin.

It simmered – long and aromatically
Accomplishing acceptance
Easing the assimilation
Of a distant garden’s
Forgotten fields
Into a unified feast.

Thus, we sated ourselves
On its blended mysteries
Marveled at the soup’s ability
To change, yet stay the same,
Invite each shade of newness
To infiltrate its wholeness.

It was called “Ma’s Sour Soup”
And it was the sweetest bowl
Of tender care we ever ate.

Aging

"Aging is a shadow that walks with us. It blotches the portrait.”
	         -Thompson Emate

As we go on each day's sojourn,
Held in hand by time,
Sailing through seasons and clime,
We're eroded like a weathered rock.

Each door we open to the morning light,
Each door we close to the evening shadow
We stealthy fall apart like a shrivelled meadow,
Our souls someday take flight.

Time changes our portrait,
Sombre colours infiltrate,
We're brought down the gallery's wall,
Taken away from its lighted hall.

We reflect and go down yesterday's lane,
Pondering on our sojourn through the rain,
We're changed by the elements of nature,
Taken to the beyond in our feeble stature.

Miracle Man

Some radical activists
financed by foreign wealth,
Spread socialistic values
destroying America’s health.
First infiltrate local government
then invade our schools,
Knowing that young minds
 are any country’s crown jewels.
Our children are being indoctrinated
at much too early an age,
It continues to happen
despite parental outrage.
They’re being schooled on matters
that should come much later.
Things that shouldn’t be taught
to any eager third grader.

White Faces

first
she cleans our faces
of all our small passages
then she closes our shameless gazes
because our eyes are always curious
inquisitive bags
even when they wrap in love
actually
they enter and infiltrate
greedy to take everything
our looks are never decent

she cleaned our thin tight lips
stitched with insinuations of joyful utterances
cleans our belly of hunger between our teeth
and the crying
this last tower of restless selfishness
through which our desire flows
lips touched
are extinguished improved abandoned

even our rosy vulgarity rises
as the steam rises in the morning
she carries the sunrise in her arms
to the center of imagination
and dreams of sugar worlds

the body is washed clean of sweat
of any trace of work
shaken
the body remains perfectly fine
and no one lies to anyone anymore

we are settled in fixed forms
in everything we didn't know about us
and we were not interested

we are clean
bright as the stones washed by the waters
everything is perfectly clarified
death is ordered
